My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Ashley and Billy were amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating and made everything very simple. The house was incredible and they definitely helped make it better!

Excellent place, especially for backyard activities. Very close to down town Tampa and Busch Gardens. I definitely recommend staying.

Cute house and tons of things in house to help with trip. If you have kids, she has so much for them! Very accomadating! We had a few issues, but she was very responsive and quick to fix. Only negative was neighborhood was noisy!

Te listing does not do the place justice. The home is beautiful and decorated simple but nice. My kids and I loved the comic book wall art in the upstairs level. I also love the "No shoes upstairs" rule, keeps the carpet upstairs nice and fluffy. Quick tip the stairs can be slippery going down due to the carpet so watch your footing or you will fall like I did. I laughed soooo hard (I was not hurt, just a quick slide down). My 9 year old said "welp thats one way to get down the stairs" lol. The space was great, enough room for my kids to enjoy their space. I found myself making a K-cup coffee every night to wine down after a busy day. Having the K cup machine was a game changer. There is also an air fryer. All appliances are clean and look new. We had no issues during our stay, other than not wanting to go home lol. The resort is also beautiful. The hot tub was amazing especially since it rained. The bar and grill food was good as well. I would stay here again.

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive which made planning our trip seamless. Truly appreciated the immediate responses and answers to any questions we had.

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Very nice and perfectly clean home. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meal prep. Would book again when back in the area.

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

La casa es muy linda más grande de lo que se ve en las imágenes, es cómoda amplia está cerca de todo, el barrio es tranquilo bonito el Super está al lado, es un lugar perfecto, cerca de los parques, la casa está muy bien equipada, realmente fue un acierto Y ella muy atenta a contestar mis inquietudes. El mejor lugar que podría haber elegido!

This place was absolutely amazing. It was super nice and clean. It was very cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The side private yard for my dog was so convenient and I know my dog enjoyed it. Ben & Tracey were extremely responsive and friendly.

As always. my stay was perfect. This was not 1st, 2nd 3rd, or 4th, stay. Loved it.

This is a fantastic location allowing us to have a great walkable vacation over 4 days. The location plus having a parking space was tremendous helpful. Sincerely recommend this location to anyone wanting to travel to St. Augustine.

This was my second time staying there and it was still nice. It's close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance and is not far of you want to drive for some variety. The unit was clean with parking out front, which is important since i was traveling by myself. I did have an issue when i first arrived but she was very responsive and it was fixed quickly. I stayed for several days so I appreciated that it had all the creature comforts, especially in the kitchen. Great place! I'd stay again

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Villas was absolutely wonderful! The beachfront location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo unit was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed: a kitchen stocked with essentials, a cozy living room, clean linens, and a balcony that became our favorite spot. Watching the sunrise with coffee from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. If you're looking for a relaxing, no-fuss beach vacation, Cocoa Beach Villas is the perfect destination. We'll definitely be back for another stay! Highly recommend.

Very easy check-in, easy to find, spacious apartment, clean with all the necessary amenities. Overall, very clean and comfortable beds. I recommend and would stay again.

My parents, husband, and I stayed at Anderson’s place for a spring break vacation. We were happy the condo was on the first floor and right next to the handicap parking spots since my parents have difficulty walking for a variety of reasons. The unit itself was very nice and we really liked the layout. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but if we had been walking around at the Disney parks all day like we had when we were all younger, we surely would have been too tired to notice any discomfort from beds. We checked out both pools and the one near the clubhouse was very nice! However, we did not swim in it due to time. Overall, I feel like the place was worth the money spent to stay there.

Great place for my family to stay! There were no issues, the pool and water park were right at the back of the condo, which was a plus. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. I recommend it to everyone.

We loved Cathy's condo. It was about 10 minutes outside of historic St. Augustine and right on the beach, which was great for both visiting the sights and relaxing at the beach. Cathy keeps her place very clean and was incredibly helpful/responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend! We had an amazing family vacation! -Doug Dangelo Pensacola, FL
