Very nice room right on the Arkansas River. I loved walking my dog along the River and the collegiate peaks already have snow. The hosts are very professional. Highly recommended.

We needed a quick place to stay before hiking some peaks and this fit the bill perfectly.

the management team at best Texas was really wonderful to work with regarding my refund as I was not able to make it to the rental due to some personal life experiences. they were wonderful to communicate with and made the refund process very easy. would highly recommend that as the place looks beautiful right next to the river during next time I'm in town I'll definitely make sure I stay!

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

Amanda’s place is a little gem. It’s conveniently located a short drive from downtown Salida, but in a quiet peaceful location that feels much farther away (and close to trails). The home itself is better than advertised. It’s tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and decorated in a way that makes it feel like a home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics and then some, including a generous supply of pantry staples (and a nice coffee setup!). The whole place was spotless when we arrived. There are outdoor sitting areas in the front and rear of the home, which we took advantage of since the weather was so pleasant for it being March. The owners live on property (in a separate building) and are super nice people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The home is perfect for couples and small families. We would stay there again without question.

We’ve stayed in approx 100 Airbnb’s since 2014, in the US, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Iceland and New Zealand. This airbnb on the outskirts of Salida was one of our favorites. The hosts thought of everything, from a well equipped kitchen, a cozy bed and a turntable with records! Plus it was dog friendly too. We didn’t stay long enough to utilize the washer and dryer, but that’s always been a plus as we travel.

We really loved our stay at this Airbnb. The host was easy to work with, everything was exactly as they said it would be, and the house was perfect for our getaway. There's plenty of space, comfy furniture, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for facilitating a great vacation.

Staying in a nice, well maintained, clean home near the center of Salida was wonderful. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen has everything one would want or need, even a coffee bean grinder. I'm used to a small toaster oven but finally figured out how to turn on the standard one. We were two solo travelers, went for hikes and skied at Monarch Mtn 25 minutes away. i would highly recommend this property to 2 people or 2 couples. Enjoy

Worth every penny!! I can't understate how great of a stay I had with my fiancee and friend visiting from out of town. the place is so serene, plenty of room to hang with a group or wander off on your own for some solitude. The house had a lot of amenities that we weren't expecting like humidifiers, a coffee bean grinder, a Bluetooth speaker and more. Beds were also ridiculously comfortable. Addie and Loukas were super communicative and proactive, giving us local recommendations, responding to questions quickly and going above and beyond to make our trip as peaceful as possible. I would recommend this place to anybody at any time of the year. I definitely look forward to coming back myself!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! we saw deer almost every morning by the creek. the house connected to nature waling trails and close to downtown. We enjoyed going to Monarch for snowboarding, to walking on the trails and next time we are bringing the mountain bikes. Thank you for sharing your home! it was quite, clean and relaxing!

The view, backyard, and amenities cannot be beat! The proximity and access to the river was exceptional, it was thoroughly enjoyed morning and night. The house was spacious for us and 5 children, with plenty of things like the movie theater and games to keep them occupied. We looked forward to coming home every day after skiing! Kristan was a terrific host—very friendly and welcoming. The house was exactly as pictured and described, with even more small, wonderful touches throughout. It was very clean and well appointed. We will most definitely try to come back next time!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas tree that made the space feel extra cozy and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were super comfy, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. Communication with the host was effortless — quick responses and clear instructions made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect home away from home!

Loved our stay! Excellent location, very spacious, and extremely clean. Appreciated the many little extras - board games, very well stocked kitchen, very nice towels, bath products, etc. The balconies were nice to sit and listen to the river. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Our stay in Salida was wonderful. We were in town for our daughters wedding and things could not have gone better with our stay. The unit was amazing and nestled in beautiful surroundings next to the Arkansas River. Everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds. Access to downtown Salida and the trail along the river was so convenient. Everything was in walking and biking distance. Pinon did an excellent job communicating and made the stay easy. We hope to visit again soon!

Love the place and was close to all the activities we were in Colorado for and the walk by the river was so beautiful hopefully we will come back and stay again next year .. they also had everything we needed to cook with .. had a couple of questions and Jonathan helped us a lot.. thank you
