We spent a night there and it’s a perfect spot to stay at. It’s nearby the airport and it gave us some time to rest up before we continue traveling north.

Great place to stay in Scottsdale. Short drive to most attractions. It is a pool house so one large open room with lots of windows. It is perfect for 2 people and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful- be sure if you are wanting the hot to say so it is extra $ per night to use it. It was very quiet and nice get away.

Had a pleasant stay at Rollie's place. Super helpful and quick to respond. Great value for $. We will hope to stay again!

George was very accommodating and the property is beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing and plenty of room for parking. I was in the process of moving and was able to park my trailer in the property. George is a great host, he consistently checked in with me and asked if there was anything I needed.

Host was very communicative and we had zero issues, everything was very easy - would recommend and/or rent again

Miles and his wife do an incredible job at hosting. This place is no frills, but it's got all that you might need and if you don't, they'll make it right. I truly enjoyed waking up every morning and letting my dog get to know theirs. 10/10

Such a peaceful getaway with our two dogs. The HUGE fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs to run around and allowed us not to worry about them. The location is in a small town outside of Payson and was very peaceful! The big bonus was the super comfy bed! Highly recommend Jill’s house for a peaceful getaway!

We had to check in very late. Evelyn sent us very detailed instructions with pictures and left lights on for us. Our only regret was not being able to spend more time in the wonderful courtyard/patio attached to the place.

we enjoyed our getaway. I esp loved how the place was pet friendly. the place and surroundings was quiet. my dog and I walked the neighborhood, and the local parks...we had the ease of access the freeways and everywhere I visited was a quick drive away. I would definitely book here again. the Casita we booked as well was cute, clean, and very welcoming.

Loved the yard for our dog. Sitting on her porch in November is really nice. Left thoughtful instructions and kitchen was amazing with all of its dishes,pans, and supplies. We liked the keypad instead of using a key.

Highly recommend and hands down one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! Aside from being a chic, spacious, modern, and well-designed home with a warm, cozy and “at home” vibe, James is a best in class host. From answering my questions quickly and transparently before booking to providing our group with a fantastic and seamless stay, he insured that every detail was covered and provided additional extras to make our stay even more comfortable. And check-out was quick and efficient too! I am generally a corporate stay at Westin or other Marriott property during my annual Tempe trip kinda gal and am so happy I tried something new. I can’t wait to come back next festival but may have to come back sooner because we loved it so much!

My family's stay was nice and peaceful in the beautiful neighborhood. I had a month long stay and upon arriving to the home was very clean. I would recommend better cleaning supplies for longer stays such as mine. Checkout wasn't too tedious and full of tasks like some places. I'd love to stay again.

A very peaceful place (except the roosters in the morning, but that was fun! ) Josefina is lovely, the place is well stocked, and there were 6 fresh organic eggs for us on the kitchen counter. There are several outdoor areas to sit, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom very well laid out and the kitchen easy to use. We really liked the outdoor spaces and at this time of year: there were fresh pomegranates to pick and eat. Josefina let us charge our car as well! A very nice place!

Great place for a quick getaway even if you were to come longer host was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. I’m a super host in Scottsdale with 16 Airbnb’s so I know they’re doing it right :-)

We came from California for Soul Brother weekend and this cottage was adorable! Very centrally located and right off the freeway, a quick trip to downtown. Definitely worth every penny and would book again when in the Phoenix area.

My wife and I stayed here during a 10th year anniversary trip to Arizona. We had a wonderful time in the state of Arizona. This place was located in such a great place in Phoenix. The garden and pool area at this place is beautiful and peaceful. This place was immaculately clean. The hosts were friendly and responded right away. Would recommend this place to any couple looking for a get away. Phoenix and the surrounding area have a lot to offer. Recommend that anyone staying here check out the Museum of Musical Instruments (MIM), the botanical gardens, the Tortilla Flats, various parks and hikes around the area.

John is a very gracious host. He provided a great welcoming to the property and yes, the homemade bread is delicious. Will definitely stay again when in AZ. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Like most of the places like this we’ve stayed in, it could use a little fine tuning. Washer and dryer amenity was in progress but not available. Add a couple of serving dishes to kitchenware. For the most part it met expectations. Samantha was very friendly and communicative with us if we had any questions.
