The space itself was very nice and the back patio was our favorite part. Carrie and her husband were very kind and responded quickly. Would definitely come again on our next trip to Florida!

This was our first visit to St Augustine and Kirsten’s place was perfect for us. It’s location allowed us to easily walk to places in the historic district. The apartment was clean and nicely updated, with a lovely kitchen! We didn’t use the pool area patio due to the cool weather, but it looked inviting. We would definitely book this place again - many thanks to Kirsten for her hospitality!

Taylor was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to downtown. We especially appreciated the flexibility with checkout, which made our departure much smoother. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed for my birthday. We wanted something that we could just relax and not really have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to and this was exactly that. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and extremely clean. Inga has thought of everything from cookware to bandaids. It was just a perfect experience all around! Great restaurants downstairs, if you like sushi def check out the Red Koi. The elevators to the upper floors to the rooms require a key, so it's very safe. We def have plans to return. The absolute only downfall would be the parking garage ramp. Its really nice having the parking space so close to the entry/elevator but the actual ramp into the garage is very steep. It took me a couple tries to get the best angle without scrubbing the front lip of the car. For reference I drive a Hyndia Elantra In-line, so not an extra low car. **Thank you Inga, you def have a beautiful FL hidden gem and have set it up perfectly**

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Place was very clean and cozy. It was easy to come and go as I needed to and Digna and her family are very friendly.

Frankie was a top notch host from the start. She made everything very easy during our stay. The house was such a great space for our friend group with kids. The outdoor patio and pool was everything we wanted. The house is so cozy with a well stocked kitchen. Frankie was so sweet to add her own personal touches like some treats in the fridge and we were able to check in early. We would love to come back again!!

Our experience was amazing. The caretakers, Dru and John were top-notch! Dru went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and right at home - she is a wonderful and generous person, for sure. We loved staying at this airbnb so much, we are already planning our trip back again next March. We seriously vibed with the whole atmosphere. Many thanks and much appreciation to Dru and John! ❤️

My husband and I were joined by our 3 sons and their wives. Lots of space, fun in the pool, lots of laughs in the yard playing various games. Grocery store a short Uber ride away - and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes ,… We did not rent a car and ubered to Universal - well worth it! Thank you!

Andrew was on the ball and the house was comfort and clean. It smelt great when we arrived, that made me feel like he really cared about his house and his guests.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Lytia is an amazing host! She had water bottles out and lots of bedding in easily marked bags! Her house was extremely organized! She always was responsive when asking questions! I could not figure out the thermostat and immediately after I emailed her she responded back to help and even changed the settings on her end to make us more comfortable! I appreciate everything!Thanks!

I will have to say place was beautiful. It reminded me of the house I grew up in and even the spackle in the bathroom was exactly how my house was and my grandmother would vacuum lines in the living room so she knew if you went in there or not lol. Place was perfect, plenty of room for me and my friends. They brought their baby up for the Spartan race and we had plenty of room with all of us there. The location was perfect 5 minutes away from the competition and just a wonderful place to stay. I would go back just to stay there. Thank you James, awesome experience! WB

We had a wonderful experience at Rosie’s Surf Shack and discovered the most quaint and gorgeous beaches of Florida’s Vero Beach. The house had a lovely layout with 2 master suites and plenty of room for relaxing. The back yard was full of Florida nature and very private. Loads of convenience nearby with restaurants, shopping and most importantly a very short walk to our new favorite beach! The host was more than accommodating, hospitable and responded very quickly to our questions about the area, with super recommendations that we inquired on. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back soon, as we love this slice of paradise!

This place was perfect for us. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise walks to the pier. It had everything we needed - and Staci was super friendly too. Definitely recommend.

You can want for nothing when you stay at aqua dreams! The hosts have thought of everything. Beautiful condo, clean, great location and amenities in the resort are wonderful. If there on a Saturday night try Tradewinds (on site restaurant) and karaoke!

Loved the place. Close to beaches . Ate right there in European village and enjoyed the balcony very much. Will def be back

Great place! Loved the outdoor pool and convenient ocean access. Kelly had everything you could ever need including a cooler, sun hats, a beach bag, beach towels, hair ties, toothpaste and even books/cards for a rainy day! We didn't spend much time in the room but it was perfect. Kelly was very thorough with instructions and very easy to communicate with.

The place had a very comfortable feeling too it very homey and pretty big I really liked how they had utensils and pots for us too use the cleaner was very nice and helped us out a bunch I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend other people to check it out themselves
