This place is even better than pictured! Very very private and quiet and peaceful getaway! Such cute design and small details throughout. Jessi has managed to think of and proactively provide all the needed items and small details. AND the hot tub is bigger and nicer than pictured, which was a huge plus for me along with all of the nice outdoor touches. We had some very cold weather and icy roads during our stay, and Jessi was exceptionally helpful with being flexible on our checkout date and let us easily and inexpensively extend our stay by 1 night because of the weather. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and better place!!!

My first stay at the cottage was perfect! It is cozy, adorable, and private. I visit Little Rock monthly, and hotel rooms are not conducive to peace or restorative rest. I'm so glad to have found such a place that is convenient to my work-related locations. Plus, it costs less than a hotel!

Second stay here! Always love seeking this place out as an option when driving thru to get to Chicago!

We really enjoyed our stay! A plus was that the AirBNB was pet friendly as we needed to bring our dog on our trip to Little Rock. We also appreciate Jeremy’s ability to accommodate us with an earlier check-in time as we needed time to get our dog settled and get ready for a wedding! Absolutely loved the aesthetics of the AirBNB, the carport option for parking, and how clean it was! Will definitely look for Jeremy’s place again next time I plan to return to Little Rock and need a place to stay.

We had a great stay at Doug’s carriage house! We were only there one night while passing through Little Rock, but we would definitely stay there longer. We appreciated all the little touches & amenities that made it cozy and convenient.

The stay was so peaceful and restful. It was a nice place to wind down from a long travel day.

We are so thankful for this home away from home! Clean and cozy. We brought our two fur babies and had a weekend in the cabin and enjoyed every aspect of it. It’s rural enough for peace by a small stream and the bird watching was so relaxing. Yet, not too far from town for essentials and plenty to do. We will defiantly be back and highly recommend this rental. Jackie was so responsive and wonderful to deal with. Don’t pass this gem up!

This is such a charming spot, we really loved it. Communication was clear & simple, lots of thoughtful decor & details. The functioning garage door was such a great feature! We were having trouble opening the screen & Sarah was quick to have someone come by — all of the natural light was wonderful & we appreciated the quick assistance so that we could enjoy it. Would love to stay here again!

This is a super cute and cozy place to stay. While it is a small house, we were traveling with an infant and had plenty of space to set up a pack n’ play in the living area or bedroom. We only stayed one night as we were passing through Little Rock, but we would definitely be wiling to stay longer. We really appreciated the availability of parking, and the bed was super comfy! 5 stars—would recommend!

It's a great getaway in the small bit of country you stay in. The location is very spacious and you feel at home right away. You are pretty close to a family dollar and a couple of gas stations if you need snacks or something. The cabin has a very pleasant new smell. As you walk in you are greeted by the cute small kitchette. Has basically everything you need. The area is very cute with a awesome waterfall. You are close to others but not like cookie cutter house close. The bed is very clean and comfortable. Angie is incredibly kind and gives great suggestions for restaurants. Angie went above and beyond you can tell she really cares. The blinders for the windows are rather difficult to roll back up after letting them down, could of just been me though lol. This place is very romantic and a great place to spend a celebration as we celebrated our 8th anniversary here. Fair price for a beautiful stay.

My daughter and I traveled to Benton for the weekend and stayed at this little gem. It was so lovely! We had a very late check in and they called us to make sure we were able to find the place. Joanne’s husband stayed on the phone with me to make sure once we got to the road that we could find it. It’s so cute, clean and perfectly stocked with the essentials. They respond very quickly if needed. If we come back to Benton, we will stay here again!!

The green! I love it. Decor was fun and inviting, I felt safe and like I had privacy but the sun still peaks in when you want it to with the rolling blinds. Pleasantly surprised to have such a smooth and relaxing experience.
