This was my first time staying at an AirBnB in Barbados after several visits to either family members or hotels while visiting the island. My entire family (wife, 2 kids and my mom) were all highly impressed as were friends and family who visited us. The pool was perfect, the beach was amazing and listening to the waves on the balcony became a way for all of us to find peace and quiet. The security was friendly and informative. Our host Jameela was an ANGEL! We have many travel struggles getting to the island and she was always responsive, supportive and helpful. The cleaning lady was so friendly and did an awesome job. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are back in Barbados!!!

Phillip was an amazing host on Airbnb, he was quick to respond, answered all questions, provided accurate information and made our first Airbnb experience a wonderful one.

We stayed at 204 Mistle Cove for one week. The location is right in the heart of Lawrence Gap with all restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is just as advertised, although the view is actually nicer than the pictures. The main room sleeps with a broadview of the ocean and the calming sounds of waves. The patio is spacious and perfect for breakfast , lunch and dinners in front of the ocean. My daughter loved the pool and the ocean front was a lot of fun with the high waves. A calmer and longer beach was only a two min walk from the apartment at Dover. Overall, we had everything we could have needed here, and would easily stay again if we go back to Barbados.

Jeff and Vicki's place was perfect! It is on the slower side of the island so it was great for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. They were extremely responsive and left some snacks and a few beers to get our vacation started. Amazing views of the ocean! Looking forward to staying again when we return.

I had a great stay at Wayne's place, and found it easy to get everywhere I wanted without a vehicle. Loved walking to a new beach each day, and took rides back to the condo via easy-to-access public transportation. Plenty to do in close proximity, including bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and plenty of sunny beaches. Neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to sleep at night due to the quiet surroundings. Would love to come back!

Only a 5 min walk to the freights bay surf break - so if you’re going to surf this is an awesome place to stay. The house was very spacious. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The beach access across the street is a 2 min walk, very quiet, and is absolutely beautiful! There's lots of restaurants, beaches, and convenient stores within walking distance. Taxis and the little white "taxi" vans are running constantly so you never have to wait for a ride. The condo itself is well laid out, has everything you need for cooking at home, and the pool was an added bonus! Thanks again for hosting us and I look forward to a return trip in the future!

This place was very nice.. 2 bedroom 3 beds both bedrooms air conditioned, ceiling fans in every room and 2 standing floor fans in the living/dining area. The open floor plan in the living space meant everywhere was kept pretty cool and with the temperatures in Barbados lately was much appreciated. One and a half toilets meant there was no waiting unnecessarily. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition and all the neighbours were quite friendly. I liked that there was lots of pots and pans and the kitchen actually had items in it you could use ..air fryer was a nice addition. Coupled wit the communication and friendliness of Katie.. the property manager… I would highly recommend this place, easy transport links with buses to some of the most popular areas nearby and an easy 30 minute stroll to the Friday night Fish Fry at Oistins.. great beaches nearby as well and some lovely restaurants. You could be in Oistins or st. Lawrence Gap within 10-15 minutes…All around a great place.

wonderful place in a quiet area near some of the most well known surf-spots on the south coast and the silver sands beach in barbados. situated on the coastline, you can hear the waves of the sea day and night. Jaqueline was very uncomplicated and helpful in every way. highly recommended.

Where do I start! I had an amazing time here, with memories to last a lifetime. Engrid and the family were the perfect hosts and made me feel like part of the family. The location and accommodation was perfect and just what I need during my 3 week stay. Engrid went above & beyond expectations and the warm welcome I received was amazing. Engrid arranged a taxi from and to the airport and even arranged a car for my 3 week stay that was all reasonably priced The Lodge was clean and had everything I needed with a beautiful terrace where I would eat my meals every evening. Very private accommodation but Engrid & family members are at hand if needed. If you are looking for a peaceful country side retreat that is no more than 30 mins away from most attractions & parishes, then this is the place. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again and enjoy the peaceful views & sounds of nature once again. Thank you Engrid!

Jason and his family were excellent hosts. Great communication before check-in and always on hand to answer any questions throughout my stay. The room also has everything I needed with some very thoughtful touches I did an adventure hike through the rainforest with Jason as my guide, which was absolutely unforgettable and I’d definitely recommend doing this. The area is very secluded but there’s a few small convenience stores selling what you need. I found the local people are amazingly friendly and there’s a great sense of community in this small village. Is definitely recommend visiting this part of Barbados.

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

Great apartment, 2 bedrooms, lovely layout, well equipped kitchen. Host very helpful and responsive. Worth noting - no air-conditioning but fans in the bedroom work well. Would advise renting a car to get around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paolo was extremely helpful and friendly with great recommendations. The house is on a cute gated street across the street from a great surfing spot. Walking distance to Miami Beach which is a pleasant beach with a ton of shade trees. Oistins local fishing village is close enough to walk. For more lively area a quick jaunt to Rockley beach by car. For us a quiet walk to the surf and beach was ideal. Paolo must be one of the friendliest hosts we’ve had! The house was spacious and serene. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Can’t wait to return!

First time out to Barbados, I was expecting less and less comfortable given the size of the room expecting to settle honestly . However the place was well organized , very clean , modern / up to date appliances and a decent sized TV. The place felt safe , warm , welcoming and lax! Thank you for allowing me to stay . I look forward to coming back to your island very soon!

Quiet, beautiful spot on the south end of the island. Great, private view of the beach and mangroves from sprawling gardens. Occasional monkey visitors. Practical kitchen with needed equipment. Good ac in bedrooms. Giant sliding door for the main room. Strong WiFi in office and most of house and immediate deck (occasionally unstable but think that’s island issue). 15 min to grocery store. Most higher end restaurants and resort beaches on northwest coast 30 min+. Short walk down to beach - rough not swimmable but beautiful. Host was the most helpful we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Helped with all kinds of activity / reservations (for a nominal fee).

We had a wonderful stay at Bouttime. The house was very comfortable, and much more spacious than the pictures imply. The kitchen was really well equipped and beds very comfortable. We all loved using the plunge pool (especially the kids) and there is a lovely view of the ocean from the garden. Robert was very helpful and accomodating and made some great local suggestions and reccomendations including passing on the details of his daughter in law (a beauty therapist) who came to the house to do treatments (massages, facials etc..) this was a lovely extra little treat. We all loved swimming in Shark's hole (a local bay on the Atlantic side that is safe for swimming when the tide is low.) Renting a car is a must and also great way to see the rest of the island.

Très bel endroit qui correspond à ce que vous voyez sur les photos. Parfait pour une petite famille! L’espace piscine et terrasse sont très appréciés. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Le logement est bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme. Il faut louer une voiture pour aller visiter et se rendre dans différents restaurants ou autres plages. Si vous cherchez un bel endroit en famille, calme, dans un quartier résidentiel, je vous le recommande. Marcia et Cherrie sont des hôtes excellentes!

Wir sind sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Die Lage war für Touren im Süden und in den Westen der Insel ideal. Wir hatten auch das Auto gemietet und das war extrem hilfreich, um die Insel auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Als wir am ersten Tag einen platten Vorderreifen (tiefes Schlagloch) hatten waren sie in 25 Minuten mit einem Ersatzreifen zur Stelle. Am nächsten Tag wurde der Reifen in der Werkstatt neu bezogen und wir konnten weiter fahren. Am letzten Tag durften wir den Wagen sogar bis zu unserem nächsten AirBnB fahren und sie haben den Wagen dort abgeholt. Das war ein unglaublich toller Service und nicht selbstverständlich. Das Haus ist schön und gut eingerichtet Die Dusche warm, die Klimaanlagen kühlen gut. Der Türcode wurde uns vorab mitgeteilt. Die Kommunikation und Reaktion war immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist ein tolles Extra. Wir können das Haus und das Auto in jedem Fall empfehlen und danken Kason & für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfe. Anni & Thor

Stayed here for 4 days on my way back from Guyana. Antonio's place has everything you need for stay. Very important - price consists picking up in airport and way back, that's quite cool! Cozy apartment, nice smooth breeze, friendly host! Only one thing - stupid dog in neighbour house still barking, but! it stops at midnight so you can set your clock)) Well, enjoyed Barbados with Antonio, and haв a nice trip!

Orions view is just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy ocean views! Laid back atmosphere makes it so easy to just enjoy and soak up the sun. The neighbourhood people are the so kind and humble. We loved the food and culture, and made new friends. Jackie is lovely and prepared dinners for us, and is very helpful, especially in navigating around…Lisa next door is a nurse, and very kind. Good to have around if needed. Spent time hanging around Lighthouse grill, met so many nice people…Karaoke Thursday..so much Fun! Kevin is an awesome host! Very friendly and fun to chat with. Very responsive and attentive. I loved my time there.. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful adventure🥰 Diane

My family and I had a fantastic stay . The place was just as described in the pictures and the host was wonderful and responsive . It was a peaceful getaway yet near to supermarket a small plaza , food eateries ,banks and a gestation also close to transportation . My overall rating is 10 stars . We will most definitely be back. Thank you so much Fiona for making our stay an enjoyable one
