Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. Natasza was warm and welcoming! Her place was perfect for our family of four with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each was modern with lovely linens, comfortable beds, ample closet space. The porch was peaceful and relaxing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay with incredible amenities. It was walking distance from Chattel Village with Cafe Bar Carisma, The Beach House and several restaurants from upscale - Tides & Nishi - to more moderate priced ones such as Just Grillin & Zaccios. TML One Love Bar is also walking distance! It was a stone’s throw from Limegrove for top-tier shopping at Level Up Gym. I also enjoyed walks along Cemetery Road and yoga at Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio. We hope to return again soon!

This is my second visit and I can't wait to return. The Villa is a home with space and everything one could possibly need. So close to the beach and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and quiet.

Esperanza was a great rental for us. We stayed for 3 months and with a car it is a convenient location for going anywhere on the island. We were a 15 minute drive into Holetown and about 30 minutes to anywhere else. You do have to drive to any shops or restaurants but Earthworks Pottery is very close to visit. The house is very spacious and has a large full kitchen, large foyer, kitchen eating area, dining room, living room and family room. The beds are comfortable and all towels and other linens are new and good quality. The outdoor space is very large as well and there are different seating and lounge areas to enjoy the well maintained pool and views of the island. The home is very secure and private and from this location at the top of the hill the views are lovely and photos can’t really capture how nice and relaxing it is. Michelle is the lovely property manager and is always available and would pop right over anytime we had questions. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Queens Tower. The house was perfect and we made great use of the wonderful outdoor bar, pool and dining area. The beach was a short walk down a pretty street. The sunsets were unreal. The host was fantastic as was Debrae the housekeeper. We will certainly be back!

The house is great with large bedrooms and lounge areas. All bedrooms have their own ensuites which are great for our teengage kids. The pool is clean and well maintained, we used it a lot during our stay. Andrea and Alec are lovely hosts!

We loved our stay at Louise's home. The villa had amazing outdoor space, the pool was large and refreshing, Louise and Kimberly were easy to communicate with and very helpful, and we loved the local tennis courts and beach club. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach, grocery store, and shops when needed. Holetown was so charming and the location was perfect to enjoy some amazing restaurants and beach spots. We would love to return to Louise's home and the lovely island of Barbados.

This house was perfect. It is even more beautiful than I. The pictures and was a perfect and quiet location for our group to enjoy the beautiful beaches and restaurants in St James without being too far from Crop Over activities. Communication with the host was also seamless, as was check in and check out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing host! Shawn went out of his way to accommodate. Our kids got a sunburn and when I asked him where we could get Aloe Vera, he personally delivered 3 fresh plant leaves that very day to the house! What a life saver! His place was amazing and modern, beds super comfortable, using the kitchen was amazing, from induction cook stove to having all the spices and even vinegar to make pickles! High attention tot detail. The pool was amazing and private, and the gated community was an extra fine touch even though. Arbados you already feel safe. We like there was only a short 3-4minute walk to the beach (right near Lonestar restaurant and Jumas). The kids loved the beach bar/restaurant serving grilled chicken and fish, with a vibrant entertaining owner who even gave the kids free lemonade! If you are a coffee lover, the closest latte/expresso was lonestar, opening at 8:30am… (better coffee than Jumas). Lonestar was a 3-4 minute walk and directly on the beach and amazing.

We had a fabulous 1 month stay at Sylvain’s condo. The place was exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, very clean, very comfortable bed, great internet and well located. The pool was lovely and constantly maintained. The washer in the apartment was nice to have and the clothes hung on a drying rack on the back balcony dried so quickly. We bussed up and down the island the first 2 weeks then had a car rental the last 2 weeks to really explore the island. The property manager Alain was so attentive and helpful and made us feel really welcome. One small issue with the AC remote was quickly resolved and we knew if there would have been any issue, Alain would have instantly resolved it. We would not hesitate to return to this condo and highly recommend this condo to other travellers. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had an amazing time at this awesome airbnb. It was private, very quiet and peaceful. The pool and tennis courts were almost always empty, very clean and we used them often after returning from our day visiting the island's parishes. We were extremely impressed with the unit, the tools in the kitchen, the coffee maker was a lifesaver (there was even coffee grounds and sugar for us), the towels for the bathroom/shower and the beach were amazing. Its all of those extra considerations that are not given out anymore. Thank you so much for that Leanne! Having a washing machine was also great so we didn't have to overpack. The only small small issue was the tiny couch lol. It really only fit 2 small people and there were 3 of us. But that is such a small thing considering how amazing this place is! Everything was considered when Leanne prepared this unit for visitors. She gave very clear instructions to entering/exiting the premises, and she even left a little welcome basket with treats!

A great apartment in an excellent and quiet location. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very handy having a bus stop at the end of the road to head into Holetown or Speightstown where there are good supermarkets, beaches and places to eat. We all loved nearby Thunder Bay with its chilled vibe, live music and tasty food. Tina, the local contact, was very helpful giving updates on maintenance to the water supply and checking all was ok. Vanessa was also responsive and gave very useful information on the local area. We had a great stay, thank you 😊

We stayed at Steven’s apartment for 10 days and had an amazing holiday (2 couples). The apartment was wonderful and just as described and there were lots of additional touches that were really thoughtful such as the Cool box and ice blocks and a couple of snorkels. The Sugar Hill complex was beautiful and peaceful. The pools were a lovely temperature (lit at night and open until 9pm) and grounds very well kept. We had a couple of lovely lunches at The Deck (Shrimp Pad Thai excellent!) and the rum punch during happy hour very good. We utilised the Fairmont beach club membership particularly to go and watch the sunsets but also travelled around the Island - which always felt friendly and safe. Kavell was super responsive when we had any questions. I had to do some work whilst out here so had to use the table on the balcony (only minor point was that there wasn’t an electric socket close by). It is an approx 20 min walk down the hill (via Store house Road) to the beach club.

Great location, apartment is near several good restaurants both on the beach for watching the sunset as well as local places for affordable prices. Beautiful beach on your doorstep and a local supermarket within walking distance. Would recommend renting a car to give you more flexibility. Bed was large and comfortable. There are a few apartments in the buildint so you will have neighbors.

Sarah's home is a GEM, simply beautiful, amazing, relaxing & superbly located in a private & peaceful area. It felt much bigger than the photos described, we felt very at home, lots of space/ bathrooms. Super comfy beds, linen & towels pristine & plentiful. The balcony was huge it has stunning views which were breathtaking, so relaxing. We were able to see the pool from our balcony which is handy to check-in on my youngest who couldn't get enough. The pool was spotless & cleaned regular. Gibbes beach was very close less than 10mins walk, Mullins extra 10min & lots of places to eat CCs etc. We visited Speightsown, Oistins, Bridgetown & Holetown mostly by bus, the yellow one. it was fab. Took the Blue bus to Bridgetown & has WiFi (blue bus is Government) have exact money drivers do not handle cash, fare is placed directly in pay box (no change given) Big supermarket in Holetown has everything. Excellent location, great service from the gardener with Sunbeds on the beach each morning and the cleaner who came 3 times during our stay and replaced towels, removed rubbish and put clean sheets on the bed. Location is excellent for the beach and Holetown with its shops, bars and restaurants. I agree with some of the other reviews about the noise but it didn’t spoil the overall experience and we will definitely be back
