It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

Eileen’s place did not disappoint. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoors space. It was a great place for some rest and relaxation. Thank you Eileen for sharing you house with us and being a great host.

Our stay was very nice. The amenities were not available to us due to not being open for the season yet. Everything else was very nice and as expected. The beds were so very comfortable! Loved the showers. And the place was very clean. We rented linens and that process also went smoothly! Definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a great time staying at Betty's wonderful waterfront house. Our family of five plus some friends (another family of five) had plenty of space for everyone in this charming, well-kept home. Beautiful hardwood floors and comfy beds. It had one of the best stocked kitchens we've ever had—ample silverware, cookware, small appliances, TONS of spices and such— which is always important since we always cook lots of meals at home. Though our weather was pretty rainy, the six kids all loved being able to walk along the river and search for rocks and sea glass and everything else. The big backyard was great for football and playing catch. Everyone loved the inside of the home and the selection of games. Just a 15 or 20-min walk to downtown Cambridge for us. This is definitely an "instant bookmark" house for our family and we look forward to coming back at some point with other family or friends—especially in the summertime when we can spend more time outside.

John and Holly have a wonderful place. The outdoor living space is incredible. We spent most of our time relaxing outside and enjoying all the amenities. We will be sure to return in the future.

This was our second stay at Chris and Loree’s stunning oceanfront home, with our first visit taking place last summer. This time, we enjoyed a long winter weekend in Ocean City, and it did not disappoint. We were treated to breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean and the soothing sounds of the crashing waves. The home is incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. While we cherished our summer visit for the beach and pool access, we were equally impressed with our off-season stay, which offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the excellent restaurants within walking distance had minimal wait times, if any. Chris and Loree are outstanding hosts, always quick to respond to any inquiries. It's clear that this home is ideal for a summer beachfront getaway, but it’s just as perfect for a relaxing off-season retreat.

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Despite the weather was cold and extremely windy, we enjoyed our stay. the house was in the most beautiful location and there was so much to do. We enjoyed cooking, playing cards and napping in Shelly's home. Speaking of which, she is a top-teir hostess that cares. She was consistently responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

Place was a great location, next to the beach, almost on the boardwalk. We walked pretty much everywhere the entire weekend. Host communicated well with all directions and instructions for the property. Would definitely recommend. Ty Shelly!

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

Lynn & Brian were amazing Hosts! They were always responsive & available. They had plenty of things to do around the house & around town as well. The property was amazing & beautiful and was only a short little walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to all friends & family! Being pet friendly was an awesome addition as well!

Lovely place to stay! My family and I had our Christmas here and it was the perfect space. It was comfortable, came well stocked, and had nice touches throughout the home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

We have stayed here a few times in the winter. My entire family loves it. It is in a great location (walkable to Bethany) and it has everything you need for a great vacation.

My large extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this enormous home. Comfortable and spacious with everything we needed available and close by. I feel very grateful for the memories we made in Rehoboth this year and this home made it possible!

This place exceeded our expectations. Our family and dog absolutely loved it . The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Everything was within driving distance. After busy long days we came back to a nice and quiet area and slept well. The beds were so comfortable. Loved that we all had our separate bathrooms and had enough space. Highly recommend staying. We enjoyed our stay. Yue was welcoming and kept in communication throughout our stay.

Made a trip from Wisconsin with my family to my mom’s hometown area. This home was perfectly located for our large group to walk to the boardwalk, ocean, a few neighboring restaurants. September was a good time for our visit as it wasn’t too hot, many shops and attractions were still open, and was far less busy. This home was a home away from home. Clean and cozy, very comfy beds, well stocked with essentials, and the home has a nice place on the roof deck to decompress from Iong days spent walking around. The beach buggy came in handy for a short walk down to the beach. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We had a smooth check in and absolutely no complaints! Would love to book again 😁

Fenwick Island is adorable! I had no idea! The neighborhood is lovely, the neighbors were friendly, the house is cute and so easy to get to the beach! The beach was not even that crowded despite the Labor Day holiday. The side porch is a great extension to the house and the upgrades are attractive and thoughtful. I especially loved the dog gate for the porch, the dog food & water bowl and the dog bed. Very cute! There is a Rise Up coffee join right on the main drag as well as a Sunsations for anything you may have forgotten. The house has some extra beach towels, two chairs and a sun umbrella as well. There is mini-golf within walking.

We had the most amazing stay at Donna’s house! The place was spotless, super cozy, and so stylish, with plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax. The quiet neighborhood made it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. We absolutely loved hanging out on the outdoor decks, soaking up the views, and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the gorgeous sunrises over the canal. The screened porch was perfect for unwinding and catching the sunset. The beach was only a short distance away, and the kayaks and SUPs were such a fun way to explore the bay. Donna was an incredible host—always responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. We seriously can’t recommend her beach house enough!

Great stay at Suzanne’s place. Easy access to both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Dogs loved the private backyard, very quiet surroundings. Fully stocked with beach gear and equipment + bikes. House was clean and sprawling and accommodating. Thanks for hosting us!
