Melissa’s place was a joy to come to. It was colorful and lively. It was like a celebration every time you stepped through the door. Melissa puts a lot of thought into hosting and pays attention to details. It is always nice to have beach and bath towels provided, and there were plenty. Also the little things like starter amenities. The backyard is a nice and comfortable place to hang out or eat. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach and IOP little town. The neighborhood is great to walk around as well. Very much appreciated the cinco de mayo flair and the kindness of the gifts! Would definitely recommend and would return. Thanks Melissa!

We had a wonderful stay at Midnight Moon Retreat. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. We felt right at home with the plentiful amenities and thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the cozy porch. This house was perfect for our girls weekend, and I hope to revisit with my kids and husband. While the upstairs was open, the bed nooks provided a bit of separation making it comfortable for myself and cousin. I could see the upstairs being a dream room for kids! Thank you for being such a lovely host!

We loved staying at this house and will try to book again in the future! Some of the appliances are older, but the kitchen is fully stocked so this made it feel homey. We did have to open windows until the AC kicked on and run the washer twice. We loved the location, how walkable and safe it felt, and the fire pit in the back yard. One of the bedrooms does have a bunk bed, and there are 2 other bedrooms with a king and queen bed. There are tons of couches and sleeping surfaces. This was the perfect spot for a family Spring Break vacation.

Thank you so much! It was a great time even though the first few days were not great weather. Really happy to get a beach day in before we had to check out. The accommodations were amazing. Enjoyed things like sightseeing in Charleston, as well as enjoy games and just hanging out in the beautiful accommodations.

The best house for a girls trip! We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and getting ready spaces. House was very clean and had absolutely everything you could think of. Everyone in the group is already planning on when we can come back!

We had a wonderful but unfortunately brief stay at the Eco House; Hurricane Debby prevented us from fully experiencing everything this house and Folly beach offers. April is a great host and we hope to have an opportunity to return again soon. The beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants on Center St. are a few short blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride through this lovely, quiet neighborhood.

My family comes down to stay every year for the bridge run and this was the best place they stayed so far. Very clean and comfortable. The back yard was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Will be booking again next year!

Our stay here was so wonderful. The home was beautifully decorated and so homey. It was clean and had everything you could need available to you. The island itself is like no other. People are friendly and outgoing. It’s an easy bike ride or quick car ride to the beach and island house. The island amenities are stunning with endless things to do! The hosts were always quick to respond to texts and answer questions. On our last day we wanted a final beach day but realized we wouldn’t have chairs or sun shade after check out and our hosts graciously allowed us to use their and return it later that afternoon, which they didn’t have to do. Above and beyond is what can say for our overall experience. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
