A beautiful tropical garden home located in the interior of Samal in a quiet local neighborhood. With delicious home cooked meals, it feels like you're visiting someone's home surrounded by friendly family and neighbors rather than a typical resort. Arno's has had a fascinating career and is passionate about sustainable living and it shows in how he's built a great community here.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

Kim's place was definitely cozy as described. It had almost everything we needed for our short stay in Davao. Kim was also very responsive and was quick when it came to inquiries. Although I would suggest to have bath mats for the bathroom as it would get really wet and messy after showers, as well as condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc for cooking. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Davao.

Located close to the airport. Peaceful and private surroundings. Very nice and friendly caretaker kuya Joel. Very big house that is very equipped and the host is very flexible. Thanks for having us and would recommend.

Our group was composed of 3 sets of parents who accompanied our children for a convention in Davao City. We appreciated the fact that the place was located within the compound where our children and their teachers are staying and this made our presence readily available to assist them with their needs. The unit had water available and electricity was not an issue. Its internet connection is high speed and the smart TV allowed us to monitor the US elections. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to prepare healthy meals and snacks for the kids to consume. The location was strategic to the convention’s venues so we were saved from a lot of trouble dealing with the city traffic. A staff was on site to assist us with our needs and was quick to answer our phone calls. We are greatly satisfied that we stayed in this unit and this made our participation in the convention a huge success. We highly recommend this place for its completeness, safety, and comfort. 👌⭐️

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

Jonarie’s place felt like home. The service he provided was above and beyond. Welcomed us in the beginning and gave us a walkthrough .. great directions as well as made sure we had a smooth checkout. A+++ Service. Accommodations were everything we needed .. quiet neighborhood .. nice kitchen and baths and quality comfortable mattresses for sleeping. All around a great find and if we are in the area again we will be back this Airbnb!

Although we only stayed for 1 night, the location is good. It is near SM City Davao and there are restaurants within the area. The host is very responsive; communication is very easy. The place could accommodate a large group of people. AC units were functioning. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

We had an excellent stay at Floro's place! Late check-in was no problem since they live right next door. Booking a Grab to and from the Davao International Airport (or to anywhere you want to go, like the Philippine Eagle Center in Malagos) was also really easy and quick. The place was really clean, cool, and comfortable to stay at. It's also located in a quiet and peaceful subdivision that is nearby restaurants, a wet market, and a mall with a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop. Definitely a home away from home.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

First of all, the host was very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Also straight to the point when comes instructions. For the house, beyond what we expected, clean kitchen with complete utensils, great living room, spacious dinning area, comfortable beds (with available extra mattress), clean bathroom. The neighbourhood was peaceful and secure. Just a little bit of hassle coming in and out from the Subdivision specially if you don't have car, but walking will do. All in all, we had a great and comfortable stay. and by the way the caretaker was very friendly and responsive also.

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

Exactly as advertised. Good place to stay if on a budget and not planning to spend a lot for a trip. Spacious ref and quiet neighborhood. I appreciate the accommodation of my check in I requested (12am). Polite caretaker and Host. Will definitely stay again next year.
