This was a great place to stay that is walking distance to the Marriott World Resort and is very close to Disney. I stayed here while at a conference at the hotel. It was very comfortable and spacious. I loved having the ability to make some of my own meals and wash some clothes. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great location for anything in Daytona beach with plenty of amenities. Room was updated recently and was very clean. Robert was great to deal with prior to check in. Always prompt with his responses.

The place has everything and is smack in the middle of all the Disney magic. While the property was full of families and kids over the holiday week, the condo was amazingly quiet. Great all around!

I was a little hesitant before checking in because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I opened the door I was wowed by the nice decor, super cleanliness and all the amenities and comforts in the unit. The beds were very comfortable, a ton of drawer space and the unit itself was very roomy. We had plenty of towels, including pool towels. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus!! The property is great if you come with kids. It’s huge! Common areas were very clean and well maintained. Resort communication was amazing; everyday I would receive a text with activities going on throughout the day. Property was in a perfect location! We booked this last minute and were so thankful it was available. Rob and Julia were quick to respond when I had any questions and were very nice. Will definitely come back!!!

Todd’s place in Little Harbor was absolutely amazing. The unit was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing and had everything we could have possibly needed for our 10 day stay. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony and hanging out in the very comfortable La-Z-Boy recliners. Todd was extremely nice and helpful for me and my now fiancée (we got engaged here!!) and we are so thankful for his hospitality. Todd is truly a one of a kind host — you won’t find anyone better. Thank you so much, Todd, for letting us stay at your beautiful spot in Little Harbor. We look forward to our next trip to Ruskin and hope to stay here again in the future! Cheers.

Didn’t get the chance to stay due to a mishap of the listing not supposed to be available. Even though it was inconvenient it was Not the hosts fault

Frederick is super helpful and responds instantly. The apartment is a little strange - bathroom use requires coordination! - but everything was spotlessly clean, everything worked perfectly and all the necessaries were amply provided. We particularly appreciated the coffee pods! :) Lots of power and USB sockets. Easily walkable from downtown St Pete, quiet area, coffee shop right on the corner. Things to be aware of: light sleepers beware, there is basically no sound proofing, you will hear the neighbours quietly watching TV, people coming in and out, conversation in the lobby etc. The earplugs in the welcome basket should have been a clue :) (But it was pretty good within the apartment itself.) The memory foam (?) mattresses were super comfy, if warm - but the pillows were all rather high and hard (memory foam, couple of feather) for this front sleeper :) Lastly - the apt worked well for two of us, but I think shared space would be tight for more than 2. We had a lovely time!

Me and my friends had a blast! The beach never got too busy, so definitely a more family friendly place to stay than other places in Daytona. The deck had an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and had enough chairs for all of us to sit on. Everything we needed to get for our stay was at grocery and conveniences stores very close by. There were beach chairs, a boogie board and some other beach stuff for us to use which was really nice! Because of the hurricane the pools and the tiki bar that’s a part of the building was closed but that didn’t hinder our trip much at all! Was still super fun and there are nice restaurants to grab drinks and food at nearby!

Loved our stay- the place is lovely, we were all comfy from bed, couch to bunkbeds and rocking chairs outside. Would absolutely stay again. The place also happens to be convinetly right next to a dollar tree, dim sum place and dunkin- we were able to get everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and tiki stand there are incredible with the nicest bartenders you'll ever meet. Everyone there was respectful, lots of families. Place is on the 15th floor- elevator worked well. Loved the one bathroom's jets for personal hot tub time. The coffee maker, k cups and tea provided were great. The cooling system worked incredibly well too.
