Title: Highly Recommended! Our stay at Waterside apartment was a real pleasure! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants. Our host was very welcoming, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

First off, the location is great because it’s near fabulous secluded beaches. There are cheap restaurants around where locals go (Golden Anchor, Wendy’s Sports Bars), the fish store in Payne’s bay, Jordan’s supermarket within 15 min walk. The kitchen is super functional. The apartment has screened windows in the entrance veranda room so you can always leave those windows open without worrying about mosquito or birds coming in. Anna has 2 beach chairs too. The only thing we wish we had known was that the bed in the coral bedroom is a double bed and not a king. The king might refer to the sofa bed which is actually not comfortable to sleep in at all so the double bed was way too small for my 6 foot tall husband and I.

This apartment is excellent value. You may think the decor is a little dated, BUT it is spotlessly clean and has good quality airconditioning and fans. Plenty of clean towels provided along with all the essentials like soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper and washing up liquid. The kitchen included everything you could need, plates, pans, cutlery, aswell as a kettle, microwave, coffee maker, grill oven and fridge freezer. There is also an easy to use safe. Hugh greeted us on arrival and was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Access to the beach club is an added bonus. If you want to do Barbados in a nice area but on a budget, you can't go wrong with Hugh's place. I have to mention again how spotlessly clean it was. I certainly would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay was just what we needed, a quiet base from which to investigate the island of Barbados. From our welcome upon arrival by Joseph (rental manager), to the beautiful apartment and grounds, this was a wonderful stay. We can't wait to go back!!!

Tina was an excellent host. There was a hurricane approaching and she kept in touch throughout, providing valuable updates.

Had a fantastic week in Theodore’s place. Checking in was easy, instructions were sent in advance. Place looked exactly as advertised. Fabulous view from the Balcony where we had breakfast every morning. clean space all around, Warm swimming pool, quiet and peaceful area. 8 min walk to a small beach which was serene and hardly anyone around. Adjacent to that was more busier beach with plenty of activities and restaurants. Also some great shops and a huge supermarket nearby for your daily needs and souvenirs etc… We had the best time and felt at peace. Thank you so much for the wine in the fridge also, we loved it. Hope to come back one day xxx

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dawne’s place. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a short walk to the beach. The use of the Beach Club was also great. We will definitely go back. Dawne was a very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

Tonia was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating for our checkin-checkout requests! Easy walk to some amazing beaches.

Very comfortable accommodation & well decorated, the complex felt very safe. Hosts really put thought into making guests feel welcome! Clear instructions, snacks on arrival - all really nice touches! The living areas are spacious - big enough for early morning stretching or yoga and there’s a handy little office space which you can tuck away easily in its cupboard. It's a really versatile space packed in there. The convenience store and nearby restaurant are less than 5 mins walk away which makes for a great base too. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Loved loved this place It’s a gorgeous, spacious apartment with everything u need to relax and enjoy. The gardens and pool area are beautiful with plenty of sunloungers. Loved seeing the hummingbirds and monkeys in the garden. The ladies who clean are so sweet and friendly so is the gardener we loved chatting to them. Ian and Helen were amazing hosts so accommodating and helpful Defo recommend and hope to Return soon.

LesleeAnn is an excellent host and her place is clean, peaceful and well designed with all mod cons. The gated community is safe and there is small communal pool for swimming; the reflection pool is an aesthetic feature which also keeps the area cool. Worthing is a 20 minute walk from the accommodation but the pavements are in need of repair so wear sturdy shoes.

The apartment has everything you need well equipped kitchen, bathroom. Beautifully furnished living room with internet and cable tv. Although we only spent there only 2 nights, we felt like home and we're regretting we couldn't stay longer. Marsha is such a great host :) Thank you for staying up and welcoming us in the middle of the night :))

Vše bylo velmi dobré. Dobře vybavená kuchyně, prádelna s pracím práškem, silná klimatizace.... Jediná nevýhoda, je že kousek za domem je dálnice což je trochu rušivé - ale nic, co by se nedalo zvládnou. Do obchodu je to cca 5 minut a na pláž cca 20-30 minut - tedy příjemná procházka nebo se člověk sveze za pár dolarů autobusem.

Katie was extremely responsive and kind, her place was so nice and clean, walkable right across the beach. She also had some great local recommendations - down the road we went to pilates almost every morning to a place we would have never found if it weren’t for Katie!! Would definitely love to stay here again

Amazing host! Shawn went out of his way to accommodate. Our kids got a sunburn and when I asked him where we could get Aloe Vera, he personally delivered 3 fresh plant leaves that very day to the house! What a life saver! His place was amazing and modern, beds super comfortable, using the kitchen was amazing, from induction cook stove to having all the spices and even vinegar to make pickles! High attention tot detail. The pool was amazing and private, and the gated community was an extra fine touch even though. Arbados you already feel safe. We like there was only a short 3-4minute walk to the beach (right near Lonestar restaurant and Jumas). The kids loved the beach bar/restaurant serving grilled chicken and fish, with a vibrant entertaining owner who even gave the kids free lemonade! If you are a coffee lover, the closest latte/expresso was lonestar, opening at 8:30am… (better coffee than Jumas). Lonestar was a 3-4 minute walk and directly on the beach and amazing.

Really clean, well equipped apartment. Great outside area, direct on to pool! 6 minutes walk to beach with bar & food. Set in a lovely area, amongst the mansions of millionaires etc. Towels provided for beach too. It really is a home from home, will certainly be back. Thanks again! Mark, Sharon & Luke

Sarah's home is a GEM, simply beautiful, amazing, relaxing & superbly located in a private & peaceful area. It felt much bigger than the photos described, we felt very at home, lots of space/ bathrooms. Super comfy beds, linen & towels pristine & plentiful. The balcony was huge it has stunning views which were breathtaking, so relaxing. We were able to see the pool from our balcony which is handy to check-in on my youngest who couldn't get enough. The pool was spotless & cleaned regular. Gibbes beach was very close less than 10mins walk, Mullins extra 10min & lots of places to eat CCs etc. We visited Speightsown, Oistins, Bridgetown & Holetown mostly by bus, the yellow one. it was fab. Took the Blue bus to Bridgetown & has WiFi (blue bus is Government) have exact money drivers do not handle cash, fare is placed directly in pay box (no change given) Big supermarket in Holetown has everything. Collis was fantastic aswell as Marcia. We look forward to returning Thank you Sarah Jacinta

We were very happy with the location - conveniently situated between Holetown and Speightstown and easy to take the plentiful buses that you could catch at the corner. Marcella was a delight as she was there when we checked in and explained how things worked and provided recommendations. Lawrence was very responsive with all communication and reacted quickly to a small plumbing issue that arose. I would go back in a heartbeat.

It was a wonderful stay at Mark’s place. The atmosphere, was amazing and peaceful. The location was real ideal close to grocery stores, beaches and only like a 20 minute drive from Bridgetown. Andrea, our point of contact, was amazing. She was really helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

A wonderful family stay at the elegant 109 apartment. The apartment benefits from privacy in its end of block location and the accessibility of the ground floor directly to the gardens, pool beach and amenities. An exquisitely decorated apartment with great cooking and laundry facilities - also a particularly lovely dining area with plenty of space. We will definitely return to 109. Thanks also to the excellent Marilil and Sara for their assistance and great service delivery throughout our stay from Arlene.

Very enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment. The accommodation was clean and well presented and the washing machine was a bonus. It had a well stocked linen cupboard with clean bedding,bathroom towels and beach towels. The only problem we had was accessing the property as the padlock was quite tricky until you get used it. The lack of lighting if you arrive after dark is also a problem as there is hardly any lighting around the property until you can access the property and switch the lights on. Michelle was extremely responsive in this instance and we managed to access the property. Great location for the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again.
