Beautiful and quiet apartment in nice location. A Billa and Lidl markets 5 minutes away. Train station Aigen stop 10 minute away. World class restaurant next door. Bakery 50 meters away. Enjoyed walk along river to city center and Christmas Markets, a nice 30 minutes walk. This apartment is all about quite comfortable in very nice location.

Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist super und auch für Familien zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Min. von der Busshaltestelle zur Innenstadt oder anderer Destinationen entfernt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und hat eine tolle offene Küche mit separater grosser Kochinsel. Aus dem Wohnzimmer kann man auf die Salzach und die umliegende Hügelkette blicken. Bei niedrigen Temperaturen muss man allerdings die beiden zur Verfügung gestellten Radiatoren als weitere Wärmequellen nutzen. Hier reicht die normale Heizung nicht aus um die Umgebungstemperatur auf ein wohliges Niveau zu heben, zumal im Wohnzimmer der größte Heizkörper durch die Couchgarnitur abgeschirmt wird. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit den Kamin im Wohnzimmer zu nutzen. Dieser wärmt nicht nur zusätzlich, sondern ist auch optisch sehr schön anzusehen. Zu empfehlen ist auch den sich auf dem Grundstück vorhandenen Parkplatz mit anzumieten. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umfeld sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln erreichen.

Wij kwamen voor een wintersport vakantie in Zell am See en Kaprun, wel een kleine 2 maanden van te voren geboekt. Maar wat een geluk hadden wij met dit appartement. Een rustig en mooie locatie van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren uit eindelijk van plan de nacht door te rijden om een extra dag op de berg te kunnen doorbrengen. We hadden gevraagd of we eerder dan de gestelde aankomsttijd van 15:00 te kunnen aankomen, dit was mogelijk en we kwamen dan ook om 05:45 aan. We werden ontvangen op dat tijdstip. Super flexibel! De locatie is 5 a 7 minuten rijden van de dichtstbijzijnde lift in Zell am See. Kaprun is ongeveer 20 minuten. Het busstation ligt aan de andere kant van de rivier en is op loop afstand. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Wij hebben erg genoten in het huisje. Busstation is gelijk voor de deur en je bent in 10 minute bij de lift in Zell am see. De bus gaat om het half uur dus je kan overal komen met de bus. Het huisje was schoon, ze waren erg vriendelijk en de communicatie verliep soepel. Kortom, een top huisje!

Wunderbare Wohnung, schön gelegen. Super nette Gastgeber, maximal hilfsbereit. Immer Tipps parat. Einfach perfekt!

We had a great stay with our family in apartment #2. Although we are an elderly couple, traveling with a young family, the apartment was divided into a few stories, we recommend it to all our friends. we will surely return to the same apartment despite a lot of stairs. it is new, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen including some basic items like solt and pepper, coffee capsules, laundry capsules etc. The spacious public area contributed to staying close with our family. The rooms are big enough and the beds and linens are comfortable. we had a huge private terrace with a sauna and a beautiful view to the river.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert und auch in der Küche gab es alles was man benötigt. Mit dem Auto kommt man super an verschiedene Wanderparkplätze.

Sehr schöne und große Unterkunft.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Angelika oferuje bardzo wygodny dom dla 8 osób. Są tam 4 sypialnie i 2 łazienki co pozwala czuć się komfortowo dwóm rodzinom. Zaskoczyło nas jak dobrze wyposażona była kuchnia, mogliśmy gotować pełne posiłki dla całej grupy. W piwnicy znajduje się suszarka do butów narciarskich z której korzystaliśmy codziennie. Dojazd do Schladming zajmował nam 30 minut, ale to nie był problem. Po drodze jest kilka dużych sklepów i restauracji. Okolica domu jest piękna, chętnie tam wrócimy latem żeby pospacerować po okolicy.

Ich wurde persönlich von Gerlinde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und liegt sehr schön in der Natur. mit dem Bus erreicht man die Unterkunft vom Salzburger Hbf in ca. 45 Minuten. Thalgau Ortsmitte ist einen knappen Kilometer entfernt wo man alles bekommt. ich bin zwar wegen der Wettervorhersage (Starkregen) früher abgereist aber habe mich dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. komme gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Josef für seine Gastfreundschaft. Alles war perfekt!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Attersee in Vanessas Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist für ein Airbnb wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Vanessa war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Beautiful lake house in the very peaceful Grundlsee! We were 2 couples and rented this house for 3 nights to do trips to Hallstatt and Gosau. We wish we had more time! Grundlsee is a lovely and peaceful lakeside town with a walkway along the lake. We enjoyed taking a afternoon stroll along the lake. Get a bottle of wine or beer and have a picnic next to the lake with sunset, it's so special. The house itself have ample room for 4 adults. Two big living spaces, washing machine and adequate kitchen appliances. We wish there was a microwave oven, that is the only thing that we missed in the kitchen. Otherwise you have everything you need to self cater for a family. We appreciated the welcome drink and local snacks the host left us, made us feel very welcome :)

Veronica’s place is as stunning as you can see in the photos. It was wonderfully cosy and peaceful. Really exquisite. We had a great time! Veronika was also super friendly and generous with us. There’s a gorgeous square with a beautiful church just outside, and views of the snowy mountains in the distance. Even a bird table outside the bedroom window to watch the birds in the morning. We would love to return. One thing to mention for out-of-town folks are the church bells which are a natural part of life in Austria. I’m a very light sleeper and not yet accustomed to this sound, and was glad to have my ear plugs for sleeping. My husband slept right through so I’m only mentioning this for super light sleepers : ) Thanks so much Veronika 🙏🏽

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Schladming. Hans et sa famille ont été très accueillants et disponibles pour nous conseiller des activités dans la région. L'appartement était très bien équipé et propre. Un local chauffé nous a permis stocker les skis et les chaussures au sec. La communication a été très réactive et chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Der Aufenthalt bei Diana in der Wohnung war wunderbar. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Für vier Personen sowie zwei Babys absolut zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war ausgezeichnet. Unkompliziert und zeitgleich hat sie uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Da Diana in der Wohnung drüber wohnt, konnten wir sie auch persönlich kennenlernen. Sie war die gesamte Zeit sehr hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und für uns bei jeglichen Anliegen da. Das Haus ist in der Nähe eines rauschenden Bachs gelegen. Für uns und unsere Babys die perfekte Geräuschkulisse für einen entspannten, erholsamen Schlaf. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Gemischtwarenladen für täglich frische Brötchen (ausgenommen sonntags) und ein paar Restaurants. Ansonsten ist es mit Auto empfehlenswert, die Region zu erkunden (Wir waren in der zweiten Septemberhälfte vor Ort).

The house was as in the photos and the view from each windows is spectacular!! And from the balcony. There is a train track nearby so it's great to take pics. and lots of stars at night. The house was spacious and the structure was unique. Liked it! It was in a walkable location from the center. The kitchen had dishes, cups, cutleries, salt and pepper so it was easy to cook simple dishes. Bed was comfy. The ceiling in the shower is a bit slanted but no big issues (already described in the description). The road to the house was a bit narrow so we drove light a snail lol. Silke provided us clear instructions for check-in and check-out at the right timing.

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

Great stay! While not in the city center, the location is easily accessible by bus, both to the city and the airport. A short walk away, there's a beautiful open space with mountain views. The apartment itself is huge, with plenty of room for everyone. Stephan is a responsive and proactive host, making the stay even better.

Beyond excellent. Cannot imagine having a better place to stay!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Tag 1 sehr wohl gefühlt. Herta ist eine liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die wir vor Ort immer erreichen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Hier ist alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir die großzügige, teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und den Traunsee. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein absoluter Genuss! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können Hertas Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! 🫶🏻
