Fabulous place to stay. It was just what we were hoping for. We felt right at home as soon as we got there and walked into the place. Our dog shadow as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. They were very accommodating. The only thing we asked for was extra coffee because we drink a lot of that. 😳😎 they actually have everything you need there when you get there which is very nice. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back there. Anytime we go visit my daughter or just to go have fun. Thanks again for your place and hospitality. Don

Sandy Paws is a big, uniquely lovely home in a very natural & wild but welcoming part of Florida. Andy & Travis have done an amazing job setting up the place to make guests feel comfortable & at home, including pets, which we deeply appreciate! (But if it weren't for conveniences like pet bowls & beds etc we wouldn't have known, as it was very clean.) The beds were nice & comfy while the kitchen has a great assortment of utensils, dishes & assorted things you tend to need on vacation. The decks & screened porch were big hits, plus many conveniences like bikes, outdoor shower & golf cart. It's even more spacious than the pictures suggest, with a fun game room & DS mini fridge, big Jacuzzi tub & peaceful, private location just a short walk/drive from the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, sunny, full of shells & not crowded, though we visited in the off season. TH Stone & local food+shops were excellent as well! We had a blast & can't recommend Sandy Paws & its hosts strongly enough.

Beautiful and well kept property. The golf cart was very convenient. The private beach was amazing. We didn’t use the pools but they look very clean and well maintained. This property is inside a gated community and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an incredibly time.

Our condo was great. Joe was very respectful and responsive with any questions and replies. It was Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of beach access 1 and 2. It is across from the marina so we got check out all the fishing boats. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Brittany’s Condo. We were able to check in early, and they were very responsive with all our questions. We would absolutely recommend Ryan and Brittany’s condo!

Great and safe condo to stay in. Only 20 minutes from the beach and has a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Owner was very responsive when i had a concern or a question about something. Will recommend to family and friends and can’t wait to be able to stay at there other locations or this location.

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!
