My wife and I enjoyed a weekend away in this nicely decorated and comfortable home away from home. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and the location was easy to get to from anywhere in town. We'll definitely stay here again and Candace's communication made our stay worry free.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying the weekend. Our host Robert was courteous and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. His home was very clean and organized and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

Our stay at The Lookout was absolutely peaceful! The space was clean, with comfortable beds and close to nearby restaurants. The backyard with the wooded view and hot tub was perfect. We highly recommend this charming home for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

Kristie was a joy to work with, and her lake house provided the perfect place for a long weekend exploring Hot Springs. Even though it was off season, we found plenty to do! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked that if needed there was a Dollar General and gas station nearby. Highly recommend this listing!!

It was a great place for us to stay. The hosts were quick to respond. Our bed was super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the place we clean.

Dawn was an amazing host. We booked last minute and she didn’t have any issues with that. It was our first time brining our dog somewhere and Dawn made it easy. Her house is great for families and their fur babies. We love Hot Springs. Would love to stay again at the house. The shower pressure is amazing! Also the kitchen is well equipped.

This was the second time we've stayed at Everett's place. Immaculately clean. Has everything you need, and then some. We stay at this location because it's in the same neighborhood as our nephew's home so it's perfect when we visit him. But even without him living here in Hot Springs, we'd stay at this condo when just vacationing here, because the place is so perfect and beautiful setting! Thanks again for a great stay!

We love staying here ! I can not even count the times we have stayed . Close to everything in downtown Little Rock . Would recommend to anybody that does not have an issue with stairs .

This was our second time staying at Kristy’s house and we loved it just as much as the first time! The house is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, which is a super safe and family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to great restaurants, coffee, shops, bars and grocery stores. Kristy was Very responsive. The beds are super comfortable And the large chair in the living room is super cozy! We felt right at home and will continue to use Kristy’s house when we are in town!

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Great place to stay, and great hosts. The back patio is a nice place to unwind in the evenings and relax with coffee in the morning. The hosts were always responsive for the few things that I did inquire about.

It was thoughtfully stocked with everything and more we could need in the kitchen. The special amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch. At the last minute we ended up bringing our little dog and the dog bed and bowls were another thoughtful and much appreciated touch. The location is perfect for walking to the convention center and restaurants. The only negative is the tenants above the unit were the definition of night owls and we heard every step they took all night long despite our loud sound machine.
