Our stay was wonderful. Appalachicola is a very cool place. The home we rented from Sandra was perfect. She was so wonderful and so easy to communicate with. Such a great location to go and explore areas right around it. If we ever get back to Appalachicola, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you Sandra

we came for spring break and met up with cousins (Philly and Indiana). Port St Joe was the perfect spot for relaxing days directly on the beach, a spacious and clean home to host our reunion and was even accommodating of our 1 year old. We have zero complaints and would definitely rent again.

We came for spring break, it was a relaxing week. My kids fished from sun up to sun down, beautiful views with a great space.

I am not one to normally do reviews but I have to on this home. This was the most precious home and perfect place to stay for my family. Lourdes left the cutest welcome gift and also has a book of all her recommendations for eating/things to do/etc. The house is exactly as pictured but even better in person. The home is SO clean and she has everything there that you could think of to make you feel right at home. 1000/10 experience. It was my first time visiting Port St Joe but after this trip, we definitely be back next year! :)

We had a fantastic stay at this well-kept home. The host was very responsive and attentive. Our family stayed there for Christmas, and Kate kindly offered to set up the Christmas tree before our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The house had many family games and puzzles; we completed five during our visit. There was also a ping pong table and arcade games, which allowed us to take a break and disconnect. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a good book. Went and watched the sunset on a few evenings to take in the whole experience. Overall, it was a great experience.

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

Beautiful home in a nice, beachside town. We were just a short drive from Port Saint Joe, St George island, and Apalachicola, Florida. There’s a great place to eat near the house. A fuel station and a dollar general were within walking distance I wish I knew what kind of mattresses and toppers were on the beds. They were so comfortable!!! The appliances were top of the line. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Great place for a family gathering! Loved all the fun amenities, spaces well thought out and very pleasant and relaxing! The golf cart made it easy to shuttle all the family members to the beach, and pull the wagon loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided by thoughtful hosts! What a blessing!! Tim and Katie were very attentive, patiently waiting for responses or potential needs. (I didn’t realize until the end of our stay that my notifications were turned off! 😜). And the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, without all the hustle bustle, this is it! Loved it!!

Home was comfortable and efficient, easy walk to the beach, easy access to pool. Beach was beautiful and felt very private. Worked wonderfully for our spring break trip with kids. Owners were extremely responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

Carrie’s place was beautiful and spotless! There was anything and everything available that you could possibly need…lots of beach towels, beach chairs, floats, nice beach cart, and the house was stocked with anything you need! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The house felt private because it was surrounded by trees and shrubs. Carrie’s local recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Shellie's family summer home was great! Happy Hibiscus is and older home with lots of charm and character. It has a very private back yard, a short walk to the beach (about a block), nice pool, large screened porch, easy access, tons of room (3 floors) and very peaceful. This is a laid back community with no through highway so the the traffic is minimal. The bay side beach is also close by (2 blocks) and a nice option if winds are making the gulf side uncomfortable. Beautiful white sand on both sides stretch for many miles (25+ on the gulf side alone). Go to Paddy's for live music, good food and raw oysters. Great vibe with lots of covered outdoor seating and a bonfire. Don't forget to visit Apalachicola. Very interesting shops and bars. The Station always has fantastic oysters. Visit the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve just over the bridge(3 aquariums). It's worth the stop. Shellie is quick to respond to any needs that arise. We enjoyed a wonderful week at St George. The house was updated and clean as well as close to everything that SGI has to offer. The kitchen is large with a lovely island and loads of counter and cabinet space. We loved drinking coffee (and wine!) on the deck while watching the waves roll onto shore. The beach was easy to access via a path directly across the street. The pool, hot tub and under the house areas were awesome as well. The home is well stocked and functional. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus an extra, full bathroom off of the common area. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve spent several weeks per year at SGI over the past 20+ years, and this house was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend this home!

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

The house was great. Also loved the tropical five minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean, quiet, very private, no bright lights anywhere and so comfortable. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. The house was also very well supplied. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved the Killarney house. The pool and beach were beautiful. Marissa was quick to respond to all my request and questions. Our family of nine, including a dog and toddler, had a wonderful vacation in Port St. Joe. Will return soon!

The Port of St. Joe is absolutely beautiful. The home was perfectly nestled in an ideal location, offering easy access to various beach experiences, nearby stores, and restaurants. Despite a potential tropical storm that turned into a hurricane moving through South Florida during our stay, Vacasa rental was exceptional, communicating with us daily to ensure our safety and providing precautions to protect both us and the home. I would definitely book again.

We took a last minute trip to the area and were able to get a couple days in this property. Everything was as described, it was a nice, clean, quiet home with good beach access. the beach was very beautiful with lots of shells and things to see, very few people out while we were there. there isn't a lot of things around but a general store and a fantastic restaurant very near by. Port St. Joe's, just about a 20 minute drive away, has many little shops and restaurants, and was a nice place to walk around and explore.

I had forgotten my phone inside the house and forgot the code, My husband had to text and ask Mary for the code and instantly she texted us back, which was so helpful. The house also had a very beachy vibe to it that we enjoyed.

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute and cozy cottage with great location close to downtown. Liked the personal touches in the home. It was a little chilly while we were there so the extra blankets and throws were greatly appreciated! Pet friendly with a huge back yard for the fur babies to run safely!

We really enjoyed our stay! The fenced in backyard was very private and nice to have for our dog and also had a nice sitting area on the patio. The house was extremely clean and in excellent condition and the kitchen was well equipped with anything we could possibly need. There were also beach chairs, beach supplies, and a beach cart available for us. We used the beach cart which was very much appreciated. Daniel was a great host, we only have positive things to say about our stay!

The best part was the plates, everything else was incredible too. But plates are just a big priority to me. Private beach access made for a very relaxing trip. Comfortable beds. A brand new grill on the back porch and plenty of plates to go around. Within walking distance of a convenience store and a donut shop. Overall a great plate to stay!

We loved staying here! Having clean place to stay and bring our dog was worth every penny! We will be staying here hopefully every year 🩷
