Super saubere kleine Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wer eine Unterkunft abseits vom Touristen Trubel sucht, wird bei Laura fündig.

Wir wurden von Morris sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Wir haben uns dort in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns optimal ist vom Gardasee Trubel zumindest Mitte Oktober nichts zu spüren. Wenn die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Gardasee Besuch verfügbar ist kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön! Gianangelo und sein Sohn Lucio haben uns freundlich empfangen und sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für die tolle Zeit!

Alles top organisiert 👍🏼, sehr sauber, alles so wie beschrieben, direkt am See, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Haus schwierig zu finden, in Nebensaison fußläufig kein Supermarkt oder Restaurant ... jederzeit wieder, sehr zu empfehlen 😃

We had a fantastic stay at Casa dei Coccodrilli in Torri del Benaco! Rita was incredibly friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Garda, perched on a hill with stunning views. It's picturesque with flowering vines, a large garden, and a private pool overlooking the lake. Inside, the apartment is cozy and charming. While it might be a bit snug for four people, it was more than adequate for our needs. Do note that there is no full door between the bedroom and living room, which might be a consideration for those seeking more privacy. Both the bathroom and the kitchenette are well-equipped, including an electric kettle — a nice touch that’s not always common in Italy. It was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Garda and even Verona. While there's a bus stop nearby, traveling by car is more convenient as buses tend to be late. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this charming spot!

Vi tilbragte en uke i september i denne veldig hyggelige leiligheten. Den har alt man trenger, enten man kun er voksne eller barnefamilie. Godt utstyrt. Gode praktiske løsninger. Trappefri adkomst til leil. Fra stuen er det adgang rett ut i egen hage, med stor sofagruppe og spisebord. Fra hagen er det en hekk og en port rett ut til et stort svømmebasseng med solsenger. Leilighetsområdet virker veldrevet, rent og organisert, med egen portvakt. Vertskapet er svært imøtekommende og tilgjengelige, og var mer enn villig til å gi tips og råd om stedet, og andre ting man eventuelt lurer på. Veldig ryddige forhold. Ca 20 min å gå til Desenzano by, med historiske gater og bygninger, marked, shopping og ikke minst mange hyggelige restauranter. Strandpromenaden til Desenzano er verdt en gåtur i seg selv. 15-20 unna i gåavstand er det også flere svært gode restauranter, delikatessebutikker og ikke minst vakre steder og bygninger. Vi vil absolutt anbefale stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake.

This was a really lovely flat at a beautiful location. The flat is a good size and a very short walk from the Lakeside and the local village. There are great restaurants to go to within walking distance and lovely walks along the lake.

nice location, the access to the place is very difficult. The amenities are quite basic. shower works very well and was nice and warm!

Our stay in Erbusco was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful, in a stunning location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We loved how walkable everything was—delicious restaurants just minutes away, amazing pastries with coffee to start the morning, and the best gelato to end the night. Every recommendation from our host was spot on! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit kleinem Garten dahinter. Eine zum Wandern einladende Umgebung. Die Hunde konnten sich austoben. Keiner fühlte sich gestört. Wir würden gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Che dire.. tutto magnifico! Silvia davvero gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e per fornire informazioni sul luogo, la casa è super attrezzata con una pulizia impeccabile ed un giardino enorme per noi ed i nostri animali, i quali sono stati accettati ben volentieri! E poi…il momento di relax nella vasca riscaldata con vista sui monti innevati…un sogno! Grazie ancora, speriamo di tornare presto 😍

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

We had a great stay! During our five days in San Felice del Benaco the daytime temperature average 30 C and it was sunny non stop, so having the pool and outdoor shower to cool of was of immense value. The house is big and the bathrooms and kitchens are good, we cooked a lot at home and had dinner on the patio so the spaciousness was very helpful. The only issue we had was with mosquitos (a few, not insane numbers, but a few is enough to annoy and bite). There were no mosquito webbing for the patio doors in the bedrooms or windows in the adjacent hallway, so whe had to sleep with these closed, which resulted in quite sweaty nights. With webbing on these (or mosquito nets for each bed à la tropical countries) it would be possible to get a nice draft through the bedrooms at night, which would be a great improvement, Gaspare seems very service minded so I am sure that will be taken care of somehow!

Schöne Unterkunft, etwas oberhalb von Bardolino gelegen. Perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Netter Spaziergang in den Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke. Tolle, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit Paola. Einzig die Stellplätze hinter dem Haus/auf dem Grundstück sind mit großen/langen Autos vermutlich tricky (für uns ging es gut).

What wonderful hosts Giuliana and Fabio are! Their Airbnb matched the description online, and was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, with enough blankets to keep everyone warm. I am particularly fussy about pillows (i need a hard pillow), and these ones were great! The water pressure and temperature in the shower was also very good - and Giuliana and Fabio even left both detergent and softener for us to use! Their apartment is an easy 15 minute walk into the center of Saló, and there is plenty of parking in the courtyard. Giuliana and Fabio live upstairs, and checked regularly to see if we needed anything. We arrived late the first night - around 11pm - and they even brought us ham and Grissini (breadsticks) because all the local restaurants were already closed! If you are going to Lake Garda, DEFINITELY consider this place: comfortable, private apartment, absolutely beautiful location on Lake Garda, and fantastic hosts!

Wir haben uns bei Loretta von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und das wichtigtigste gezeigt. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abseits von der Altstadt von Sirmione, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Dafür ist die Gegend ruhig und Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte oder eine Gelateria sind trotzdem gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Kinder gibt es tolle Spielplätze in der Nähe. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut Ausflüge in andere Städte unternehmen (z.B. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venedig). Loretta war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Fragen beantwortet. Sie hat uns tolle Tips für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, Cafés, Parkplätze etc. gegeben. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde ein Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt.

We and our dog enjoyed this accommodation very much. There are a lot of good restaurants around, a lot of supermarkets and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station, which is also very convenient. Denis was very friendly, told us about the neighborhood and gave us good recommendations.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Apartment von Elisa & Anna. Das Apartment und vorallem die Aussicht ist einfach nur ein Traum! Super sauber, tolle Lage, ruhig und Elisa und Anna sind total freundliche Gastgeber! :-) wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

I recently stayed in the flat for four days, and it was an amazing experience. The flat itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and near to the sea about 4 min walking. What truly stood out, though, was Michel hospitality. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help . as my car was brokedown he came and offer me the help till he found the sloution. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a great stay made a real difference. I highly recommend staying in the place. It exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again! Wir hatten traumhafte Tage am Gardasee und können uns den anderen Gästebewertungen nur anschließen: die Aussicht auf den See war atemberaubend. Eine so unfassbar schöne Sicht auf den See haben wir bei all unseren Malen am Gardasee noch nie gehabt. Malerisch!! Diese Wohnung ist sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare ohne Kinder sehr geeignet. Sie bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet. Von Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer hat man diese fantastische Sicht auf den See. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Dorf Torri kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Tommaso und seine Familie waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und vertrauenswürdig. Sie haben stets nach dem Rechten geschaut und unsere Privatsphäre nie gestört. Ihnen lag unser Wohlergehen sehr am Herzen. Der Pool war für uns alle ein Highlight. Wir möchten uns außerordentlich für diese tollen Tage bei Tommaso und seiner Familie bedanken! Hier fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
