The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

Villa more beautiful than on the picture! The pool is amazing!!! The garden and the house are very well maintained. The localisation is perfect : quiet and close to everything (less than 5 minutes by car from restaurants, beach, supermarket...).

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Η διαμονή μας στο Palamidi Guesthouse ήταν εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία απομονωμένη όπως την θέλαμε , αλλά ταυτόχρονα με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε κάθε σημείο του νησιού. Σε λίγα λεπτά μπορούσες να βρεις φούρνο, super market, φαρμακείο, χώρους εστίασης , αξιοθέατα, παραλίες κλπ. Ο Ξενώνας , διαθέτει πραγματικά ότι είναι σημαντικό για έναν επισκέπτη (παραθεριστή ή εργαζόμενο) και δεν είναι τυχαίο αλλά μελετημένο. Ο Christos είναι άριστος οικοδεσπότης. Διακριτικός και εξυπηρετικός με το παραπάνω, για οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Οι προτάσεις του όλες ποιοτικές και έτσι δεν ψάχνεσαι και περνάς πολύ καλύτερα. Εννοείται επανεπισκέψιμος και συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν το νησί και να μην μένουν πολύβουες περιοχές.

Magnifique et grande maison Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique La maison est très grande et elle permet d’être bien isolé du reste de la famille. La vue est splendide et époustouflante ! Les échanges avec Charis le propriétaire étaient super agréable et amicaux. Il s’est rendu disponible pour nous fournir des renseignements de visite, théâtre grec, tour en bateaux et même livraison de repas locaux et typiques Des vrais vacances Un vrai coup de cœur de l’île de Salamine avec ses eaux claires et translucides ! I cette île est une découverte, c’est sauvage et il existe peu d’infrastructures pour touristes et ce qui lui donne tout son charme !!!! Merci à Charis !!!!

Alikis striking house was just what we needed - we were attending a family wedding in a venue a 20 minute walk from her house. So being near the airport was important, as was being near the wedding venue. And being accessible for a 90 year old 'grandfather of the groom'. It's quite a distance from central Athens via public transport - but if you get the hang of the local taxi service and use it through the Uber app, Athens is very accessible. We enjoyed Artemedia beach - not very busy, crystal clear water, full of windsurfers and kite surfers etc. Aliki was wonderfully helpful during our visit which involved several family elements arriving at different times, and so at times fragmented coms from our end. I always like to constructively criticise when I book an Air B&B - 'perfection is the enemy of the good' as they say. Better quality beds in the basement studio, perhaps, and in the smaller first floor bedroom? Both were sofa beds, and hence rather low down. Thanks, Aliki!

This place is beautiful and economical! Great place to stay. We would definitely stay here on our next visit.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

Ioannis hosted us on very short notice. Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Perfect host who greeted us warmly and was very positive and helpful. Great local recommendations and an overall perfect stay and experience. Thank you!

First I want to say that the host Stefanos is a true gentleman he truly cared about making our stay wonderful The property sits just above beach with great 360 degree views. The property itself is immaculate there are different areas to just lay out and enjoy the sun and breeze The pool is so clean and clear and refreshing I totally enjoyed swimming at night as well Out of all my stays at a Airbnb this one takes #1 I definitely recommend staying here it's close to glyfada close to sunion And the beaches around the area are very beautiful . I'd rate this property with 5 ⭐️ Thank you Stefanos for making our stay unforgettable 🫡🫶Hope to stay again soon

Quand ma fille est arrivée, elle a vu la piscine, et a dit "waouuuu". Cela résume assez bien notre séjour à la villa. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour passer un agréable sejour: -une villa magnifique toute équipée avec de grands espaces, et des chambres confortables. -une grande piscine rien que pour nous, avec des bouées, des transats, etc -une belle vue et pas de vis à vis -la proximité à toutes les Comodités (magasin, boulangerie, restaurants etc...) -une super plage accessible à pied, et plein plein plein d'autres plages toutes aussi belles les une que les autres, à quelques minutes en voiture. Enfin, un grand merci à Rose et à Gilles. Un accueil chaleureux et en personne ! Nous avons aussi apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée... bref c était TOP ! Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

Wir fanden es hier wirklich toll! Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Ausstattung und elegant eingerichtet. Und wurden nach einer Woche sogar frische Handtücher angeboten. Man braucht am besten ein Auto um viel erkunden zu können, aber man kommt auch zu Fuß an alles was man braucht, inklusive beach Clubs im Sommer. Leider war es noch zu kalt im april um den Pool zu genießen. Aber der ist wirklich schön und super gepflegt. Eine kleine Warnung, an der Einfahrt gibt es ein paar ungesicherte Stufen. Für fitte junge Menschen kein Problem, für Kinder oder ältere Menschen jedoch potentiell etwas gefährlich, meine Schwiegermutter hat sich hier ihr Bein gebrochen. Aber die Gastgeber sind toll damit umgegangen, haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren nur zu dritt somit haben wir die untere Souterrain Wohnung nur manchmal zum duschen genutzt. Alles in allem genau wie erwartet und bis auf den Unfall hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Airbnb und sind dankbar!

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

Ωραίος και περιποιημένος χώρος. Ο κήπος τεράστιος για μπάρμπεκιου και βουτιές στην πισίνα το καλοκαίρι. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα. Το σαλόνι με το τζάκι και με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in einem sehr schönen Haus mit absolut toller Lage, was die Aussicht anbelangt. Man muss wissen, dass es etwas abseits in den Bergen liegt und deshalb etwas Fahrerei bedeutet. Aber neben dem sehr gemütlichen und mit wirklich Allem ausgestatteten Haus sind der tolle Außenbereich mit wunderbaren Terassen und Essplätzen, herrlichem Pool und schönem Garten jeden Kilometer wert. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität, einzig die beiden Schlafzimmer im Soutarrain waren so nicht ganz real beschrieben. Die Betreuung durch Rena war mehr als außergewöhnlich, sie stand uns jederzeit und unglaublich freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich würde das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eva Ollertz

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.

What a fantastic host, George is very responsive and is on hand if anything is needed. Beautiful home with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The pool is a tad chilly but is refreshing in the hot weather. The place is very peaceful but the odd plane can be heard due to the flight path. This didn’t cause any issues for us. The house had everything we needed and George very kindly provided us some food for our stay which was a lovely touch. Car hire is definitely needed to get out and about as nothing is walkable and it’s nice to explore the nearby towns and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and is perfect for larger groups.
