Terri was at the property when we arrived and keen to show us around. This was a weekend to celebrate my wife's 60th. There was 7 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs. The cottage met our needs in every way and Terri was a wonderful host. We used the old hall inn twice and also the green lane social across the road from the cottage, both were brilliant. Nothing negative to post at all. Thanks 😃

Great place to stay for the weekend of our relatives’ wedding. Check in was straightforward and hosts welcoming. Super house, load of space and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely private and secure garden for the pooch. Drive for off road parking. Cool tv and audio facilities. Sparkly clean top to bottom. Thoughtful touches like local walking books and a local map with recommendations for places to go up on the wall in the study. Even tea / coffee / shower gel / dishwasher tabs in case we had forgotten. Comfortable and homely. Loved it. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks!

A really nice stay. Its a bit quirky and different with the stable layout but it comfortably slept 6 of us with a few beds spare. Kitchen was really well equipped. I bought a few things with me just in case but need not have. Location is great, a few minutes walk into Buxton and close to the lovely park. The parking was fine, we just about squeezed all of our cars in front of the house. A really good option if you need a bigger house. Sue was really helpful and responsive.

Perfect stay in Buxton. Great communications from our hosts before our arrival. Super clean and every amenity provided that we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Especially appreciated the hamper and other things to get us going. Would love to return and will definitely recommend to others as a great place to use as a base whilst exploring the local area.

Had a lovely stay in Manchester - the house is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. My dad's disabled so having a bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor made life a lot easier for us. The house is easy to find and Lynsey's instructions made it really simple to access. The cupboards were stocked with all the pots and pans that you could need as well as plenty of basic essentials including tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels and a hairdryer! A large taxi (for 6 of us) into Manchester cost less than £10 and took about 10 minutes. A great home and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

James was such a great host, with great communication. We had such a lovely stay while celebrating our son's 21st birthday. The house is immaculate and beds so comfy. We took our dog too and the walks in the nearby park were wonderful. We will absolutely be back !

Cannot thank Fatima enough. You can tell that she takes care in her properties. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. Lots of wonderful details. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Amazing location, Darren was really responsive and helpful. Beautiful walks from the place. High spec finish and loved that local artists and businesses are part of the place.

Great accomodation and attention to detail. House had all amenities, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Hosts were very friendly and supportive regarding our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to other guests and would consider a return in the future if visiting this area again.

even though it was our friends and their two boys who stayed in the cottage I can firmly say they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. the cottage is set in such a beautiful location. with lots to do and if you wish to venture further also within short driving distances you are close to the historical towns of Macclesfield, Buxton and Leek. a wonderful time was had by all l, thank you to Martin who was a wonderful and attentive host to all reauests throughout their stay. The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described. The place was easy to find and check in was easy too. Loved all the little personal touches and all the essentials we needed were provided too. The host replied to any messages quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, well maintain and extremely comfortable flat! I felt right at home and it’s in a great location, walking distance from the city centre. Didn’t get to use the gym, but great that it’s there! 10/10 stay, highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Trespass Cottage. Great proximity to the Snake Path and other main trails; also a short walk to local village amenities. The cottage itself is comfortable and equipped with all the basic self-catering essentials. Our dogs were happy and settled and it was nice having things like dog towels and treats available for our use. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of wine and chocolates.

Immaculate, spacious and extremely well equipped accommodation. Generous welcome pack. We were very comfortable staying here and worked very well for us. Dog friendly, secure and perfect for walking into Lyme Park - on the doorstep! Very convenient location for visiting Stockport or even Manchester, or going out into the Peak District. Would highly recommend and would use again.
