This was our second stay at the Ballard Estate and we just love it there! We love the character of the estate, the beautiful grounds, the pier and the gorgeous views outside of each window. Can't wait for our next visit!!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Our stay at flower power on Cocoa Beach was everything you could expect. Kathy was very responsive even checking in on the day that I had relatives coming for a picnic to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved going down to the river in the morning to have our coffee and fish. Went to the beach every day and used the sun shelter. Kathy provided. We’ll probably be going back.

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

We loved our stay at Marni's. The house was immaculately clean and had the best equipped kitchen. Every utensil you could need and plenty of pots and pans. The location was perfect for exploring the rivers and creek system. It was quiet, with friendly neighbours. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

The host was very responsive to any questions that I had during the stay. The home was very clean and we felt at home, we even extended our stay for two nights. My family and I will definitely book again soon.

We really appreciate the detail Charles used when listing the house. It was perfect for our party of seven. The entire family enjoyed the wildlife viewing from the screen porch. We would definitely book again.

Grandeur is this home. Big kitchen, dining living rooms and a truly spacious master/ bath. Super family room for board games with their huge wide sofa for 8. The deck was comfortable too. Views yea it has nice views of the water through the trees. Lovely sunsets and sunrises are a brief walk to the beach. 2 Great restaurants in golf cart distance. It a great family.

This house and our stay was amazing from the welcome drinks all the way to check out! The house was beautiful and had been very taken care of everything was updated! We love the back porch the most such a great place to have out play games and have a great view! The hot tub was awesome! Couldn’t enjoy the pool since we were up there early march! Eric is very fast to reply to any questions you have about the home! Whenever we stay in new Smyrna at Beach we will be booking this house if they are available! 10/10 recommend!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

David was a great host! He was very responsive, helpful and a gracious host. The condo had beautiful views, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool by the ocean. Thank you for hosting us and helping us create fond memories of the sunny south.

The beach is magnificent and a quick walk away. Comfortable living room great for conversation. Had a slight lock out situation which was handled with a quick phone call. This is a very nice condo. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Truly appreciate how easy to reach and responsive Courtney was when I locked myself out. Oooops. Definitely stay here.

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!
