The studio was exactly as described and in a fantastic location. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable and the bed extremely comfortable. Jane left comprehensive instructions/information and the parking card thingy was very much appreciated. Local restaurants are within a short walking distance. We sampled 4 and the food in all was delicious. As first time visitors to Jersey, we found Gorey to be a delightful place and would stay in Jane's studio again. Jane responded to our queries promptly and was very helpful.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für eine Auszeit am Meer, da nur wenigen Minuten die Dünen und das Meer entfernt sind. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Innenstadt von dem kleine Städtchen ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, zu Fuß ist es allerdings ein ganzes Stück.

The small but perfectly sized cosy little cottage by Ann & Mark is a true gem. It was only a short drive from the ferry port, has it's own parking space & is right on the coastal road. The cottage was impeccably decorated & pristine. The location is excellent, the cottage itself is just over the road from the beach - accessed by just crossing the very quiet road & wander down the short private gated path. It's close enough to walk to some pubs/restaurants & even a few tourist spots. Taking the car was handy for us because we could go a little further in our short time, but it looks like there were plenty of buses if you don't have a car. The driveway & parking is a little tight, but that's not a criticism - it seems to be the norm for anywhere we went in Jersey, including the car parks in St Helier. Ann & Mark were terrific - from letting us check in straight from the ferry, they provided plenty of info for where to eat and visit, even weather updates - so friendly & funny!

Perfect place to stay. The bed linen and towels were of high quality. I loved the bright kitchen with huge windows. Everything was extremely clean and well decorated. There was a warm welcome from Harriet. I would recommend this nice place!

This ground floor flat was immaculate, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and quickly responded to messages. He allowed an earlier check in at short notice which was appreciated. The flat was ideally situated for walking to restaurants and shops in St. Helier and a short walk to two car parks. There was no on-site parking. Anywhere on the island was within a 30minute drive from the flat giving easy access to beaches and the coast paths. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather to enjoy the wonderful views and beaches on our coastal walks. I would highly recommend this flat -every room was spotlessly clean, very peaceful and a perfect place to stay.

Si la météo n’est pas favorable aux balades sur la plage toute proche, l’appartement saura offrir tout ce qu’il faut pour ne pas voir le temps passer… Exactement ce que l’on recherchait pour ces vacances de nouvel an avec notre bébé de 8 mois. We had a wonderful stay here, the Jake and Claire were both incredibly welcoming and really made us feel very comfortable in this wonderful home. And the location was great for a quiet getaway, while still only a couple minutes walk from a park and supermarket. 10/10 stay, thanks guys

Our fourth stay in Jersey and this is the best accommodation we’ve had. A lovely, homely flat that was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Fantastic location, right in the beach. Emma was a great host, very proactive and responsive to any queries. Would highly recommend!

Immaculate and spotless apartment and really comfortable in a nice block of modern apartments. Nice touch with provisions left. Very close to lovely beaches and easy access to many key tourist spots. Kim was excellent in communicating with me before and during our stay. The satnav did not take us to the property, and so for a while we struggled to find anyone who knew where it was. Once we did though he helpfully showed us to it- the local Co-op as a clue having given it away! - and then really easy to access the apartment with clear instructions. Would highly recommend. Thank you Kim for sharing your delightful home.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Barneville. L’emplacement est idéal : tout est accessible à pied (les restaurants, la plage, le port, les chemins de randonnée…) ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié la gestion impeccable de la conciergerie qui vous adresse toutes les informations utiles et vous renseigne très rapidement en cas de besoin (arrivée et départ en toute autonomie possible). La description du logement est parfaitement conforme et il est très bien équipé. La petite terrasse est bien agréable pour un petit déjeuner au soleil. Nous avons pu profiter du calme (nous avons à peine remarqué les autres vacanciers). De plus, nous avons adoré la piscine et la salle de jeux qui sont dispositions jusqu’à 22h : c’est le top quand on voyage avec des enfants. Merci pour tout.

Hugo est un hôte très communiquant. l’appartement est très calme, lumineux et parfaitement placé. Proche des randonnées, des bars et restaurants sympathiques de Carteret. Nous sommes même allés prendre un délicieux petit déjeuner au superbe hôtel juste en face. Je recommande vivement

The place was great. It was cozy and welcoming. It felt like home. It was a big place, best for big groups or family. Julia was very responsive in all queries and was very friendly. Highly recommended!!! Walking back to the place was a bit challenging because of the steep road but still it was lovely to have a walk because of the nice view.

Herzlicher Empfang und immer Hilfe, wenn man sie braucht, schöne, helle Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne und allem, was man braucht, auch ohne Auto machbar, man kann zu Fuß zu den Bussen. Wir haben von hier aus eine traumhafte Woche auf Jersey erlebt und kommen gerne wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Appartement très agréable, clair, avec vue sur le port et la plage. Le niveau d'équipements est conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir une salle d'eau privative par chambre. L'offre de restaurants à proximité accessibles à pied est correcte compte tenu de la taille de la commune. L'arrivée et le départ étaient flexibles : ce service nous a plu. L'accueil de Laure était chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

This was our first visit to Jersey and it seems we chose a great location to stay. The property is located only 100 yards up a side street off the main road through St.Aubin, which makes it perfect walking distance to the local harbour, shops, restaurants, cycle-hire, bus stops and beach. The apartment was very homely, spotlessly clean and with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The road was generally very quiet and the view across the bay from the top is stunning! It's the little touches that make a difference and the few essential groceries (loaf of bread & milk) that were left, made life easier on arrival when all you want is a nice cup of tea! There were lots of coffee options too plus biscuits! Communication was very good. Overall, the apartment helped make our introduction to Jersey a very enjoyable one and therefore would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Brigitte. Outre la propreté irréprochable de son appartement, on ne se lasse pas de la vue apaisante et fantastique sur le port de Barneville-Carteret et du ballet des bateaux toute la journée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour explorer de nouveau cette région magnifique qu'est le Cotentin. Merci !

Had a very restful stay in St Aubin. The location is perfect - far enough away from the pubs/bars to feel quiet and private but only a short walk from all the amenities including a small Morrisons convenience store and a good spread of restaurants. St Helier is only a short bus ride away and is a well equipped town with many large high street stores and department stores alongside independent shops and cafés. The stunning Portelet Beach is only a 25min walk from the property and is well worth a visit! We only stayed 2 nights so I’m sure there is more to see in the direction of St Brelade. The apartment is perfect for couples or solo guests and whilst it isn’t huge it has a nice cosy feel to it and is well appointed with everything you need. Vijay responded to all of our requests and was more than happy to help with our early bag drop and additional items for the kitchen. Would happily stay again next time I visit Jersey!
