Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

We had a wonderful stay for a ski weekend (four adults, two kids). It was cozy, welcoming, and the wood fireplace added such a charming touch—perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The location was excellent for skiing, and the hosts made everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great price and accommodations for the locations. We have stayed at Jay for multiple years and tried out multiple locations. This was by far our favorite space. Having the extra space for the kids was worth the walk to the trails.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is private and there’s lots to do close by. We swam, golfed, hiked, and made day trips to Burlington VT and Montréal. The sunsets by the dock were amazing. I loved this property and would visit again if available.

Our stay at Vanessa and Jonathan’s cottage was nothing short of exceptional. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hot tub and games room were huge highlights, keeping everyone entertained and making our stay even more enjoyable. Whether unwinding in the warm bubbles under the stars or engaging in friendly competition in the games room, there was never a dull moment. Beyond the beautiful amenities, the serene surroundings made this the perfect getaway. But what truly sets this place apart is the thoughtfulness and care poured into every detail. Vanessa and Jonathan have created more than just a rental—they’ve built a warm, welcoming retreat where guests instantly feel at home. You can tell how much love has gone into making this space special! Can’t wait to come back!

Christopher place is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you love being by the water and love being outdoors you can’t go wrong with staying at Christopher’s place. I hope to return whenever, I get the chance. Lastly, Christopher is kind gentleman of high standards and good taste. A superb host who responded at all time and was always available to offer assistance or a helping hand. Thank you
