Stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed the townhome and the neighborhood. Great location if you're looking to be away from the madness of Bangkok proper. Central WestLink is a 10 minute ride away, 35 minutes to the old DMK airport. Nice value. Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was even better than the pictures show. The entire property is stunning – the pool, the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings are simply perfect. What impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home here!

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Nous avons pris ce logement pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 16 jours. Ce logement est excentré du centre de Bangkok ce qui permet un peu d'éviter les nuisances sonores du centre. Nous avons étaient très bien accueillis à l'accueil et notre hôte a était très réactif a nos questions. Ce logement était très propre, nous avons eu aucun problème avec celui-ci. Une superette 7-eleven est disponible à 2-3 min à pied du logement. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous ne pourriez peut-être pas la rentré complètement sur la place de parking et fermer le portail. En somme, c'est un excellent logement au niveau qualité/prix avec un accueil de ses hôtes irréprochables.

This loft is a beautiful oasis in a nontourust area of Bangkok. I only saw the sweet little dog and had the clean pool and quiet yard all to myself. The lift felt so spacious after several weeks of hotel rooms. It was nice to do a bit of cooking and have lots of room for yoga. There are lots of windows and the AC works really well.

10/10 location aswell as such a mannerly woman in sue that will help you whenever you need it really do recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok Thank you again sue

Great place. compact but has the amenities you need ( washing machine, dryer, electric kettle, rice cooker, micro etc). very clean and had all the basic necessary things in the toilet and kitchen. seven 11 and a farmecy is practically next door. location wise it's not in the most chaotic parts of the city but it is close enough to mostly all the tourist spots. BTS is very near, walking distance. It has few local food joints and street food stall on the front road. There is a temple just across the street with a small road with local street vendors. But the most amazing part of the stay was the amazing attentive and responsive nature of the host. when every we needed any thing even if it's in the middle of the night or early in the morning, she was always available on call/message. We had a great stay. highly recommend.

My family and I had a great stay! We were finishing up a month long trip so we needed a place to relax before going home - this was a great getaway, being in a more quiet and less congested area. Check in went smoothly and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Any issues that arrived were quickly met with a resolution. Getting into the city took about 30 mins via grab but the commute didn’t bother us bc we enjoyed having a larger space to stay in and liked the less busy neighborhood. Also the house is exactly how the listing is pictured!!

We had a great time in the apartment during our trip in Babkok. The apartment was easy to find and located very centrally so we were able to reach all sighthseeing highlights within a short time. The apartment was nice and clean. The air conditioner are very strong so we had a cool atmosphere even though it was crazy hot outside. I really liked it and can recommend.

Eine private, ruhig Lage und sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und geordnet. Etwas außerhalb der Stadt (ca. 20min) dennoch leicht zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

We've had a wonderful experiences with the house, it was exceed our expectation! The house was so big and clean, it have a great vibe for young people. Also, the owners were very hospitality and kind, they showed up when we arrived and provided us all the needs! I felt very appreciate and thankful! Near the house is Icon Siam with only 10min walk, very recommend for any groups of 7-9 people to book this house.

We had a great stay at Somkiat's place in Bangkok! The location is good - just a 15-minute car ride to major attractions like Iconsiam, Grand Palace, and Wat Arun. Plus, the BTS Skytrain station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The house itself is beautiful, with lovely decorations and plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we appreciated the many grocery stores nearby for convenient shopping. Somkiat is an exceptional host. He's incredibly attentive, responding quickly to messages and checking in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend Somkiat's place to anyone looking for a great base in Bangkok. Can't wait to come back.

Despite the lack of reviews as it’s a new listing we decided to go for it and was very pleased with the stay. Some hiccups along the way but they were resolved promptly. Recommend for those wanting a respite away from the city’s hustle bustle and a unique stay in a vintage furnished residential home instead of a standard hotel. The meals at the recommended restaurants were the best we had during our trip.
