Our stay at this cabin in the North Carolina mountains exceeded all expectations. It offered the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation, with plenty of outdoor activities and a comfortable, peaceful place to retreat to at the end of the day. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat to reconnect with nature, this cabin is an excellent choice. I can’t wait to return! We absolutely loved our stay. Our two kids explored up and down the creek while my husband and I relaxed on the porch. The fireplace inside made us feel so cozy and we roasted s’mores on the outdoor fire pit! The sounds of the creek, especially as we went to bed, were also very welcome! Highly recommend the kayak rentals at River Girl and the chicken salad sandwich at the Mercantile! We would love to come back.

I spent 3 nights on this property , the pricing was fair for the view and the amenities. Absolutely beautiful scenery, I hate that I didn’t get to get in the lake because of the weather , but so happy they had private hot tub on the property. The hot tub itself will leave you feeling stress free lol. The house was spotless and decor was beautiful very homie. I was suppose to have 5 guest but ended up just being 3 and feel like that’s the perfect amount of guest for this house. Love it , and highly recommend if you just wanna get away and enjoy some nature.

We had a lovely stayed. When we first saw it we thought it was a cute place. Host had everything we need in the house. She was always responsive when I had questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location and the cabin was gorgeous. Love the Christmas decor and it felt like we were right at home. Lots of games and things for the children to do. They loved it.

I don’t think any amount of time would’ve felt long enough staying at Anthony’s place. We felt right at home during our stay and absolutely loved the house and area. We loved how we could spend time together but also weren’t right on top of each other since there’s plenty of space in the three level home. I have two teenagers (16&17) who had their own bedrooms/bathrooms and us adults were able to have our own privacy on the lower level of the home. The kitchen had everything we wanted and needed and has a perfect layout for family meals. The porch was our favorite place, especially in the mornings. Being able to hear the creek while reading and having our morning coffee on the porch swing bed was so relaxing! My oldest son loved fishing the creek and exploring the woods. The grill was clean and worked perfectly. There were sticks for roasting marshmallows which was fantastic! There was firewood available (even though we came prepared with our own). It was a perfect trip for my family!

The location is perfect. Matched photos and description perfectly. The listing did have one error. One of the queen beds is actually a king. The river has a wonder sandy area right in front on the house which was perfect for the kids to play in. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful views and area. Quick trip to downtown West Jefferson. Cabin is quaint and comfortable, comfortable beds and couches. Hot tub with the views was incredible. Game room in the basement was so much fun. Pet friendly with water bowls left out for pups. The road to get there is tricky, narrow with some hairpin turns. Fine with an SUV but smaller vehicles may have some trouble. Host is very responsive and emailed clear instructions the day before. Check out was simple. Would recommend for folks interested in staying.

Stunning location. Beautiful home and surrounded land. I made a friend with the horse next door! Sparta is extremely close!
