Fantastic villa with beautiful views, spacious, serene & comfortable. We went as a family of four, (2 under 2), and the place was exceptionally comfortable for us. Even though the house does have stairs, there was plenty of space for our toddler to play and roam the balcony etc. Amanda has a delightful villa manager who looked after our initial shopping needs, extra baby equipment that we decided to rent (bedrail) and was on hand to deal with any queries we had. The rooms were very comfortable, super king bed ensured we didn't miss home one bit with AC in the bedrooms. The showers were great, spacious, clean and with good pressure. The kitchen was great, with pretty much every utensil we required and a large american style fridge freezer. The views from the balcony transport you into an idyllic place and I could sit there for hours enjoying the cool breeze. We did not use the pool on this visit however we did use the hot tub which was lovely and ready for us to use. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at an AirBnB in Barbados after several visits to either family members or hotels while visiting the island. My entire family (wife, 2 kids and my mom) were all highly impressed as were friends and family who visited us. The pool was perfect, the beach was amazing and listening to the waves on the balcony became a way for all of us to find peace and quiet. The security was friendly and informative. Our host Jameela was an ANGEL! We have many travel struggles getting to the island and she was always responsive, supportive and helpful. The cleaning lady was so friendly and did an awesome job. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are back in Barbados!!!

We stayed at 204 Mistle Cove for one week. The location is right in the heart of Lawrence Gap with all restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is just as advertised, although the view is actually nicer than the pictures. The main room sleeps with a broadview of the ocean and the calming sounds of waves. The patio is spacious and perfect for breakfast , lunch and dinners in front of the ocean. My daughter loved the pool and the ocean front was a lot of fun with the high waves. A calmer and longer beach was only a two min walk from the apartment at Dover. Overall, we had everything we could have needed here, and would easily stay again if we go back to Barbados.

We had the best stay at Sugar Hill Resort, the apartment and all furnishings were of a really high standard with absolutely everything you could possibly need. All communication was perfect and we thought it was great value. The location was so peaceful yet just a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. If we had longer we would have made use of the Fairmont but enjoyed the resort pools too much. We would definitely come back. Thank you 😊

Only a 5 min walk to the freights bay surf break - so if you’re going to surf this is an awesome place to stay. The house was very spacious. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The beach access across the street is a 2 min walk, very quiet, and is absolutely beautiful! There's lots of restaurants, beaches, and convenient stores within walking distance. Taxis and the little white "taxi" vans are running constantly so you never have to wait for a ride. The condo itself is well laid out, has everything you need for cooking at home, and the pool was an added bonus! Thanks again for hosting us and I look forward to a return trip in the future!

We had a very enjoyable stay with beautiful views. A lovely Villa, clean with lots of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The host was very responsive and dealt with any issues very quickly. We certainly recommend it.

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

I absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Had a very spacious cottage, with my own private little garden. It also has a large very well kept main garden. It is two minutes walk to the boardwalk and the sea, and many restaurants and bars and shops in close proximity. The hosts were extremely friendly, very nice people, also live on site. They have a Beautiful ginger and white cat, who spent a lot of time with me, I was there for three weeks and still miss that lovely cat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paolo was extremely helpful and friendly with great recommendations. The house is on a cute gated street across the street from a great surfing spot. Walking distance to Miami Beach which is a pleasant beach with a ton of shade trees. Oistins local fishing village is close enough to walk. For more lively area a quick jaunt to Rockley beach by car. For us a quiet walk to the surf and beach was ideal. Paolo must be one of the friendliest hosts we’ve had! The house was spacious and serene. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Can’t wait to return!

As a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers we really enjoyed our stay at Lion Castle. The apartment is spacious and has great views from all sides especially the rear balcony where Polo horses graze and you can see the coast which means great sunsets. The estate is spacious a d well keptand the pool area is a beautiful setting. The pool was a great bonus for our kids. The driveway to the estate is majestic and you could never tire of the site of the palm trees that line it as you approach. Elizabeth was a great host and extremely helpful and attentive as were other family members also within the grounds. The location is peaceful and beautiful and ideal for exploring the whole island as it is centrally based. How was others have said you do need a hire car but I would recommend that for anyone visiting the island who really wants to explore its beautiful beaches and scenery wherever you stay. Overall we had a fantastic 2 weeks and would definitely recommend Lion Castle and host Elizabeth

My friend & I chose to stay at The Tree House for a couple of days when we first arrived at Barbados. Delroy was easy to chat to prior to the stay & very responsive whilst we were there. He arranged a local taxi to meet us at the airport & Romel was brilliant; taking us to a supermarket on the way & welcoming us to the island. The Tree House is wonderful; so clean, beautifully designed & a great place to stay. We hired a car from our host to drive to local beaches, and walked through the sugar cane fields in the local area. The whole process was smooth from start to finish & Delroy really is the perfect host. Thank you Delroy you know I’ll be back 🙏

This is a perfect place to stay , zeema and Paul were very helpful and really nice people , the location is walking distance from Dover beach literally 10 steps , many restaurants walkable around the area , st Lawrence is walking distance as well where the bar areas are and more food it’s about a 10 min walk I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again . Paul was even nice to offer me a couple rides when he was free but I was unfortunately on the beach ! Would stay here again ! And definitely worth the money

Staying at Peter’s is hard to describe. We stayed 9 nights in The View as a base whilst visiting relatives. It was the most tranquil and beautiful setting to wake up in every day. The accommodation is very, very basic, but you have to see beyond that.Staying here is an experience so unique, it’s almost priceless,and that is down to Peter.Such a genuine and kind human being, who wants all guests to have a memorable stay. The furniture,appliances, & fittings have really seen better days. The cleanliness could have been better, but somehow none of this mattered to us. Oughterson feels like your favourite, most comfortable pair of shoes, that are worn out, but you keep wearing as you love them so much. 1st night dinner round the long table & fresh pancakes delivered for 1st breakfast set the scene. The grounds, the wildlife, the pool, pizza night, the jam, movie night, the dogs, like-minded guests (hey Tom & Lola), and Peter. Our stay grounded us and we will cherish the memories.

We stayed at coco house with our 2 boys, the home is just wonderful and the real picture we can’t get out of our mind was the view from the balcony with the morning coffee’s. Sugar hill is perfect for those with older children wishing to have a little of their own independence too with the pools close by. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Susie. We found all the information fantastic which enabled a full packed adventure in Barbados. The beds were comfortable. Marcia who looks after the property and meet and greets was also fabulous. This is our first time in Barbados and wow what a place. Makara our host could not do enough for us. Arranging collection from the airport to helping us get a hire car. The house was amazing and exactly what we needed for our holiday. Our house keeper Amanda was so thorough and kept the house immaculate. I would recommend getting a hire car. We would definitely stay here again. Such a beautiful house. Very peaceful.

We stayed at the Ixora Kerensa apartment in Jamestown park (Holetown). The apartment was lovely, really clean and perfectly located. There is a great little pool on the complex with friendly neighbours. We felt very safe staying here. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to 2 different beach access points, it has several great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Mark and Joan were brilliant hosts, with very quick response times! We would definitely recommend staying at any of the Ixora apartments!

Excellent location, great service from the gardener with Sunbeds on the beach each morning and the cleaner who came 3 times during our stay and replaced towels, removed rubbish and put clean sheets on the bed. Location is excellent for the beach and Holetown with its shops, bars and restaurants. I agree with some of the other reviews about the noise but it didn’t spoil the overall experience and we will definitely be back

Our recent stay in Barbados was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. the accommodation was exactly as described. Yhe location was perfect, close to stunning beaches, great restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at the Fitts Village Villa. The townhouse is within a small gated community within a local suburb. When we arrived, at first we were unsure as we were not familiar with Barbados, but quickly grew to love the place. Some notable highlights included: - Walking distance to numerous beaches. The beaches on the west coast of Barbados are some of the most beautiful we've ever seen, and having the flexibility to go down for an hour or two was amazing. - Close proximity to great restaurants. There are a bunch of wonderful spots up and down the west coast (the most amazing sunsets we've ever seen). Make sure to make a reservation. - Short driving distance to many attractions on the island - most were 15-20 min away, vs 45 if staying on the south coast. - Overall feeling of being in the community. Go to Wendy's sports bar down the road for good food and a great time. - Very friendly neighbors, all expats. I'm sure you'll enjoy this home just as much as we did!

Lovely spacious villa in secure, peaceful gated community. Walking distance of Holetown, restaurants and beach. Excellent location as a starting point for exploring all the beautiful island has to offer.

As many have shared before, Ferida and family are warm and welcoming hosts and their hospitality is so appreciated. As an anxious traveller, I felt especially safe at this location due to the dogs and gated entry and cameras. Barbados is very safe, but I am anxious in new places and didn’t feel this at all here. We rented a car and this location was perfect for exploring the many area attractions, including Andromeda Gardens and Atlantis for much as well as Harrison’s Cave. We especially enjoyed Savvy by the Bay most mornings and then afternoons back at Ferida’s pool. The cottage is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Such a special spot.
