France’s house was extremely clean and comfortable! Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds! The location was perfect for us with lots of shops nearby and an easy drive to Stoneham. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable chalet. Lyne, the host was very responsive and friendly. Extremely clean. Kitchen well-stocked. Lots of room. Very comfy beds. Hot tub was fantastic apres ski. 5 mins to Baie St Paul and about 15-20 mins from Le Massif.

Maison confortable , excellente emplacement geographique

This was our second stay at Melanie’s three floor townhouse. Everything was perfect: spacious, modern, quiet, close to ski hills and well equipped for dining. The gas fireplace and mountain view are truly delightful. We hope to return.

Troisième fois à la Maison Laurentienne au début de la relâche. Toujours beaucoup de plaisir. Des petits détails à améliorer avec le temps, mais ça demeure un lieu exceptionnel. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ma sœur. Le logement était très accueillant, bien rangé avec beaucoup d’équipements pour faire la cuisine. Le lit était très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi.

It’s hard to believe a place like this exists. Surrounded by trees, southern light, and snow; inside it’s warm, clean, tastefully furnished, and so comfortable. The fireplace is perfect. The bathroom floor is heated, and the shower is everything. There is another house to the west, but beyond the trees, and it certainly didn’t impose upon the privacy of the space. The 2 ski resorts are 15-20 min away, IGA in Ste Anne-de-Beaupré is well-stocked with great produce and specialty items, but there is a smaller groc/SAQ about a 5 min drive away. Plan your stay here to be in the cabin during the sunniest days - they are glorious.

Very nice condo for enjoying the variety of local nordic ski areas. Extremely well equipped kitchen with most every utensil you can imagine. We used the crock pot to have some beef burguignon waiting after a day of skiing. Parking is right outside the condo; very convenient. Maxime was very responsive as a host. We'd be happy to return.

I had a great stay. It was very quiet and the parking spot was great. I was able to easily visit all the places on my list. A quick 10 minute drive to old quebec and a 12 minute drive to Ile D'Orleans. I would stay here again. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay. 2 families, 5 kids. The space was perfect for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we need. The hosts were very responsive, including helping us with groceries.

This is such a beautiful and charming home with so much history. We were able to relax and enjoy a cozy weekend in enjoying a warm fire and having home cooked meals. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Simon is a great host who was very responsive and addressed any questions we had. We hope to return in the future.

It was so easy to get to the ferry, which made trips into Quebec City a breeze. As a bonus, we even got to watch the incredible ice canoe racers navigating the icy river while going back and forth—a truly unique and unforgettable experience! Wow. Just wow. The property is beautiful and phenomenally kept. Not to mention stocked with any necessity you can think of. We experienced a weather delay arriving and our host kindly offered to extend our stay to make up for the lost stay. Throughout our stay, Martin and Line were extremely communicative and helpful. We stayed in the middle of two huge winter storms and the property offered a winter wonderland of beauty and tranquility. Thank you so much!

Une séjour absolument parfait! Le chalet est magnifique et d’une propreté impeccable. Les lits sont très confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée, tout y est pour passer du bon temps! Beaux sentiers aux alentours avec un accès directement dans la cour, grandes fenêtres qui permettent d’apprécier le magnifique paysage et ambiance parfaite avec le poêle au gaz au salon. Vraiment, j’y retournerais sans hésiter!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa de Pascal Pierre. L’environnement au bord du St Laurent est magique et très calme, la villa est superbe et très bien équipée. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très à l’aise. Pascal Pierre nous avait fait des recommandations d’activité qui ont largement répondu à nos attentes. C’est un hôte très réactif quant à nos demandes sur place. Nous avons passé un séjour magique en famille et entre amis. Nous recommandons ce logement sans aucune hésitation.

Our family of 12 had an exceptional stay at this stunning riverside property. The spacious living areas feature high ceilings and large windows overlooking the water, creating immediate awe. Beautiful modern minimalist decor throughout. Master bedroom is outstanding, with two other nice double bedrooms. Kitchen impressively equipped with everything from fondue sets to specialized glassware and excellent coffee equipment. Sauna and hot tub were highlights! Staff promptly cleared snow during our winter visit. Suggestions for improvement: • Quad bedroom feels cramped with minimal walkways • Only 2 toilets for property sleeping 13+ creates queues • Single dishwasher insufficient for large groups • Need more dining chairs (only 10 for 14 guests) • Sound system needed for ambient music • Bathrobes would enhance spa experience Despite these minor considerations, Ventana provided a luxury retreat. The stunning setting more than compensated for any inconveniences. Highly recommended! ★★★★★
