Mallory’s place was a wonderful retreat for our family of four over a long weekend. The grounds are beautiful - we took lots of walks, did some fishing, and enjoyed the trampoline. Being able to bring our dogs along huge plus. Having complimentary coffee and a few adult beverages was a nice addition.

The house was exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well stocked and included some very nice extras not always included - foil, baggies, spices, coffee, creamer, and farm fresh eggs! The home was lovely and comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Joni was a great communicator - and she even brought over a new Roku when a tv remote was missing upon check-in. We appreciate all the extras the home offered.

We were very comfortable for 2 nights. I loved that there was a heater and fan for each bedroom for maximum comfort. Mattresses are in great shape. It is small and cozy, but perfect for a family of 4.

The location was beautifully set on a lake. It was nice being on the end of a row of cabins and homes so that we didn’t feel like we were being disruptive of other guests in the area. The lake view was awesome. The house was very nicely updated with great finishes. Bedrooms were small and packed with beds but the quality of the bunks made up for the tightness.

Amanda's place was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy some quiet time before the holidays. In addition to the amenities listed, we also enjoyed a couple beautiful sunrises over the lake and its proximity to local restaurants and coffee shops.

Our group of friends take an annual outing to remember friends of ours that are no longer with us. This year we chose Stephanie's listing. It was very nice, just as described. It was roomy enough for all of us to hang out and do our own thing or gather together. We found ourselves going to some of the local restaurants and establishments that were recommended, and even took a side trip into Chippewa Falls. We had a little bit of trouble working one of the thermostats but it could have been us. This would be an awesome location to come hang out at in the summertime! We really appreciate all the responsiveness and hospitality, and hope to book with you again!

Beautiful area and location on a lake that was secluded during a winter stay. It was a perfect spot for a cousins 'catch up' overnight. It was very cold inside when I arrived but warmed up quickly. No real furniture by the fire pit which is probably different during the summer. We decided we'd like to come back during the summer.

Justin's place was the perfect respite for me and my pug during a recent family visit. Everything was cozy, accessible and the location is perfect!

The house was super clean, exactly as described. Peaceful, quiet area. The beach areas were very nice and we had them to ourselves basically. The golf course was great and the PAR3 course was great for the kids to try. Caught tons of fish straight from the shore, the club house is walkable, overall it was great, would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the welcoming by hosts, coziness, peaceful and private location near Half Moon lake. Beautiful sunsets, night sky, and nearby hiking trails we explored. Provides necessary amenities for a very enjoyable stay! Look forward to booking again.

Very reasonable, clean and quiet, easy to access local eateries and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Stacy’s place was cute and cozy for our five person group. We especially loved the assortment of games and puzzles that were available and the family history of the cabin!

Leann was great. She answered my questions promptly and gave good information on local lakes to fish including their own lake. Very accommodating as we had a family emergency during our stay and was willing to let us leave early and comp us accordingly. We ended up sticking it out with about half our normal group. The others were on the way but turned around to head home due to unforeseen circumstances. We ended up working out a deal to stay again next year for the same family vacation to help out with the added costs this year due to only having about half the people we were expecting. I would highly recommend. There is a ton of sleeping and if you spend a little extra for the garage space with games, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 10 beds it is well worth it. 5 + star rating. Can’t wait to come next year!

We found the place quite lovely and cozy. It has a beautiful spot on the lake next to the dam. Very private and peaceful. We also loved learning the history of the place and can't wait to see the area revitalized. The heated floor in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The well stocked kitchen made making meals real easy. Even with the rain we had a perfect weekend and can't wait to come back again. Jake and Eddie really know how to make a really inviting home that you don't want to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Bethany’s place! We had originally booked for 6 nights but extended the trip one day. It was cozy but it had everything we possibly needed. The instructions were clear and it was easy to feel right at home. It was 4 of us so it was fine with just one bathroom. Laundry was easy to do, and the best part was the hot tub. It was so easy to go out there and have a nice relaxing time. Half way thru our stay we needed something and Bethany was super helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect as well as it is only 15 min from Walmart. we did make a couple of trips there for some extra food. We would definitely book again next winter!

Thank you again for another beautiful stay Bethany. The weather was warm enough this time where we got to enjoy smores on the campfire and sat on the dock to watch the beautiful northern lights play across the sky. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cabin home. Kids and adults played pool and ping pong in the garage even though it was chilly, and we enjoyed games in the home too. The kitchen had everything we needed for having our breakfasts and dinners there, and the dining room was big enough for all of us to be comfortable at the table together. We really appreciated Jordan and Jane's responsiveness and willingness to work with us to meet our family needs. Thank you!

This place was so cute! we enjoyed playing pool, watching the swans on the lake and relaxing by the fireplace. It had everything we needed fir our stay!

The Castaway Lakehouse was the perfect cozy place for our family of 4. We had our two boys (age 11 & 2) with us and they had a really good time. The place was immaculately clean & furnished. The views were beautiful. We appreciate that there were different places to sit down and relax on the property (both inside and out). We occupied mostly upstairs, whereas our sons had the space downstairs while being able to be a few steps away and hear everything that was going on. We wanted to be by a lake for our son’s Spring Break and were able to do so. It truly was a relaxing place where we were able to cook great meals in the kitchen too. We were able to have a bonfire and cast a few lines into the lake. You literally can dip your feet in the lake right off the deck! I highly recommend. We are adding this place to our list to come visit again in the future. Host was really responsive the entire time. Thank you Vicky and family for sharing your space!

We only live about 10 miles from this cabin, so Diane graciously allowed my husband and me to tour the property before deciding to rent it. We didn't stay in it ourselves, but rented it for our 2 daughters and their families to stay in, over Thanksgiving weekend. It worked out quite nicely. The kids said that it was a great place to stay and talked about possibly staying there again in the future.

It’s a roomy lake cabin with lots of spots spread out or get together! It’s has a beautiful view of the lake and very comfortable beds and furnishings! We enjoyed our time together with our granddaughter. There are plenty of places around the area to explore 😀

It was a cozy cabin on beautiful lake Clearwater. It was clean and had many anemities if home. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake while sitting by the fire on the beach. My husband and I shared this with another couple. We had plenty of room and privacy. Jenna was very responsive to any questions. We all would highly recommend. The neighbors were all very kind and friendly.

This comfortable retreat is right on the river, and has a beautiful view. We spent many hours in the sunroom, playing games, reading and relaxing. There is so much natural light in the house that we kept thinking we had accidentally left lights on! This is a perfect spot for relishing some peace and quiet while enjoying nature - regardless of the weather.
