We've stayed a few times and love the spot, very easy to walk onto the marshes and towards the beach, with also the restaurants and grocery store close by. The living area is spacious, and the master bedroom comfortable, with a separate bath, and shower room. Michelle is always very helpful and friendly, so looking forward to staying again, both with and without the puppy!

A lovely warm welcome and accommodation that delivered everything promised. Peaceful remote location perfect for relaxing with added bonus of a great hot tub and sauna to add to the experience. Lots of information shared before arrival regarding the surrounding area, places to visit, eat etc. which was much appreciated.

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend away. opened the door on the saturday morning to a view of a rainbow stretching over the fields. place was very clean and well looked after. short drive into Bedford for a walk around the shops and the local museum and gallery. will be booking in again asap!

Kiln Cottage was fantastic - typical North Norfolk property with every amenity you could wish for - Certainly a 'home away from home' Very clean with a wow! first impression. Lawrence provided lots of valuable information about the area which made for a wonderful stay. Would certainly return without a doubt

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. We loved our stay at the cottage, located in the idyllic village of Great Massingham. The cottage felt lovely and cosy and the hot tub was a great bonus. It was everything we needed for a weekend stay in Norfolk. Our little dog also felt very welcome, there was a dog bed, bowls, towel even treats, all a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying! Couldn’t fault it!

What a lovely romantic little spot! Hosts were so helpful! Hot tub under the stars was a dream! Lots to do near by and plenty of places to eat!

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.
