Michaels house was a total dream. Super functional. Had every perfect element. Couldn’t ask for a better villa in St Barts or experience Every detail was perfect: * Five star hotel woodwork * Plunge pool deep and wonderful with just a stunning presence the whole time here - like a stunning getaway high-end resort * Perfect sand-rinsing options * Beds were very comfortable * Incredibly large bathrooms: all the women in my group were super happy * Perfect sized closets * Grill setup was perfect and same with kitchen amenities * Seating and setup off the charts! * WiFi is great because he uses Starlink (part of spacex) - first time I’ve ever used it and it’s perfect and never any downtime * Great views were ideal: Sun all day and incredible stars at night * Extra plus was the separate house for work and hanging out with tv and a couch * Beautiful property lighting - especially at night makes the place really glow! * Stunning vegetation and palm trees to enjoy in your view ever

Very nice villa with 2 spacious bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped, comfortable living room area. The house was very clean and daily housekeeping was included, which was great! Vert peaceful and quiet outdoor space with heated pool and lounge chairs. Walking distance to Grand Cul de sac beach and restaurants at nearby hotels. We really enjoyed our stay.!

Nous avons passé 11 jours dans la maison de Janice avec nos 2 enfants. La maison est spacieuse et dispose d’une très jolie vue sur les collines environnantes et la mer. La climatisation et les équipements de la maison permettent de passer un séjour confortable. Janice est très accueillante et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, c’est un très bon pied à terre sur l île ! Gaetan

The property is located just an 8 minute walk from Flamands Beach and a quick, easy drive to Gustavia. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook, and all the property photos and listing details are accurate. The parking spot is on a steep slope, so I would advise getting the smallest car to make getting in and out easier. The daily housekeeping service (except Sun) makes the place much cleaner than a typical Airbnb. The property manager, Pierre, arranged our rental car and all of our restaurant bookings. We got prime-spot tables at all the places he booked - I don't know if it was coincidence or his connections but it was much appreciated! He was also very responsive to all communications and pro-actively addressed potential issues before we even asked him to, such as attempting to get construction halted at a neighboring property and arranging for the house to be sprayed when he noticed a lot of mosquitoes. Another advantage is that his company manages multiple properties on the island - because of the construction noise, he offered to move us to another villa so that's where we stayed for the second half of our trip. Mosquitoes seem to be prevalent throughout the island, so it is advisable to use repellant. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

What a hidden gem, which looks even better in real life than in the photos. The fridge was stocked with essentials like fresh fruit, water, and a baguette and cheese for the morning. A beautifully designed and spacious home with the Christian Liaigre touch but not at the high price of some of the nearby hotels. Other reviews mention noise from the nearby road, so we did know what to expect. But it was mainly limited to rush hour. Overall we would be very happy to come back.

I absolutely loved Marie’s place. We are a small family of 3 and the size is spacious and large. It has views that are to die for, a beautiful pool, insanely comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and much much more. Highly recommend this place and we will be back. It’s pristine clean and the staff is so friendly. A gem in St Barth!

My Blue Rock has been our favorite place to stay in St Barths. It is spacious, modern, beautifully designed and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owners are very thoughtful like bringing us some local sweetbread and wine. We are very greatful to have stayed here and thank you very much to François for his generous hospitality. The location is amazing and everything was perfect :)

We have a wonderful stay at Perilla place. She was very responsive and accommodating. The place was very comfortable and looked exactly like in the pictures. They have all essentials at the place and the felt like home. You can walk 2 min to Grand-cul-de-sac beach, which is a great beach for little kids. We will definitely retire to Perilla’s place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Le logement est parfait et paisible avec une superbe vue sur la baie, nous nous sommes sentis très bien. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et spacieux. Les instructions sont claires, tout était très fluide. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et recommandons ce logement.

le Domaine de la cote sausage is and has been for me and my husband to escape. Location, Location, Location. After spending so many winter vacations on St Bart, this villa has become even more meaningful. Jeanne and Nicholas are outstanding hosts! 10 stars!!

Très belle villa moderne, au coeur d'un petit vallon, avec une magnifique piscine offrant une belle vue sur quelques-uns des navires de croisière et yachts de luxe venant s'ancrer dans la mer plus bas. Parfaite pour un couple, la villa est hyper propre, comfortable, et même un peu plus grande que ce qui apparaît sur les photos. Fortement recommandée!

This was a dream vacation for us and the house was exactly as advertised. It was flawlessly appointed, well maintained, and thoughtfully built. We would definitely stay here again. Love the location and we were able to hike to Colombier beach and be walking on the Flamands beach every morning within minutes.

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

Another enjoyable stay at this pristine clean destination. We like that we can prepare our own food in a modern kitchen w/a full size refrigerator. You can wash your clothes while enjoying a beautiful view. If there is a problem Malika addresses it immediately. There is also a great housekeeper that comes often to change out towels & sheets. A great choice in Barth’s with a fair price and convenient location!
