Ended up with this host for a last minute booking after another Airbnb host told us last minute there was no heat (in Mass in December?!). Very responsive and professional, this team has very nice locations and fabulous communication all the way through our stay. Would definitely book with them again!

The home was beautiful and upgraded bathrooms were very nice! Nina was easy to communicate with and our stay was very enjoyable. The location was fantastic- beach and downtown was a close walk. I would highly recommend.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

Had lil trouble getting in ppl walking to their rental helped get in it looked bigger in the app the curtains got to go I’d say other than that it’s a peaceful place after it sets in . The vacuum couldn’t get it to work but it was a nice stay.

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

Cozy and peaceful little house by the lake, clean and tidy, favorite part of the house was the swing by the window!

Our stay was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. Chris is a great host - very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 100% would stay here again and hope to do so this summer!

We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Even though Karen was out of the country, she was incredibly communicative and her husband was very easy to get in touch with as well. Any questions that we had were answered, the house was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home. They had also set out different brochures of things to do and had some supplies for us that we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! It felt like home. Our boys enjoyed the book selection & board games. Everything is in walking distance & truly grateful our dog was able to join us. We were in town for a soccer tournament so we weren’t able to see everything that was around but enjoyed the recommendations. We had dinner at the barn & picked up coffee and chocolates the next morning at Godiva and explored the river walk.

I've stayed at Mary and Frank's place twice already and just booked my third stay. I love staying here when I'm in Boston. Some highlights are 1) the fully stocked kitchen -- I like to cook when I travel and find everything I need. The dining table and chairs are so comfortable (seats 4) and I just love the morning light! Honestly, I think the place is even prettier than the photos show. 2) The beautiful living spaces face out onto woods--from the many windows in the kitchen and also the french doors in the living room, all you see is nature. Just lovely, very peaceful. 3) The fireplace! Being from a warmer part of the world, I just love the gas fireplace, which I can turn on or off without a worry. It's lovely to set my mug on the stone hearth to warm up as I prepare my morning coffee, and I just love spending time cozying there with a book at night. 4) Convenience and quiet all in one: the house is near a main highway connecting to Boston, but the neighborhood is very quiet!

Ryan’s place is exactly as described. Great location for very easy access by the blue line train to almost everywhere you want to go. Studio was clean and tidy but towels and bedding were still going in the dryer on the wrong setting hence it not drying until I noticed why and needed to be folded and put away when it was done. Nothing that would stop me revisiting the place however. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely air b n b studio

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

This is a great place if you’re looking for something in the area! Super affordable, walking distance from a great convenience store & any uber drive to downtown was quick and cheap. Joseph and Michaela were very responsive. The house was spacious, clean, and unique. There were plenty of beds, towels, and soap also. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The Dogtown Cabin in Rockport is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. Julie was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always quick to respond, making communication a breeze and helping everything go smoothly during our trip. As animal lovers, we couldn’t have picked a better spot – playing with Darwin and Azore, visiting the horses and chickens, and birdwatching right on the grounds was beyond delightful! The cabin itself was so cozy and thoughtfully equipped, with all the essentials and a few extra touches like fun games, fantastic books, a Bluetooth speaker, and beautiful art and antiques that made the space extra special. I especially loved relaxing on the porch with a cup of tea, wandering the peaceful Dogtown woods, and stargazing at night. Plus, being so close to the charming town of Rockport was the perfect bonus! It was everything I could’ve hoped for and more.

The house was very clean and decorated very well. You could tell a lot of time and effort went into the care of this house. There is plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. We loved our stay!!!!

Five star service and accommodation in a country cabin! Elena and Ken are amazing hosts and should be the ones to teach other owners how to own a Airbnb. Amazingly quiet and secluded authentic cabin. This is as described but the cabin is so cozy and Elena made us feel at home upon meeting us to check in. She cares about your comfort. Ken knows the local area and is so happy to give a tour of the 250 acre farm. Nothing like watching sunrise out the large bedroom windows looking over the field. We sat outside one afternoon and just watched two bald eagles soar while hunting for hours. Get your food in advance. Nice country breakfast places 20 minutes away. Concord downtown is quaint and beautiful. If you are looking to get away in an immaculately maintained cabin, this is it. No tv, no WiFi (ok cell signal). This is where u go to get away and decompress with the best host ever. Will surely be back. Ken and Elena answered emails instantly. Inside has a European feel in a true cabin.

Had a great stay at Eric and Irie’s Airbnb! The place was very clean, beautifully designed, and had amazing views. Eric and Irie were very responsive and prompt with our questions, making the stay even better. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely book again in the future!

Justin is a very friendly and attentive host! He met us and answered all our questions. Also before check out he sent me clear and understandable instructions. The house is very cozy and charming. The kitchen has everything to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The outside area is very beautiful with many cute decorations. Fire pit with chairs are amazing! Sandy little beach, my son loved playing there. There are beach toys in the house. Special thanks for the very easy access to the pond - steps. We loved canoeing!

Our party was lucky enough to experience moderate snowfall during our stay. It was beautiful and peaceful. Such beautiful views. Lovely home and location!
