Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

One of our best stays on the island! Host was so good, she was remarkable! The place was ideal, exactly as described. The villa was clean, stocked and location was perfect! I would stay here again and again. Host was reachable at any time if needed, it definitely felt like home away from home. Everything was perfect! 10 stars! ❤️

Wow! The photos do not do this place justice! It was perfect in every way! The concierge service was outstanding! The villa is about a 15 minute drive from Gustavia. It is close to a hiking trail to visit the natural pools. The cleaning service was great! The fridge stopped working and it was replaced in less than 12 hours. Absolutely no complaints, would do this trip 100x over! Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay at Julie’s home. The photos really don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person, so thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful tropical garden and mountain backdrop. It’s perfect indoor-outdoor living! The house is so well equipped; we had everything we needed, and our daughter had the most magical time. She had everything she could have asked for and more. Julie was the perfect host—always going above and beyond to help us and give us advice. From the moment we booked, she sprang into action, lining up fantastic restaurant reservations immediately and giving us endless recommendations for car rentals, sailing charters, and everything else we needed. We would give this property 10 stars if we could. We miss is so much already and can’t wait to go back.

Hello Cecilia, A quick review of our stay at Villa Jad. We had a great time, it had everything we needed like in a 5* hotel. The cleaning lady coming in the middle of the stay is a plus and if you give access to the washing machine, that's great. We highly recommend the Airbnb! Thank you for your help during the stay. Villa Leo (or Villa Leonardo) is absolutely beautiful - very modern and clean design, great views, excellent house audio and automation amenities, great pool (which we didn’t really use much just because the beaches in St Jean with white sand, crystal clear water and excellent beach clubs were a 5 minute drive away). Jean Baptiste is an exceptional host - when our flight from SXM was canceled and we had to take a ferry, he met us in Gustavia, helped to arrange a rental car pickup after hours, and then drove ahead of us to show the way and explain how house automations in the villa worked. He is exceptionally responsive, friendly and thoughtful - could not have wished for a better host. We have previously stayed at some of the best hotels in the U.S., Europe and Asia - this is our first time when AirB&B experience exceeded that in every dimension.

We absolutely love returning to this villa in St. Barths – it's become our go-to retreat! The property is spotless, with a perfect island modern style that gives off such a relaxed, yet luxurious vibe. The views are simply breathtaking, and the privacy makes it feel like our own little piece of paradise. After a day spent on the beach, it’s the perfect place to unwind by the pool and just veg out. The villa is fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and then some! We can’t wait for our next visit and appreciate the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway.

We loved the villa it has a great view of the bay. Peaceful and private. The house was very clean and had everything you needed beach chairs, mats, and pool floats. Cant wait to go back. My recommendation to anyone renting this villa is rent a car.

Absolutely stunning views in a convenient location with a short drive to St Jean beach. The house was perfect for couple of 4. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and decor was simple yet elegant. The bedrooms and office are air conditioned but the main living areas including the kitchen are outside. Most of the outdoor areas are covered, but are otherwise open to the weather. We did have to fend off some mosquitos. The host staff were very helpful in navigating our stay including communicating with our rental car company and meeting us at the airport to guide us to the house. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay in St Barths. Would definitely stay again!

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

Dans un écrin de verdure, venait découvrir cette maison d artiste au charme fou. Sentir l'air marin le doux bruit des vagues pour se ressourcer. Vous aurez tout pour vous reposer. Le calme, une piscine. Une maison très confortable. Fonctionnelle et très grande. La propriétaire est vraiment formidable et à disposition en cas de problème. Tout pour être heureux. ....et passer un excellent séjour.

Spectacular views from this villa and open layout of the villa allows for a relaxing and clutter-free mindset for your vacation. Michael was very pleasant to communicate with and his assistant Chloe drove with us to get to the villa--she was very helpful!! Also, Alexandrina helped us with anything regarding cleaning of the villa. All was very clean and perfect for a 5 star Villa TIWA!!
