This place is incredible! Smells amazing and had a great atmosphere. It’s also super comfortable. The host was super friendly and always happy to help. They made sure I felt at home from the very beginning. Laura also provides a local guide, which is perfect for those who aren’t familiar with Plymouth.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

We had an amazing long weekend at Allison's place. Check in instructions were easy and received early along with excellent ideas for parking. The flat was super clean and extremely well appointed but the highlight was the stunning views from the balcony across the town and harbour. We are regular visitors to Brixham and will be certain to stay again.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Perfect location next to the station and town. Super spacious and lovely rooms, and Amy was so accommodating offering flexible check in and check out! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying in Rachel’s accommodation again. It is a beautiful property, extremely well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample parking and the location is superb too.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

We had a great time here and loved how the apartment was designed with a fantastic view of the garden and coast line in the distance. It looked even better in person. We were treated to complimentary scones and prosecco which was a lovely touch

The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. This is a great place - good location to walk into town or out along the canal or river. It's spacious, comfortable and scrupulously clean, but then Diana makes it better with all the details. Lovely thick towels, beautiful china, and really thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathroom that make a stay even nicer.

Lockyer Street is central and walkable to most locations. Nice basement flat, conveniently located. Comfortable beds. Off street parking and dog friendly were helpful for our friend when she stopped by to pick us up for touring or dinner. Would stay again. Cheers!

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Gorgeous house, immaculate and beautifully furnished, everything you need was supplied including afternoon tea on arrival. Short walk to shops, restaurants and train station.
