Absolutely stunning location - the bothy is situated right next to the coastal path!

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

We truly enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was very clean and included all the items listed in the description.

This was an ideal home base for a family trip to St Ives and the surrounding area. The house was well equipped for young children and dogs. It's a 5 minute walk to the train which takes you to the beach or the centre of St Ives. Overall ideal for a situation where you want space for children and dogs to roam wild while you get ready in the morning and again to unwind at the end of the day with convient access to numerous beaches and other sites in the area.

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Second time staying here on a short break. Laura is a great host, very responsive and always friendly. Apartment is perfectly clean, warm and in a great quiet location with an easy short walk to the beach. 5 minute drive into Falmouth for shops, restaurants. Thanks Laura for the welcome goodies, always appreciated after a long drive.

I had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s apartment! She is an incredibly kind and helpful host who was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed during my stay. One of the best parts is its location — just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the beach, which made it super convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning — you can see the sea and the beach right from the balcony or even while relaxing on the couch. The town where the apartment is located is peaceful, very safe, and the local residents are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway. I’d definitely love to come back!

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

The view is just incredible. Made us feel very relaxed. There is everything in the studio for your comfort. The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. The balcony is such a massive bonus. Even though the weather was very variable we never got fed up the view. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The Indian restaurant next door was really good. Lots of takeaways and the Great western a few doors down offer a basic menu including breakfast. The beaches are gorgeous. So glad we found this little gem of a place to stay. Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

We had a lovely time. The flat is spacious, very well equipped and two good sized bedrooms. Easy access to the coastal path, train station and the beach. And of course, the views... just stunning.

A great apartment/maisonette in a good location - near enough to town but away from the busy centre. Inside is even better than in the photos! Very peaceful with a sea view. Clean and had everything we needed - good hot shower. Very easy check in and private parking which was great. A lovely bakery and fish and chips within a few hundred yards. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful place, so comfortable, spacious and pristinely clean. Kitchen had everything and rooms cosy. A real find and so close to some beautiful spots. Thank you so much Chris and Sue!

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!
