Loved staying at Dustin's place. Easy going check in was a plus. The house was great, clean, easy to navigate. super hot water and great water pressure is always appreciated! The beach was so close, the arcade was walkable and or a quick bike ride. Having beach chairs available that I didn't have to pack up was a great add as well. We will definitely be back!-

One of my very best experiences at an AirBnb. Beautiful, clean apartment, can't beat the view and convenience to the beach. I really enjoyed being there in the off-season. I hope I can stay there again.

The stay was a lovely combination between relaxing and adventurous. My son thoroughly enjoyed a successful hunt for sea glass, while my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the view in between adventures. Totally zen.

We were only there for a couple of days, but it was a great place to stay. The views from inside were spectacular, a real advantage as it rained much of one day. We did have some rain free time and were able to walk on the path as well as on the sand. We arrived at high tide and were amazed at how much sandy beach appeared when the tide went out. Communication and instructions were excellent. We hope to get back there.

Location, location, location. A two minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center of town. The house is a lovely blend of historic York and modern conveniences. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contains all that you need if you like to cook, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water.

A large group of us were in Hampton Beach for a show and decided on an air bnb rather than a hotel and we could not have been happier with our decision! The home was clean, organized, comfortable and in an excellent, walkable location. We didn't got to the beach but it was less than a minute walk from the house. It was also walkable to several restaurants and bars and only about a mile walk to the venue (Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom). We were lucky with mild weather in November so got to enjoy the large table on the warmly lit back porch and the covered Farmer's porch in the front with a decent amount of seating. The bedrooms were exactly as pictured and the beds were comfortable with clean linens and a set of towels on each bed (nice touch!). The bathrooms were also immaculate and having one on each floor was perfect. On top of all this, Gagan was extremely kind, very responsive (usually within minutes) and easy to communicate with. We will be back, thank you!!

Love the 180 degree view of the ocean! And the sounds of the waves! So close! We were a bit out of season so many restaurants were closed for the winter (we were there 11/7-8), but we found plenty! Ogunquit was still buzzing - so all was good. Love the place. The hosts did a lot with a small space - it was creative and cozy without feeling cramped. But again - the VIEW…

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Bien équipé avec des instruments de cuisine en très bon état ( rare).Mais n’oubliez pas votre literie et votre nappe. À 7-10 minutes des plages en vélo par Bourne Ave . (Parking de plage$6/h $35 US sinon 😟). Nous avons passé une très belle semaine!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

Lovely, modern house in great location. A short 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Ogunquit and to the beach. River and beach views. Everything is in excellent condition and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We were here for a long stay and felt right at home!

This is a serene cottage in a convenient but quiet location. Check-in was issued free and the owner gave us great restaurant and hiking recommendations. The cottage has great amenities and was very clean. Perfect size for 2 people. There are Adirondack chairs in the yard to relax in and enjoy the view of the marsh and Wells Beach. We enjoyed walking to Batson River Brewery and Congdon’s donuts. Wells Beach is a few minutes drive away, or about a 30 minute walk. We will definitely come back to this cottage!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

My stay at this house was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality made us feel right at home. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos—spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a marvelous stay. The location is unbeatable, just a couple minutes walking to the beach and a lot of restaurants and stores around. The sunset from the terrace was a truly magical experience. Plus, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Another highlight is the attention to detail. From the plush towels to the charming coastal décor, it’s clear that the host truly cares about providing an exceptional experience. This is definitely a place we will return to again and again. The Cottage was adorable and in a fantastic location! Cindi and Bruno were very responsive and proactively provided all the information you could possibly need.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our rental it fit our family weekend perfectly. The house was nice, comfortable, and conveniently located. Darin and Carol were responsive and easy to communicate with.

Jake’s place was absolutely perfect, it was so spacious for our big group of 10, adults and teenagers and preteens. The sunsets from Jake’s deck were absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises at the beach were absolutely gorgeous. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops and beach. We already can’t wait to come back next summer, we hope Jake will have us. Our friends can’t wait to book with him as well. Thank you so much Jake for allowing my family to make memories to last a lifetime.
