Beautifully decorated condo on the lake. Gorgeous views from the back deck. Nice area for walks. Very close to Hot Springs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Will definitely return and hope this place is available for our next trip to Hot Springs

Amazing Accommodations. The view was unbelievable, great seating inside and out. We especially loved the lounge chairs inside that spun 360 degrees so we could enjoy the view while sitting inside. Beautiful boardwalk along the lake to enjoy, super quiet location and still close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. We were impressed and highly recommend this location to others. It has it all. Julie was on it with everything there were so many wonderful things in the unit for us to use. Unbelievable.

Kim has a beautiful well kept home on the lake. The clear and simple directions and instructions for arrival got my stay off to an excellent start. The quiet and private surroundings were peaceful and relaxing making for a great nights sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay. Alexandra is a great host with good communication skills. she was there to answer any question I had promptly. the view of the Arkansas River was a plus. I will definitely book with her again. Thanks Alex. 🙂

My fiancée and I booked this air bnb for a valentines get away weekend and it was perfect. The front porch looking over the water was our favorite spot even though it rained most the weekend. Was very private and quiet. Our host even decorated for valentines, which I loved. We will definitely recommend this to our family & friends.

Loved this house!!! One of the best areas in North Little Rock, after a long trip I needed the peaceful environment I found in this house. Next time we are back to visit friends this is going to be the place we stay.

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

I contacted Colleen before booking with some very unusual parking requirements for my Jeep trailer. Colleen was responsive and very accommodating. The house was beautifully furnished and exactly as described. Highly recommended!

My wife and I spent the month of February here and really liked it. Felt like home. There were a couple small issues when we first got there(nothing anyone could have done to prevent them) but Erin took care of them immediately with no hassle, no problem. The house, the lake, and the neighborhood were all just perfect. Friendly neighbors, safe to walk alone, the kind of place you don't think to lock your car doors. Close to the west gate, restaurants, stores, etc. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

The two bedroom one bath home feels very spacious with the multiple outdoor sitting areas. I loved sitting on the peaceful dock. They provided blankets to keep the chill away. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend !

Kristie was a joy to work with, and her lake house provided the perfect place for a long weekend exploring Hot Springs. Even though it was off season, we found plenty to do! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked that if needed there was a Dollar General and gas station nearby. Highly recommend this listing!!

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We traveled from Texas to visit family in North Little Rock and the place was centrally located which allowed our commute back and forth to be easy. The location was convenient as it was close to downtown Hot Springs and close to places to eat and close to Walmart. We will consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with new dish-ware, pots, pans, etc. It looks just like pictured, very clean and cozy. Dan was very quick to respond with any questions I had and very polite. We will most definitely be back!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

This condo is in a very peaceful setting. The lake views are great and we found it to be centrally located to a lot of restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. This location is so beautiful and peaceful, I would highly recommend for a quiet get away. There are restaurants a short drive away including in the old and new parts of Hot Springs. The Airbnb is perfect for one or two people and it felt very safe. We had our dog with us and the grounds were great for him, including the decking area where he loved to watch the birds.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole back of house is windows and glass door for a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Nice back patio but we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the cold weather and rain. The king bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen, nice dining area, comfortable couch and chairs. We would definitely stay here again if we are coming to this area.

This place was just what me and my fiancé needed for our Valentine’s day get away. All the major destinations were within a 20 minute drive. The view was gorgeous and it was nice to sit on the deck for some fresh air. We can’t wait to tell our friends about this place and we are thankful for the great hosts for letting us book.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. Lisa's condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were grateful for the extra items that she has stocked in the home (tea, coffee, etc). Lisa was very responsive and helped us to understand the area better and was willing to accomodate us with the possibility of staying longer. I wish we would have! The home is in a lovely area, with several condo units, on Lake Hamilton. The boardwalk was nice to walk in the morning and evening. The Garvin Gardens were right down the road. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood were super nice!
