Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

Belle grande maison fidèle aux descriptions. La piscine est magnifique et nous a énormément servi. La maison est située dans un petit village tranquille à 1 heure de Carthagène. Il y a quelques restaurants dans le village mais pas vraiment de belle plage. Petits bémols de la maison: il y avait énormément de fourmis à l'intérieur, il ne faut pas laisser de nourriture trainer sinon c'est l'invasion. Il manquait aussi de quelques produits de base qu'on a dû acheter (papier de toilette, filtres à café.). Dans l'ensemble, je recommande tout de même cet endroit où nous avons passé de très bons moments.

This was my first beach town trip with my husband and our friends and we had a lovely time. The house is beautiful, spacious and the weather was perfect. Beds were comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedrooms were put on before our arrival! Bathrooms were great, kitchen was in full working order. You will have to bring all the things you need to cook such as oil, spices, ingredients and things like napkins/extra garbage bags and plenty of water to drink. We used the grill outside for our burgers and the stoves worked great. The hammocks were very comfy and relaxing. There was a fantastic speaker provided with the rental and we were able to listen to music throughout our stay. Martha was very communicative and helpful with all of our inquiries. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time!

Todo excelente, la casa súper equipada, la playa hermosa y José se portó súper bien, hasta nos esperaron con agua de coco súper heladas. 100% recomendado.

Jose was a nice and responsive host. He offered pick up and drop off to and from the airport, which was very convenient. He asks for a security deposit separately, but I received it back without issue at the end of the stay. The place was very clean and is close to the Marriott which has great restaurants. The area is pretty far away from the main area where you'd go out, but it's quiet which also is a positive. He also can help you if you need anything (like I needed some meds), but given it is Colombia, everyone wants a cut of any payment. So if you want to ensure you get something legitimate, definitely ask Jose but know it will cost you more to do so (not that he takes money from it, but the people who are able to do the tasks do). Also, I thought this was odd but he only provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll per stay. We stayed for 8 days and were told we would have to buy our own when we ran out, which is weird and shouldn't have been an issue.

Muy recomendada esta propiedad. Cercana a la playa (se puede ir a pie), tiendas y restaurantes. La casa cuenta con una piscina nueva y un muy buen kiosko con asador, ideal para un buen asado. En cuanto a los apartamentos, tienen cocina muy bien equipadas, cuartos con aire acondicionado y las camas muy cómodas. Esperamos volver pronto!

La ubicación es bastante buena, quedan cerca varios centros comerciales en el norte de la ciudad. Cerca a los monumentos de shakira, malecón y ventana. Barrio tranquilo, el cuarto principal es el unico que tiene aire acondicionado, dos baños amplios. Las zonas comunes del edificio son buenas, tiene buenas psicinas.

great place!! has 3 balconies, fast internet, great for a short-mid stay. Right on the north, ac in living room did not work but other than that everything was 5/5

El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario estaba muy limpio y Natalia fue super amable la verdad recomiendo el alojamiento si lo que buscar es estar en un lugar tranquilo y agradable. La vista es grandiosa

The apartment was cozy, clean and well located. The terrace was amazing we spent most of the night up there with my family. Javi is a great host. He cared about us and help us with nice recommendations of what to do in Barranquilla. I can’t wait to be back in July to Barranquilla and stay at Javi’s apartment.

The place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive, clear, and quick in responding to all my questions. Highly recommended.

This is a great building for a long stay. It is a studio apartment but comfortably designed. It is just outside of Barranquilla no more than a 5 minute drive to buena Vista centro commercial. Jorge is responsive.

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Sehr gute und sichere Lage. Großes Einkaufszentrum und Sportaktivitäten in der Nähe. An der Decke oben sind Feuchtigkeitsflecken (aufgeplatzte Farbe und Flecken) und daher sollte es behoben werden. Sonst alles Sauber.

Un gran lugar para quedarse en Barranquilla. Muy cerca a tres centros comerciales que tienen de todo , además la zona que es súper segura y con buenos restaurantes cerca para comer. El apartamento es amplio , limpio , sin ruido del exterior, con buena luz , buen acceso a wifi y cuenta con aire acondicionado en la habitación. El señor Alberto siempre atendió an mis preguntas a tiempo , y estuve pendiente de nuestra llegada y salida.
