Beautiful, beautiful stay here. Nestled between the mountains and the ocean on a gorgeous property, this place was perfect! Very clean and spacious with plenty of seating, gorgeous sliding doors that, when opened, filtered in gorgeous afternoon sun. Also a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a quasi-private beach down the road. I mean-- come on! Super cool host. Great vibes. LOVED☕️❤️

The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated and super clean. Beds were comfortable as were the living room chairs. A large kitchen with a gas stove made cooking easy for meals you want to eat in. The property is large and well cared for with many places to sit in the garden. The location is excellent, very quite and secluded, although nothing is in walking distance. Wifi consistently worked with acceptable speeds, as good as any other we had on St Kitts or Nevis. A few restaurants are a couple minute drive away while Charlestown is about 10 minutes away with many more places to eat and a couple grocery stores. Pinneys Beach is just before Charlestown, a nice beach with a number of restaurants. Jocelyn was very friendly and easy to contact. Honestly one of the better AirBnB's we have stayed in, anywhere.

Unbelievable might be the only way to describe Eden Villa. This place is truly magical, from the clean comfortable house to the amazing panoramic views. Everything we needed to know and more was provided before our arrival. All the people we met working on and around the house were just as nice and helpful as could be. You can tell they all care for this place and its visitors. The welcome food was not at all what we expected but far better than we could have imagined. It was great not having to immediately run to the store or a restaurant upon arrival. If you chose you could have a comfortable stay at the house and not leave, but it’s close to beaches and restaurants on the island and easy to get around. We travel quite a bit and this place is leaps and bounds better than anyplace we have ever stayed. Really it’s just perfect. Thank you all at Eden Villa !!!

Private oasis with a great pool and a huge open yard to play in. Location was private, quiet, and easily walkable to the beach. Beds were comfortable and very nicely setup. Lots of provisions to help get you started and make you feel at home. We really loved the place and felt very comfortable. Monkeys paid us so visit and we walked up the street to say hi to the goats and donkeys. Would defiantly go back. Lived the first place we stayed at, but I don’t think we really fully relaxed until we spent time here.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

Great stay for the four of us mature siblings. Each large bedroom had its own bathroom and mini-split a/c for ultimate comfort and privacy. Large kitchen was easy for multiple cooks. We especially loved the screened porch where we had all of our meals when not dining out. Great for bird and monkey-viewing. Pool was clean and refreshing with lovely views all around- including daily rainbows. The widow’s walk bench provided excellent night sky gazing. Nice, hilly neighborhood for walking. Short walk to delicious Luna and a 2 minute drive to Chrishi Beach (which we had almost to ourselves). Most impressive was the prompt, friendly, all around excellent service from Mowava. She came through on everything from a can opener to local plants for soothing aches and pains to arranging pick up and drop off for arrival and departure. Jennifer’s Guide book was the source for food and activity recommendations. We highly recommend Mandevilla for a relaxing stay on wonderful Nevis.

We had a wonderfully relaxing fortnight in this lovely property. Sea view, palm trees, peaceful location…exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to de-stress and chill!!

We really loved our stay at the Unique Villa. Lynell and Omel were very welcoming hosts and it was a real pleasure to talk with them about their experiences. They picked us up from the Oualie Beach water taxi dock, which is only 5 minutes from the Villa. They also explained how to ride the buses, which we did 6-7 times over the 2 days we explored Nevis. We appreciated their recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The Villa is perfect for a family of 3. The bedroom A/C was very much appreciated at night. Kitchen is well equipped. We used the outdoor shower (and the regular indoor shower), the clothesline, great WiFi, TV with all channels. If we make it back to Nevis, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Had a very calm and comforting long weekend with space for planned and additional guests with solid amenities. (Admittedly we did not expect to miss TV shows but our longing was hardly intense.) So wondrously quiet and clean with some amazing views and lots of outdoor greenery. Getting groceries at the nearby supermarket (3 minute drive) was very easy although some items had to be secured from another shop further away. Not exactly walkable from the property to the main road... but such is the price one pays for privacy and such a lovely view. Some understandable "wear and tear" on the outdoors (sea blast is a beast) and the plunge pool was aptly named given that doozy of a first step, but thanks to the host and the general state of the premises I would definitely recommend and do it again.
