We had intended to stay closer to Mazunte, but we actually up preferred this location. Private, quiet, and so beautiful, the house is rustic compared to hotel living but all the better for it. Highly recommended.

La anfitriona fue muy amable. La casa era bonita, acogedora y estaba muy limpia. Nos recibieron con agua potable lista, lo cual fue un buen detalle. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable, tanto en los pueblitos cercanos como en el alojamiento. Super recomendado!

There are so many nice features in this home. It sits at the crest of a hill so that on the upper deck there is a very nice cooling cross breeze off the sea in the mornings and afternoon. In the evening, it switches directions and comes from inland. There was a grackle that visited us every day sitting on the rail near us. He generously shared his whole repertoire of songs with us. The pool was maintained meticulously and was the perfect temperature ( solar heated ) at this time of year. Very refreshing. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood so we slept well in the comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped and organized, the hammocks of good quality and there is pleasing art and aesthetics creating a relaxing atmosphere. Nice place. We want to return!

The place is a gem of calm and quiet, with a small local beach close by. Brenda is super responsive and helpful and her local colleagues offer all kinds of services upon request from cooking to cleaning to massages and tours. Upon arrival we found thoughtful newly purchased extras for our one year old baby such as a cot, high chair, toys, bath tub, dishes and so on and we never even asked for any of that. Both the house and Brenda and her team are outstanding. The only thing to consider is the relative remoteness of the location. Own means of transport is highly recommended as taxi services would need to be planned in advance to some extent. Definitely recommend, particularly for small groups and families.

What a wonderful experience our stay at Casa Sapo was. This is a very special place. The architecture/construction is amazing, the natural setting so beautiful. Staying here is truly an immersive experience. Being the dry season, there were not nearly as many insects as I thought there would be, and the house was cool and comfortable at night and in the mornings. We came prepared with repellent for mosquitos (there were quite a few) but outside of a scorpion in the corner of one of the bedroom ceilings, there was less to worry about than I had anticipated. We had strong swell, so I will mention that the sound is very, very loud, as the concrete structure serves as an amphitheater for the sound of the waves. This kept us awake for the first night, however by the second and third night we had grown accustomed to it and it was fine. Mario was responsive and communicative the entire time, willing to check us in a couple of hours early. Maria is a delight. Lovely stay.

Private, clean and well looked after. Don’t expect a lot of amenities in area if that’s what you are looking for. Small village with only the basics and few places to eat which may or may not be open. Plan to be self reliant or willing to travel to dine out. Beautiful area.

Second time around, for several good reasons: great place, great view (on the ocean, sunrises), very quiet. The staff is very friendly, Yuli is a gem! Maybe next year we'll be back...

We absolutely love this peaceful sanctuary. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. The house has everything we need to be comfortable all week. We typically made our breakfasts and lunchs at home and ate out every night after enjoying happy hour/ sunset. The beach below offers an opportunity to have a swim in the ocean without getting in the car and driving anywhere. This is our second stay and we will keep coming back. It is perfect.

Vincent’s condo in Huatulco is lovely. It is new, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and deck area are also clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well cared for. My husband and I had to suddenly move from our first apartment in Huatulco. Vincent was very friendly and extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. He also gave our daughter and her husband and late check out when they left a few days after us. Vincent’s apartment is well situated and in a very quiet area. It is about a 20 minute walk to La Crucecita and many excellent restaurants. There are also several different pickleball courts in area which was a real bonus! In addition, there are many beaches to choose from that are just are an affordable cab ride away. We enjoyed our stay in Huatulco and Vincent’s condo very much. We will be back soon!

Fue una estancia maravillosa, es un lugar muy limpio, agradable con una vista al mar maravillosa, nos sentimos como en casa, nos relajamos un lugar con una vibra maravillosa, además Isabel es una extraordinaria anfitriona, siempre estuvo pendiente, y además es muy bondadosa, recomiendo mucho este lugar, para disfrutar del hermoso Huatulco con la familia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea's convenient and comfortable place in San Augustinillo. Quick walk to the beach and many great restaurants (try Casa Mia for the great food and to get off the busy main street). The apartment looks exactly as the photos. We enjoyed the open air environment and found the neighborhood quiet. We rented a car and found this a great base for exploring.

Es la segunda vez q me alojo en esos condominios y todo muy bien ,, lo único q no me gustó fue q la alberca está sucia descuidada ( entiendo que son varios los dueños pero si son para rentar y te ponen fotos con una alberca impecable así debe de estar De ahí en fuera todo muy bien dan siempre respondió a lo que necesitábamos y como un plus el día de check out nos llevó a la termina de transporte a las 5:20 de la mañana lo cual le agradecimos bastante. 👍🏻👍🏻

From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the views of mountains, beaches, and beautiful nearby buildings. The Sunsets over the mountains were breathtaking! The private mini pool on the balcony was a real treat after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The host was always only a phone call away and the staff at the resort are all so helpful.

Wonderful accommodation - very spacious, comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the pool. Walking distance to large grocery store, "Chedraui", which carried everything you needed. Very secure well maintained building and grounds. The security personnel were very accommodating calling taxis for us and selling large bottled water. Restaurants close by, "El Cajun" was our favourite in the complex and we unfortunately heard too late in the week about "Vienna" which is across the road above Liverpool Express which was a residents recommendation. Friendly residents that live in the complex. Local beaches - Playa Chahue across the road had red flags but looked Ok for swimming close to shore. A quiet hidden treasure is Playa El Tejon a 20 minute walk or 40 peso cab ride for ocean swimming and snorkelling. Chairs and cafes on the beach but a steep walk down. Jerod always was responsive to our texts.

El espacio es amplio, agradable y tranquilo tiene todo lo necesario, en verdad todo, recomendaciones, transporte, trastes, hasta baraja, te reciben con bebidas lo cual se agradece bastante Edgar se mantiene al tanto, fue muy cordial, quedamos muy Agusto

Excelente alojamiento si viajas en familia. Departamento equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y agradable. El lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión y la persona responsable durante la estancia responden muy rápido, son atentos y amables. Puedes llegar a varios lugares caminando, por ejemplo el centro de Crucecita esta a 10-15 minutos caminando, la playa Chahue está a 15-20 minutos y la playa Santa Cruz a 25-30 minutos aproximadamente. Cruzando la avenida hay un sitio de taxis, por si no llevas auto. Alojamiento 100% recomendable.

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Finding a pet-friendly accommodation is already a struggle, but this place is perfect! It’s located in a prime location that’s walkable to everything and has a park right across the street where we were able to take our dog and cat to during our stay. Lucina is a great host, very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place and we would no doubt book this place again the next time we are in Huatulco!

Thank you, Alejandro and Mariana for hosting us. Thank you for being very responsive to all of our questions! I don't think you can beat all the features for the price. The condo is as pictured, but could use some updates and touch ups. Fair warning... It's on the top floor, so you will be going up and down stairs a lot. You can call the bell boys to come pick you up with a golf cart, but we decided to get some exercise in. The privat plunge pool on the balcony was a perfect way to end our days! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would come back!

Cynthia's place was very clean, modern and comfortable. We were happy with our stay there. Cynthia was very quick to respond to any questions we had! She checked in with us several times to ensure everything was ok. An excellent host!
