We stayed at Andrea's place when we came to Hamilton for a Colgate event. It is about 2 miles from campus. The apartment was perfect for our purposes. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The hosts provided a wonderful array of snacks (including fresh fruit and wine) and left detailed instructions for the apartment. Andrea is a great host and communicated very well with us. We had a slight snag getting into the apartment (probably our fault) and Andrea unlocked the door remotely within 30 seconds of when I contacted her. We highly recommend the apartment!

We just love this place. This is our second stay. Feels like we are coming home when we stay here. Such a beautiful space – so peaceful and serene. Great place to stay when visiting Colgate. Can’t wait to visit again.

Easy to find and in a cute little neighborhood. Nice parking and signs clearly leading you right to the door. We were greeted with some wine, wine glasses, and a yummy snack tray, thanks for the nice touch! This was one of the top 5 airbnbs with the cleanest feel for us. A lot of care seems to be taken making the place clean and comfortable. Recommend! :)

My fiancée came to Tully for a wedding and I was stressing out about finding a place to stay nearby (since the wedding was in the middle of nowhere). I’m so glad we found Katalina’s place! It was just right for us and only a forty minute drive to the wedding venue. I’d absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Tonia is very pleasant to deal with, very responsive and her place is beautifully kept, clean and in a great location. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

What a beautiful and cozy historic space! I loved the fireplace in the bedroom and the very comfy bed. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Extremely clean! The bathroom is tiny but functional. My only complaint would be that I was provided only a single bath towel for a 2-night stay. Other than that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim!

I came across this listing while looking for a place for my employees to stay and was fortunate to connect with Allison and Stephen. They mentioned the home had just become available after a long-term stay and, since there weren’t many recent reviews, they shared the downstairs listing, which had 25 perfect five-star reviews. It was clear people had loved their stay. They also managed to turn the place around in record time—immaculately clean and feeling brand new. My employees had nothing but great things to say. The stay was quiet and comfortable, even with another guest downstairs. The furniture was super cozy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the fireplace made the space feel extra inviting. They especially loved starting the morning with coffee on the enclosed porch and having a dedicated office space for work. The location is safe, quiet, and close to downtown. Allison and Stephen were fantastic hosts—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely book again!

Everything was wonderful. Christian is a proactive and responsive host. The house was clean as could be, and as peaceful as expected!

Margaret’s place was just as described. Oswego received a lot of snow shortly before we arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clear driveway, path, and steps. We felt right at home while visiting SUNY Oswego

This place was awesome. The indoor pool was amazing. The local village is only two miles away for any necessities. We stayed during a massive snowstorm and had no issues whatsoever. Davit was extremely pleasant to deal with. Can’t wait to come back!

Sarah's Place was secluded, quiet, and lots of land with neighbors that are not on top of each other. Check-in was phenomenal (no hassle). Upon entry, house was very cleaned, organized, and spacious. We love that it has 3 bedrooms to accommodate a few extra guests, and as for the bathroom, it's huge and not very tight space. Pet-friendly as well with accommodation of dogs bowls and poop bags. The stairs leading to the 2nd floor was very narrow, and squeaky, but it does the job. You have to watch your head when coming down the stairs especially at the bottom if you're very tall. Most importantly, the welcome packet. I like how Sarah explained the check-in and check-out process, the detail of the property, and things to do in surrounding towns. Not all hosts do this, and we're glad Sarah did. In the near future, we are considering Sarah's Place as our next stay again. We would definitely recommend it. Trust us, you'll love it.

i loved this house - i hated to leave! it was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. maria went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. i can’t say enough about how wonderful she was!!

This bungalow was even better than I expected. It’s not only adorably decorated, it’s super clean! I would stay again.

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!
