WOW… I cannot say enough great things about my stay at Jean-Charles’ stay or his above-and-beyond gracious hospitality. Even though I’m a seasoned St-Barth visitor, he met me at the airport to lead me to the flat. He explained everything I needed to know in exquisite detail — including the fact that daily housekeeping is part of the package. And the pièce de résistance? Jean-Charles personally delivered warm croissants and pain au chocolat and fresh-squeezed orange juice to the flat each morning. What a CLASSY and gracious touch. And the VIEWS from the terrace/living room? TO DIE FOR. I wish I could move in and never leave. I CANNOT WAIT to return to his place and stay during my next visit to paradise!

Sa bienveillance et son attention ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était parfait : très propre, idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer, avec une belle décoration soignée. Dès le départ, la communication a été fluide et claire, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. Un grand merci aussi à Filipa, qui a assuré un ménage impeccable chaque jour. C’était un vrai plus d’avoir des lits faits, des serviettes à disposition et un service de cette qualité. Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu magnifique, grâce à une hôte exceptionnelle ! Je recommande vivement.

Merci à Davy pour l’accueil. Le Airbnb était tel qu’annoncé. Très propre dans un quartier tranquille. Nous avons bien aimé la plage de Flamant qui est tout près. Nous avons également loué notre véhicule avec Davy et tout s’est bien déroulé. Cela a certainement facilité notre arrivée et notre départ puisque les hôtes nous ont gentiment récupéré et déposé au port pour notre bateau. Nous resterions certainement de nouveau si nous revenons à St-Barth! Merci à Gaby, Bernard et Davy pour leur accueil! Étienne et Maude

We loved staying in this house! Julien was a great host. He was very helpful with local recommendations and flexible during check-in and checkout. The house is incredible. It is very stylish, has a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great amenities. It is walking distance to Flamands beach which was very nice. It is about a 15 minute drive to Gustavia with lots of restaurant options, and about 10 minute drive to the grocery store. The location is quiet at night and the house has blackout curtains on the lower floor. We slept very peacefully. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again in this house.

Our stay at Patricia’s place was fantastic - perfect for our family of four. We all loved being able to walk out to the beach and stroll to the bakery down the street. I grew up coming to Lorient beach, and it has remained virtually unchanged - beautiful, uncrowded, great spot to watch surfing. The grocery store across the street is very convenient. The home was pristine, modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We hope to be able to reserve Patricia’s place again for our next trip to St. Barth!

A dream! We found this listing last minute and it was perfect for our week in St. Barths! Tommy’s father greeted us and was a helpful and friendly host. The home is perfect with beautiful design and features. The views are stunning and the moment we walked inside we were at peace and ready to relax! The kitchen was lovely to cook in, we enjoyed many meals on the terrace and loved walking down to the small beach during the day and for the sunset. We recommend it 100%! Thank you!!

My family of three stayed five nights. The small accommodation was plenty for us to use as a jumping off point for exploring the island. We enjoyed coffee in the garden and the beds at night were comfortable (with great A/C). We didn’t cook during our short stay, but the kitchen was well equipped. So nice to start the visit with fresh fruit and a few drinks, too.

Amazing stay in beautiful Lorient. The apartment is ideally located to everything you need. An easy walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants and more and centrally located to drive to everywhere on the island. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed to work remotely, cook dinners at home, and most of all, relax. Anica and Frederic met us to check in, answered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

We just returned from our third time at this property, which says it all. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Extremely clean and well equipped, and a five minute walk to restaurants and less than ten to a wonderful beach. The owners and their representative, Carla, are extremely responsive if you need something. Of course, we are booking for next year.

This apartment exceeded expectations. The photos really do not do it justice. The recent upgrades are beyond impressive and the location the best possible in Gustavia. Peter, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. This is now my new "home" in St Barths! Thank you, Peter!!
