This was our second stay at Carl’s place. The airbnb is about 45 minutes drive away from the airport. The view is beautiful. The space is perfect for two. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place if you’re ok being north of the busier beaches.

An amazing location. Situated at the Northen side of the island, the area is accessible by public transport but not would not recommend if you are not confident travelling the local buses. Great host and a lovely place to stay away from the busy towns.

In my many visits to the west of Barbados over the years. This little gem is a perfect spot if you want to get away from the busy beaches bar/ restaurant hotspots on the west. It’s full of lovely local community who will make you feel at home. The house is welcoming and well equipped and has the best view of the sea. The beach below is almost private and we felt like it was our own. One thing we got told by some locals at certain times of the year the sand gets washed away from this beach and left as rocks. (Not sure what months though)The sea was safe to swim in and wasn’t rocky. Overall we loved it and would definitely recommend and hopefully return sometime very soon. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful Airbnb.

Now my most favourite place to stay. (Don't want to extoll the virtues too much as I want to be able to book up again for next year! ) But - Wow amazing view, beautiful apartment and lovely host. Turtles and rays visiting the water daily - bliss! We will definitely be back!

worked well for 4 of us the view was fantastic, Housekeeper was fabulous. Lovely Breeze right through.we would recommend to others,you definitely need a vehicle the transportation from and to the Airport was Great.

This is a great place for tranquillity and being with the quietude of Nature . It is right at the top of the island of Barbados, with a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean.. The accommodation is modern, with all amenities, including an Olympic swimming pool, right beside the cliff overlooking the ocean. There is a great restaurant on site and if you want to go to the beach, Nicki beach is a short 15 min. drive and well worth the commute. My wife Cindy and I really recommend this accommodation. Bel emplacement un peu à l’écart des centres touristiques, mais les voies de communication sont faciles d’accès en voiture (à seulement 20 minutes de Holetown en voiture). Un peu bruyant, mais on s’y fait rapidement. Superbe vue que l’on peut profiter grâce au balcon. Logement très propre et fonctionnel pour cuisiner. Wifi un peu faible. Idéal pour un séjour de moyenne durée, on se sent comme à la maison. Excellent pied à terre pour visiter l’entièreté de l’île en raison de son emplacement.

Endroit spacieux, calme et bien équipé. La seule chose à savoir est qu'une voiture est essentielle pour vos déplacements, car l'appartement est à 10-15 mins de l'épicerie la plus proche et de la plage. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible, n'hésitez pas. J'y reviendrai assurément!

Rachel’s place is easy to get to and clean. She’s a responsive host and I would go back if I was in need!

Nice condo in a very nice gated community. Grounds, pool, club-house were all well maintained and made us feel quite comfortable during our stay. Location is a short cab-ride from some of the best restaurants on the island and a supermarket. Would not hesitate to make this a repeat destination. Thanks to Lynne for hosting; well done.

Parfaitement parfait ! Je recommande à 1000% ce logement. j’ai été merveilleusement bien accueilli par mon hôte qui a été à l’écoute durant le séjour. Merci encore. Le logement était propre et conforme aux photos. Suffisamment spacieux pour moi et fonctionnel. Il est de plus, bien placé. N’hésitez pas pour vos prochains séjours à Barbade.

Just had a wonderful stay at Schooner Bay in Speightstown. Well appointed, lovely apartment with pool and ocean views. Serene beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. But best of all the community - incredible staff at Schooner Bay, kind local residents. Would go back in a heartbeat.
