Two of my adult children and their significant others stayed during an MLK weekend visit to Encinitas. We know this area well and the unit is nicely located very close to Neptune which runs along the cliffs overlooking the Pacific. it is 0.3 miles from two very nice beaches Grandview and Stonesteps. Walk down the hill and you have dozens of good restaurants, coffee shops, funky stores, wine bars, and breweries in Leucadia. Unit was very clean and attractive. Very easy check-in, 2 hours early and check-out. Place was nicely stocked with a good Merlot , snacks, and water bottles. Beds reports as nice. Minor issues we encountered included a small in fridge which turned out to be Britta filter bottle, fan on oven hood didn't work.

Eldein’s place is a hidden gem for couples and I stand on that. The place look just like the pictures on the app. The view is breath taking and a great angle to watch the sunset and BBQ at the same time. I will definitely be back to stay again.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

We had a great stay! Close to the beach with beach towels, chairs, wagon and toys for the kids provided. Lots of restaurants just a short walk away. Place was clean and as described in listing. All amenities listed included. Host was communicative and responded quickly when needed.

This is such a beautiful home, I already want to go back! The walk to the beach was easy and so close. The privacy of the outdoor seating area was really nice. Kitchen was clean and spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The water pressure in the showers wasn’t very strong, but everything else was perfect. Would absolutely stay again! Oh, and the hosts were very responsive throughout the stay when I had any questions!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Perfect Spring Break Beach Getaway! As a Phoenician wanting to give my 6-year-old an epic spring break, this Balboa Island beach house was everything we hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable—right on the bayfront and just steps from Marine Avenue’s shops and restaurants. The home itself is pure 5-star luxury, with plush beds, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and thoughtful touches like soft robes and high-end linens. We loved the private bayfront patio for morning coffee and sunset views. Having beach access just outside our door was a game-changer—hours of sandcastles, wading, and boogie boarding made for unforgettable memories! With beach gear provided, a full-size washer/dryer, and an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing, this place has it all. We’ll absolutely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people. The proximity to the beach and garage full of toys were definitely the highlight. I have never seen an Airbnb with so many free offerings to its guests. Literally everything you could ever want for a beach activity is available in the garage. We took two of the bikes and had a wonderful ride along the beach. Only slight inconvenience were the guests in the condo above had kids and you can hear lots of footsteps, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Home is large and has 2 master bedrooms. The are beautiful ocean views, and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed having 4 full bathrooms so we could all get ready for the day. The kids enjoyed having a warm outdoor shower after going to the beach. There was plenty of coffee for a few days. The beds were comfortable. We ate out every day so we did not cook. We did use the wine refrigerator. I would definitely rent again if going back to the area.
