Rental was close to many good food spots and hosts were great about communication including allowing a late checkout on our final day.

Great stay, the location was perfect for a stay near the convention center. The space is big enough for about 4-6 people. We had a small group and found it large enough to spread out.

Fantastic host and team. Very trendy location with access to everything in minutes. Made my 2 weeks worth it in every way possible.

The place was nice and big enough for us. We visited in the summer so it was really hot and there is no AC so we brought out the fans that were in the rooms to help circulate cool air. The location is convenient and near restaurants and stores. Nancy was helpful and clear with instructions on how to access the place. I would recommend this place :)

This air bnb is in a great location and has plenty of restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable distance. Vacasa was very informative and gave easy instructions. The apartment was very clean and has great views of the neighborhood. I would give others a heads up about is the parking situation. If you are planning on taking a car, the place does not come with a parking spot and you will need to find street parking. This area can tend to get busy, so parking may be hard to come by. I would also recommend downloading the Parking Kitty app to pay for parking as you can renew your session easily. I believe after 7pm you don’t have to worry about paying for parking until the next morning. And as a suggestion, I would purchase some water bottles as the apartment does not have a refrigerator with a water dispenser. There is a small market right across the street that was easy to get to.

Roli was fantastic, my schedule changed almost daily, Roli allowed me a same day booking and was flexible and accommodating as my trip changed almost daily.

Awesome basement apartment about a 10 min drive to downtown Portland. Had pretty much anything you can think of readily available. You may have to deal with some noise coming from the top floor. Other than that I had an amazing time!!!

Maddie was such an excellent communicator. She was very responsive and thoughtful. I was very pleased to learn. They also have permanent housing options as well. Honestly, the best host I've had. Thank you so much for making my stay stress free.

Destination Willamette was wonderful, we had a great time, the place was adorable and clean and close enough to walk to a lot of fun places. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful and clean! The neighboring homes were quiet and the street was charming. Easy 10 min walk to convenience stores & coffee. The house was comfortable and cozy!

I really enjoyed my stay here with my dogs. Megan was great and very helpful. The only thing to note is if you have larger dogs like I do then make sure you supervise them in the yard because the gate is very easy to open just by giving it a push (without lifting the latch). This didn’t end up being a problem for me because I didn’t use the yard that much but it’s still just something to be aware of. Overall I had a great time and would recommend staying here.

Newly developed area of Portland, lots of great food nearby and an awesome corner view!

We couldn't have been happier! The townhouse was so comfortable, so clean, so well-appointed and so quiet that we immediately felt right at home. Helen is definitely a Superhost: she made every part of the rental easy and comfortable.

We spent a month at Lillians condo while waiting for our home to be available. The condos design has one of the best use of spaces I have seen. It has a very open floor plan , two fairly large rooms and a very well stocked kitchen. Also loved the location...walkable to Market of choice and some great restaurants close by. Lillian was a gracious and responsive host all through the rental.

We had some issues getting inside because the front door keypad wasn’t working. Luckily one of the building residents let us inside the lobby where we found the lockbox for the keys. Everything from that point on was easy and simple. New seasons grocery across the street was an amazing deal and has great food. The other reviews mentioning the heater were correct, it is hilariously loud but kept the apartment cozy and warm. No streaming options on the tv, just cable and a vintage dvd player with a few movies. All in all, it was a great apartment in a great neighborhood with easy access to transit for downtown, cycling, and other amenities. Great host and a great option for staying in Portland.

Perfect place for my family to stay for the Salem Dog Show as it was a quick drive to the fairgrounds. Super responsive, kind, and clear instructions for every thing we needed. Side Note: the beds were super comfortable too!

Richard was very accommodating & very quick on responding . Clean & quiet place , had everything we needed . Our last trip to PDX back in the summer , the AirBNB we rented , we had to get everything at walmart because it had nothing for us when we arrived . This time i came prepared ahead of time not knowing this house was already fully stocked then extra's . Im glad i found Richard's Place . Me & My Family enjoyed are stay . Home away from home . Would definitely come back to Richard's Retreat . Thank You

Emelia's place was wonderful and filled with plants, super quiet, lots of nature and birds which I loved! you can walk to all the best restaurants and bars and to so much shopping! The bathtub was such a perk! The couch was so comfy I asked where it was from, it might be one of the best couches I've lounged in! it's was great to actually be in a regular home verses a strictly Airbnb that shuffles people in and out. The fridge and freezer was a great design in my opinion but it's not a place to go full grocery shipping and set up for the week. Instead you would need to shop more often- although she graciously shared the food/ cupboard staples willingly:) Not much room to hang clothes but she provided a place to put your suitcase and that was totally fine for me! the condo/ apartment was cozy and a little sanctuary that I would highly recommend!! Emelia checked in with us and was very responsive! I'd definitely stay again!

This loft was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Pro tip: skip making your coffee and grab one at Tour Les Jours downstairs. Tasty treats and great coffee. Matt and Kerry were wonderful hosts. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.
