My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

This was our 2nd time staying at The Fountain. We love the area and feel very safe here. The beach access is amazing and all of the amenities offered. This place was spacious and very well maintained which we appreciate when staying a long stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay in St. Augustine! This was the perfect location for our family of 4. We walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and took a short drive to visit the sites in Old St. Augustine. Stephanie provided everything we needed - including beach gear! I highly recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

Great stay. Condo is well outfitted and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful, no loud neighbors and all are friendly. Narelle is extremely responsive and proactive. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Danny’s place and I’m already looking forward to staying again next winter! Danny is an awesome host! He’s easy to talk to and responds very quickly! The condo has everything you could need and the area is wonderful! I really enjoyed staying at Danny’s and can’t wait to go back!

Nos hospedamos en familia y la verdad pasamos unos días hermosos. El departamento super equipado, no le faltaba nada. Muy amplio y con todas las comodidades. La limpieza excelente y esta ubicado en una zona cerca de todo. El complejo posee una bonita pileta y lindo lugar para caminar. The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

We have 3 children and this place was great for our family. It had everything we needed and more, location was great, and hosts communicated well. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying at this place! Travis described it perfectly and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids 10, 7, 5). Pool was amazing with slides for the kids and most places were within 5-10 min drive. If you have kids and are doing Disney, don’t bother bringing a stroller. They have a double stroller that comfortably fit my kids (rotating seats). Excellent place and we will be back again in this condo!
