I wanted to stay somewhere that was walking distance to the amenities of Jolly Harbour (without having to hire a car/golf cart) and Anita’s place offered just that. In addition, my friend and I visited a number of beaches during our stay, but the one that is right on the doorstep was actually our favourite. There were a couple of things not working (eg one of the TVs) but this was all clearly explained from the start and did not negatively impact the stay. Communication was also excellent between Anita and Ulrike. I would definitely look to stay at Anita’s property again if it was available next time I visit beautiful Antigua.

Beautiful space overall , check in was a breeze. We were greeted by the host upon check in. The only con would be that the air condition in the second room was broken and during the day temperatures rose & it got extremely hot and unbearable. I reached out about it asking if the host could come over to fix it but I never got a response to that question specifically, so we just made due and brought a standing fan for the room. Everything else was great.

Villa Tyler was a delivery and we enjoyed staying there every single. Regrets 10 days just passed by fast, wanted more days. Will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation set on the hillside with stunning views over Dickenson Bay. Kevin our agent was extremely helpful managing the property, arranging cleaning mid stay, and sorting out any minor issues quickly. There’s a house phone for local calls, Wi-fi, tv, pool is clean and sunny, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Kevin very kindly dropped some important things we had forgotten to the airport after we had left. Thank you! A rental car is recommended for this location.

We had a wonderful stay at this Jolly Harbour vacation home! The property was exactly as described, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway for our family with young kids. The location was great—just a short walk to a beautiful and not too populated beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities listed. We had one issue with the beach umbrella not being there when we arrived, but once we contacted Bryan he had one sent the next day. It was a little bit of a further walk to the pool area which we sometimes walked and sometime drove if we were getting groceries at the same time. We would recommend this place to those looking for a laid back beach vacation. At the time we were there, there was a limited restaurant options which the neighbors said change year to year. This made us cook a little more in the house which was equipped to do so.

Felecia is the manager of the villa not the owner. She is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. We had a few issues while we were there but she organised tradesmen extremely quickly without fuss or bother. The villa is in a very quiet location and is very tidy and well equipped. There is a golf cart with the rental which is an absolute necessity if you do not plan to hire a car because the bars, restaurants are a 30 minute walk away. The Supermarket (Epicurian) is also a good distance away and the only one in the area but is very expensive. Beaches are close by with one about a five minute walk (no sun beds though) and Jolly beach is further but reachable with the golf cart. There are a few restaurants by the marina and all are expensive with varying levels of service from slow to very slow but it’s Antigua so you have to adapt to their pace. There’s a lot of building going on in Jolly Harbour especially by the Marina which is not too intrusive yet but it will ramp up.

The place is clean and modern and has all amenities. If something was missing, it was immediately taken care of. Lunessa & Fitz went above ans beyond as hosts, they were equal to a concierge service at a hotel. They booked cars, recommended places to eat and even made us reservations, replaced a lock when we couldn’t lock the door instantly. Reminded us our taxi was there when it was time to get to the airport. I’d recommend renting a car or a golf cart, as taxi’s can be expensive. Beach is a 10 min walk, so easy on foot too. Several restos close by and many excursions available around the island. They are extremely responsive and truly cared to make our stay perfect.

This place is wonderful and the views are mesmerizing! Victor was so pleasant and down to earth, he helped us beyond words and we are grateful for helping us make the best of the island of Antigua! A sweet place to stay 5 STARS..

Really nice accommodation. The living area has no air conditioning so the days with no breeze were tough. Stay in the pool or the bedroom on those days😎. Great location as Galley Bay Beach is stunning. The sunsets were awesome and the grill by the pool, perfect! Nearest supermarket is Perry Bay. Good for essentials but Epicurean has a broader selection. The only downfall were the pesky jet skis on the bay during the day. We have been to Antigua a few times so we tend to want to stay at the villa and relax. Overall a wonderful stay! Skep who is the house manager is a gem!

We were a group of six adults and Hector’s House was perfect for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic feature. Larger kitchen & family room were very nice. There was plenty of space to come together and also find a quiet spot to relax. Golf carts were a must. The location is wonderful! Just not reasonably walkable to the restaurants, grocery store or beach. Amy & Iris were my point of contact for the house. Amy arraigned to have 2 golf carts waiting at the house for us. She also became my go to for any island questions or excursions. She is very quick to respond, even when I message her after hours with an excursion request. Our personal concierge. She is wonderful, polite and extremely patient. My only regret is I wasn’t able to thank her & Iris in person. Future travels without Amy and Leon, our taxi driver, just won’t be the same. They have set the bar high. I hope future guests have the same fabulous experience we did.

What a wonderful stay we had at Nadia's villa! It was very clean, well appointed, spacious and updated throughout. The outside sitting/dining areas were very comfortable and the pool was a great place to cool off. Communication was easy and prompt. We've traveled all over the islands and experienced many different accommodations. I highly recommend this villa.

Highly recommended for your visit to Antigua! The place was spacious and more than enough for our group of 8. The pool was a huge plus and was clean upon our arrival. The house was clean and in great condition. We felt the area was safe and walkable. There are a few good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance which was a huge plus! Jolly beach was walkable from the home which is also a great plus. The host was extremely communicative and check-in and check-out was seamless. Nothing but good things to say! Highly recommend!!

What an amazing place. Looks exactly like the listing. Pool was great, walking distance to the beach and local as well as touristic restaurants. Supermarket nearby was also helpful. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Six of us stayed here for almost a week and it had enough space to accommodate all of us. Also the neighbours are fun and really friendly. Highly recommend and would def stay here again

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like fresh towels and toiletries provided. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!" Thank you.

Une magnifique villa dans un cadre tranquille et proche de la mer. Parfait pour visiter les plages alentours. La villa est super bien équipée pour cuisiner, la piscine est sécuritaire pour les enfants, mes petits de 3 ans avaient pieds sur toute la longueur!! Un incroyable séjour, je recommande vivement, les 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain sont très commodes pour les groupes et l’épicerie est a distance de marche.

Very good host all around the only thing we didn’t like is only being able to run the ac unit for 2 hour increments but we also knew that going into it. All around Helen was a GREAT host and loved all the surrounding things to do and only a 8min walk to Dickenson Bay Beach!!

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

Such an amazing villa in a quiet and beautiful setting. Couldn’t ask for a better week’s holiday to kick the feet back and relax. I felt right at home with their friendly service. Supermarket, great restaurants and beach all in very short walking distance. Just an ideal spot. Will be looking to stay again next time I’m back.

Brilliant villa wonderful location just a few minutes from wonderful beach with great bar/restaurant. Longer walk to supermarket and restaurants but enjoyable walk and much needed after tooo much relaxation. Would definitely book again if we decided to return to Antigua for 6th time!! Extremely enjoyable holiday with lovely people - what more could you ask for.

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Villa is in a great location, 2min walk from Jolly beach. You will find everything you need in the villa for a comfortable stay. Co host Althia was amazing with any questions I had throughout my stay, very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back soon!

Excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants nearby - highly recommend this spot for a stay in Antigua. Jolly Harbor was our favorite spot in Antigua and is a great home base for anyone's visit. Kevin was a great host, very responsive and helpful getting us checked-in.
