Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

The place is exactly as shown in the images. Ritwik is responsive and proactive in getting your queries resolved. Noor and his team made sure to attend to our needs making the stay much more pleasant. The beach is accessible by foot and is hardly 30 meters or so from the property which is a plus. Will recommend this place highly.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Our stay with friends was excellent & memorable. The location is great, its a 2nd bit plot from main rood, so easy access for everything but still calm & quiet for a peaceful stay. The beach was about 5 minutes walk from stay and the in-house swimming pool was very clean & well maintained. Most importantly the caretakers Mr.Nimraj & his wife Mrs.Leela were very humble & helpful. They cooked tasty food for us including breakfast, lunch & dinner and also served us hot Tea or coffee whenever we demanded. It was really a homely & relaxed vacation with buddies. Moreover it was a beautifully decorated and adorable house, thankyou.

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

The villa is beautifully done up. The interiors are very well maintained, and the appliances and air conditioning were working perfectly. There is ample parking space for a large car and two bikes. Several restaurants very close by, with shacks and the beach a 5 min walk. Great stay, good hosts and staff.

The property was super close to Fort Aguada, the beach, and a lot of great restraurants and cafes. There were 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5 in our trip, and each day we had a different adventure within walking distance. The host was very responsive and proactive in getting us information for check-in and things to do. We'd definitely come back the next time we were visiting Goa.

We have just returned from our 20 days stay in this great apartment 😊 It is centrally located in Candolim, just off the Fort Aguada Road, a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with AC and 2 huge fans, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which kept us cool throughout. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay, including microwave, toaster and kettle. There was plenty of bed lined and towels. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also back up electricity. The photographs of the apartment are outdated – the kitchen / living area is open plan, which we loved. Not all of the furniture in the photographs was in the apartment (red couch in living area, 2 seats in bedroom), but that suited us as is created the feel of being more spacious. Santana was a great host 😊 Any queries were dealt with quickly, and he was proactive in checking on how we were. Thank you 😊

What a beautiful setting and pretty villa! it had everything we were looking for and more. I was surprised by the proximity to the beach and the pool was well maintained and clean too. The host was very welcomimg and kind and she helped us through everything. Go for it, brilliant roomy space for large groups.

Stay was Great. No Doubt. Initially I was told housekeeping was for alternate days, but we insisted for Daily. which was accepted by the Host. (Baring 1 day) Maid did limited things only. Did not made the bed or changed lenins. Other Guests in the building were a bit rowdy. Mostly stag and were drinking alcohol at the pool all day and nobody Stopped them, even though it was strictly prohibited as per Pool instructions. Not entirely family friendly property. Needs some maintenance work. Paint Job, toilet, furniture and stove. Kitchen is equipped well enough. Wifi is Good. Water Filter Good. Hot water 24 Hours. AC was working fine. Washing machine good. Drying area Good. Car parking Very Convenient. Inverter Back UP works well. Would Recommend, but also please try to fix the above issues.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredible stay at Esha's place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to Baga, Calangute. Host was an amazing host—super responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Check-in was smooth, and the made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Great Location to stay in North Goa, I enjoyed night life on Chapora St., 5 mins from here. Infinity pool really makes this place worth it.

This property is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. So beautiful and peaceful with all the amenities. All the restaurants and beaches are very nearby which makes this property perfect for long stay in north Goa. Mr. D’souza was a wonderful host who helped us during our stay from providing an amazing itinerary to recommendations of best restaurants/ cafes in town. Apart from that he made sure to stay in touch with us throughout for any issues that we might face. Their caretaker Mr. Shabbir was also very helpful and well behaved person. Overall to sum it up, we had the best stay in this property. Would love to come back and will surely recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

The place was really nice to stay. Everything was really nice from the check in to check out. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The house is just as described and looks more beautiful than the pictures showed. The host, Kunal is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Had the most amazing stay at the ferias house property. The villa was beautiful the housekeeping staff were lovely people who cleaned the house everyday whenever we asked them to. The property manager was always responsive and also gave suggestions for some yum local food. Definitely booking the same villa for my next trip to goa. Thank you ferias house team.

Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Such a peaceful stay in Ashwem! The room was neat, comfortable, with a big enough with a functional kitchen and a super cute balcony. The host, Gunjan, is very friendly and helpful. I'd fallen sick the day I reached, and she was very kind to quickly arrange water and other necessities for me as I could not go out. The place is just a 3 to 4 minute walk from the very beautiful Ashwem beach with many restaurants and shacks at a walkable distance. I highly recommend staying at Gunjan's place.

Juvenal’s place was super nice! The old-fashioned Portuguese furniture and construction was a delight to experience. It is super close to Arambol beach, just a 10 min walk. There are loads of shops and such around as well. Juvenal has provided all the amenities we could ask for - soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, loads of extra towels. All in all, it was amazing! Just one heads up for all future guests - it does get pretty loud due to the surrounding area, so bring some ear plugs for the night!
