My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was great from the beginning to the end. There were ample towels and linen, which is important for large families. Everything was exactly as described and we want to stay there again on our next visit.

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. We'll surely go back here. ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely great. Air con in bedrooms. Everything you need to cook. Excellent communications. Much better than many Pilipino hotels. I recommend this accommodation, and will gladly stay there again.

I hope there is a better air-condition because its a bit outdated, doesnt keep the room cool when its in the afternoon. And there are limited electric fan.

I find it challenging to rate places in other countries where cultural norms are different. I try to give some grace to the hosts, but also be fair for other travelers who need to know vital details. the home was beautiful, clean, safe, affordable, with aircon in the bedroom and reported to have hot water (though it would not turn on for me). the ambient temp water is common in phils, and warm enough for me personally. there are not many options in Ormoc, so I was thrilled to find this place, especially with how quickly Giovanni answered my questions. it's a neighborhood in the Philippines. it will have noise at all hours. enough said. I found the address/instructions challenging. my hosts were able to find it with ease. this was a bit nervous for me at first though. also, the access to the home was not clear, with one neighbor helping with the gate, and a second person arriving with the house key. id recommend this is improved for other guests. overall: would return.

Great place very clean and roomy , catch a pedal cab right outside the gate or walk if you able. I was having some physical troubles with my leg & back and decide to extend our stay another three weeks to rest, beside for the normal comfortable feeling in the house it is also a great help with mobility issues with a down stairs shower , the stairs are shallow risers with wide steps and hand rails are very secure steel railings that easily support my weight safely the upstairs shower is also large enough to put a chair in when required. Place is spacious and clean, its along the national highway so navigation is easy. Few minutes drive to food establishments. Highly recommended place to stay
