Loved this house!!! One of the best areas in North Little Rock, after a long trip I needed the peaceful environment I found in this house. Next time we are back to visit friends this is going to be the place we stay.

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

I contacted Colleen before booking with some very unusual parking requirements for my Jeep trailer. Colleen was responsive and very accommodating. The house was beautifully furnished and exactly as described. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We traveled from Texas to visit family in North Little Rock and the place was centrally located which allowed our commute back and forth to be easy. The location was convenient as it was close to downtown Hot Springs and close to places to eat and close to Walmart. We will consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

Wonderful home, everything is as described and in the pictures. The hot tub was superb and really hit the spot after a long stressful week. I booked this place on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday arrival and there was absolutely no delay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful.

This was a great place! Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of plates cups and bowls. The lake was beautiful. Would have been more fun in the summer and not when it’s cold, but close to hot springs and all it has to offer. I would say just extra blankets and towels! Thank you

Stayed here with family over a long Thanksgiving holiday and want to go back every year! Our goals were to spend time together, wander around downtown, relax and do some cooking—all were accomplished. Everyone had comfortable spaces to individually relax in, along with several group areas. We spent the most time in the kitchen, which was fully equipped with more than we could have imagined. Renovated and modern. Outdoor areas were so beautiful with lots of seating. William was checking in frequently to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Most Airbnb’s now feel sterile and have bare minimum quality to fill a space. This house was lived in and we felt so at home here!

Lakeside Cove is a really good place for a larger group like ours. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large kitchen and gathering area on the main floor. The game room downstairs was a hit with the family as well. All the bedroom areas were ample-sized. Though our stay was only two nights and therefore we couldn't make use of all it had to offer, this home would clearly work for longer stays. We would recommend this home!

This was the second time we've stayed at Everett's place. Immaculately clean. Has everything you need, and then some. We stay at this location because it's in the same neighborhood as our nephew's home so it's perfect when we visit him. But even without him living here in Hot Springs, we'd stay at this condo when just vacationing here, because the place is so perfect and beautiful setting! Thanks again for a great stay!

The location was just what we were hoping for. I got to spend time on the lake in my kayak and my partner spent time at the fitness center. We also enjoyed the nearby trails. The space was cozy and overall comfortable.

Great host the place was fantastic. Everything was perfect.

This BnB had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Games, tv's, lots of linens and most importantly, she asks that the guests do very little when leaving! It is wonderful!!

Kim has a beautiful well kept home on the lake. The clear and simple directions and instructions for arrival got my stay off to an excellent start. The quiet and private surroundings were peaceful and relaxing making for a great nights sleep.

Really fantastic place! Had a great and peaceful time and loved seeing the beautiful view of the lake! Got to watch lots of birds on the lake including bald eagles and pelicans. Excellent place, would absolutely come back! It looks as nice as the photos :)

We loved our stay! The bed was firm but comfortable. The lakes and trails in the neighborhood were truly tranquil and the apt was very homey! The 20-30 min drive to Hot Springs was definitely worth it for the views from the neighborhood/ apt. Our host gave very clear instructions and was very proactive/kind when a winter storm was in the area informing us we were welcome to reschedule or warning to come in a 4wheel drive.

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. This Lake House Was Everything My Wife And I imagined It Would Be. Plus Our Host Was Very Informative On Where To Go And All The Great Things You Can Do. Eating Breakfast And Dinner On The Deck Over Looking The Water Was Definitely A Vibe. I Most Definitely Can’t Forget About The Sunrise And The Sunset… Just Beautiful!!! If You’re Ever In Lake Hamilton Make Sure You Give Mr. John Graham Call He’s A Helluva Host And The Guy Know His Stuff. Thank You Mr. Graham For The Amazing Experience. My Wife Really Enjoyed Herself As Well Did I.

The cottage was absolutely wonderful! You can tell the host really cares about your experience. It was clean, easy to find, well appointed and everything else you expect. On top of that, there were snacks, holiday decorations, coffee, soap/shampoo and many other little things that just make the stay feel effortless. A fantastic place run by a host that really cares.

Great place to kick back and relax! Front porch overlooking the river was great for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening! The dock and covered deck on the water was a great option for hanging out. Tip: try the catfish at Whiskers at the intersection with Akers Rd and the main highway. It’s great!

This was the cutest place. Its quiet and quaint surroundings made the hot tub that much more enjoyable and it’s close enough to every place you want to go whether it’s eating out, shopping or driving around!

The cottage was lovely. Exactly like advertised. Very clean. The neighborhood felt safe. The hot tub was clean and lovely. Would def stay again!

what a wonderful view of the sunrise in a comfortable place! I cook a lot when I travel and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It was wonderful! the only time I had an issue, Jamie was very responsive.
