Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Peace Out On The Cape was phenomenal!!! The location is perfect: Steps to the beach and 2 minutes to the state park. Only 5 minutes to the best donuts I’ve ever had! The house itself was very comfortable. The extra beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, wagon) is a great touch! We also enjoyed grilling out a few nights. Having laundry was very convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfy. The host is also very nice and responsive. Upon checking in, there was a small issue with the lock to the beach equipment closet, but the host responded to my message and fixed the issue before it impacted our stay. I am already dreaming of another trip here next summer!

The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

I enjoyed the Justin's place. It was clean, near, inviting and warm. I felt very safe, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept through the night from the first evening. It was so relaxing and calming. I would live to stay there again! Many thanks, Justin for the invaluable tips for dining and touring!! You're amazing!!

This is the most beautifully decorated beach home I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an interior designer and most beach places are so cheesy and tacky but this place was gorgeous and very thoughtfully done and that elevates the whole space. Great air conditioning and perfectly stocked. Beds were insanely comfortable too. So much amazing beach gear provided too that made life more enjoyable and easy! There was one large cockroach we found but that is more a function of being next to the pond and at such a low elevation and very understandable and not in way related to the cleanliness overall which was perfect.

Albert is an awesome host and his “Home By the Sea” on Cape San Blas was divine! His place is very clean and well taken care of and it has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the beach, just bring your beach towels! He led us to all the spots on and off the Cape with restaurant recommendations, PLUS! We snorkeled with AquaBear Adventures and rode horses on the beach with Rockin’ M Ranch. The water was still cold in early April, but we made the best of it and the close proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go. We also enjoyed the upper deck and view off the ocean side bedroom, as well as the screened porch and the lower deck near the grill. The small community of Barefoot Trace was quiet and peaceful and being able to hear the ocean through the windows and screened doors at night was a bonus! This is SUCH a great beach stay! Short walk to beach, LOTS of beach toys and helpful supplies like wagons, umbrella, and tons of beach chairs. House was very comfortable for our family of 9. We all said, “we gotta come back to this place!”

We loved everything about our stay except the parking situation. We were told there was room for 2 cars. Our minivan could fit our truck could not. This unit has strictly one space. Other than parking, the view, the beach, the unit, the pool and grounds were beyond amazing!

My family had a fantastic stay at Have-A-Blas! The condo was in a beautiful and finally an airbnb with pictures that matched as what was in person . It was equipped with all the amenities listed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Wonderful communication and very thoughtful host. We enjoyed our time so much that we can’t wait to return with our family and pups again. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at nearly every ocean front condo at this complex. This is not only the nicest condo in the complex BY FAR but is the nicest airbnb I've ever stayed at! Every amenity one could imagine is provided. The updates, furnishings and decor are beautiful, classy and high-end. Kristine was EXTREMELY responsive.

I loved my stay here. St George Island is a quiet beach town, reminded me of some of my stays at North Carolina's Outer Banks. The house was clean, I was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed. The host and property management were very quick to respond to my minor issues, and got someone on site the next day. Oh, and I agree, walking around and taking the back stairs is much easier, especially for multiple trips when (un)loading stuff.

The house has a beautiful view and we could hear the ocean waves at night. Very conveniently located- steps away from the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Eve was very responsive the place was clean and just as described. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone else.

Alexandra was a top notch host. The house was exactly as described and she goes out of her way to ensure it is stocked and kid friendly items. The electric bike was a treat to use on the beach, that was not crowded and just what we were looking for. Plenty of amenities for a long or short stay. the kayaks and bicycles were a nice addition. She was very responsive with a few questions we had while we were there. We highly recommend her and this location. We will return in the near future.

The house was beautiful and clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. The beach was right outside our door and there were food trucks/grocery stores within minutes of the condo! Will definitely be visiting again!

This place was beautiful, sun sets and sunrise was Beautiful from the balcony or sunset on the beach, lots of shells 🐚 to collect. We had our golden retriever with us and there was a goody bag for him such a nice thing to do. We enjoyed all the local restaurants and people we're so friendly, and dog friendly too, the donut truck was so good and the guy is wonderful. Michelle was great to work with if we had a question she would text us right back. Would definitely come back and tell others about this place .

My husband and 6 year old Jack Russell and I LOVED our stay! The location was perfect, we could walk down the steps and were right on the boardwalk to the beach. Our dog loved hanging on the dog friendly beach all day with us, and there were not a lot of people, very private feeling! The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed and was a perfect home away from home. Our pup enjoyed the treats that were left for her. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but we took advantage of the kitchen for our meals. We are already planning on a trip back this summer!!

Andrew was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location and condo was as described. It was spacious, comfy, homey, and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful despite the hurricane disruption. We would love to return in warmer season. November getaway.

This place was absolutely perfect for my friends and I wanting a cozy break! The entire place was so clean and cute and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We were here almost two weeks ago and decided to come right back! We love this home. This time we decided to utilize more of the kitchen amenities and it was a great decision! Everything was clean and in great condition! I love how close the home is to the beach! This is by far our favorite place to stay! Like I said last time…..we will be back! :) :) :)

This was our 3rd time staying at Ocean Breeze. It's been consistently great each time we've stayed. The location is great, just steps away from the beach. The place is always immaculate and well stocked with almost everything you need. It's our home away from home.
