It was an amazing experience staying at this place. Very clean and thoughtfully done. The service too was good. The only challenge of riviera sublime is local taxi unions are bullish against taxis you would hire from any other part of Goa. We faced this issue. Self drive rented cars are no problem though.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. I recently stayed at Villa Calangute, and it exceeded all my expectations! The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed to offer both comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, including the well-maintained pool and fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The location was perfect—close to the beach and key attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The staff (Darshana, Rajan, Alpana) was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We asked for the chef service, and were blown away by both the versatility and taste we got to experience. In addition, Ranjan’s cooking for authentic — this validation comes from a Goan family! I highly recommend Villa Calangute for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa. I would absolutely love to return for another visit!

Very hospitable and kind host. Met us 7a.m. In the morning, with no problem. Provides water, laundry and cleaning, helped with transfer and bike rent. The place itself is very comfy, aircond in every bedroom, tv with YouTube, all the necessary kitchen stuff for cooking. Ideal for lounging balcony. Best beach from Morjim to Arambol. A lot of restaurants around including sea view.

We booked Raghav’s place for 3 days but later extended it to 5 days , raghav was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. From quick replies to thoughtful touches, he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Highly recommend staying at his Airbnb!

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

The apartment was perfectly located, with a balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. Everything was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal – we could walk everywhere, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and even the beach nearby. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

We had a lovely stay at Titus place .. it was very clean and comfortable.. always responsive and very helpful.. very secure gated place with security and always felt safe . Cleaned and bedding changed on request every other day .. well equipped kitchen and large fridge freezer and washer .. Will come back to stay again

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

A tiny cosy 2bhk right in the middle of Candolim’s prime street. Great vibes around with a nearby access to the beach. The property is well maintained and the host was kind enough to recommend us all the fun places to party and dine. The caretaker makes sure that you have a pleasant stay and is just a call away if needed. Highly recommended for the location and the hostess’s hospitality

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.
